Pakistan: Women demonstrate in favor of blasphemy law

These developments, combined with those recently in Egypt and elsewhere, make me very much afraid that the next year or two will see atrocities on the scale of those of Stalin and Mao. The Moslems feel that they have the numbers and the strength to do anything they want, and believe -- correctly, I'm afraid -- that the West and the rest of the world will do virtually nothing to hinder them.

Hold on a 'sec here. I thought Pakistan was the be-all and end-all of "real" Muslims, second only to Saudistan.

I thought they already practiced the "real" policies of a "true Islamic nation". Nothing has changed, except further, extreme, violent recalcitrance (en masse)at facing collective cognitive dissonance, further stoked by this MALE Ahmed... I give up on these "student ladies".

There just is simply no hope for them, if they choose to actively protest against what is, in Pukestan, a death "sentence" for anyone, male or female, with the juevos to challenge the collective idiocy.

As though the horrible "land of the pure" were not Islamic enough as it is. Where do you go from the current standards of Pakistan? Only Iran, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, and Afghanistan under the Taliban have any claims to being more consistently "Islamic" than Pakistan. Pakistan can only aspire to be as appalling as those Muslim hell holes.

Muslim hordes are in the streets, calling for Asia Bibi's murder. Meanwhile, a Christian Bishop is calling for peace and harmony.

We'll have to see which is the greater power in Pakistan. I wish I could be more hopeful, but everybody's money seems to be on the bloodthirsty mobs...

Pakistan's ISI inspired mullahs are propaganda savvy and that is why they would have arranged to show the world (read U.S.) that women are ardent lovers of blasphemy laws (they will even manage Aasia Bibi demonstrate in favour of her own capital punishment!). Whether it is Tunisia,Egypt or Pakistan, a day will come when they have to confront islam when all other excuses are exhausted. For Pakistan, it is going to be a spcial case. The poor public will demonstrate against both - Islam as well as their Army.

The women are for blasphemy law because they don't want to get beat up and stoned at home. They probably can't even spell 'blasphemy', the poor things, but they know what it translates to behind closed doors.

When you don't have Jesus you better delay your day of reckoning as long as you can and that's what the women are doing.

Sadly, the only "respect" women get under Islam is when they are soldiers of jihad (i.e., when they fight and die for Islam), which even then is usually at the direction and control of Muslim men. This is the only semblance of equality under Islam and it is sad to see the extent oppressed women will go, even supporting harshness against them, just for a little respect. It is also a ruse for the useful idiots in the U.S. as it appears to be (to the ignorant) a "peaceful" standing up for religious "freedom." The next step will be marches in the U.S. demanding the "freedom" to be good Muslims (i.e., to enforce Sharia).
