Well won't HE be surprised when he finds out the Obamullah said the Shahada many, many years ago -- in Indonesia, one assumes -- and just needs to, er, renew his vows.

This should be a highly entertaining demonstration provided the anti-shariaists turn out in force. Much excellent video of "boiling angry" Muslims with steam coming out of their ears.

Let's hope this guy gets loads of national media attention and that his posse displays their usual collection of "Behead the Infidels" and "Down with Freedom" placards in very large easy to read from a mile font. And it's all at their own expense. How cool is that? My only fear is that they will blend in too well with all the other regular conspiracy theorists and UFO nutters at Lafayette Park.

How about Anjem Choudary be arrested for threatening the President of the United States and extradited to stand trial under the U.S. Constitution? The trial should be televised. It would be an educational opportunity for all Americans.

Gee, Hussein Obama does all the right things, goes to the right places, bowing and scraping, gives speeches in the right venue, and still the Mussies treat him like a cur.

I think Muslims are always angry at something, it certainly doesn't take much. Misreading the Quran,a cartoon depicting Mohamed,a teddy bear named Mohamed,the Jews,pigs,or just plain non Muslims, these people are angry and hateful of anything that they consider anti-Islam.

You would think a little light would go on in their collective heads and ask the question: Why are all the Muslim countries run by dictators and despots (96percent)? But no they sadly cling to an archaic ideology that is intolerant of all things not Islam.

Anjem Choudary is not a radical or extremist he is just an honest broker of what this totalitarian supremacist ideology teaches.

Choudary is well known here in britain. he was a smoking, boozing, naughty muslim at college here in the UK. then he found allah.

he is correct when he says that democracy is anathema to islam. he and muslims like him recognise that modern western democracy and christianity/judaism share the same tenets and principles - because they were drawn from christianity/judaism. just as shariah is the muslim system of governance, so democracy is for christianity/judaism. many westerners unfortunately believe that democracy is some sort of secular political idea. they don't understand its roots.

how can islam ever embrace democracy?? it can't. one of the central planks of christianity is the primacy of the individual sovereign conscience; that each individual is responsible for their actions as a human being before god. in islam, there is no individual. each person is a vessel only for the expression of god's will. in islam, they have the collective, the ummah, as they have in communism, socialism, fascism (this is also why left-wingers find it so easy to be apologists for islam - their doctrines are virtually identical).

with the collective will, you have no democracy. and as the west loses its christianity, so it is losing its democracy...

now, i'm not advocating that everyone suddenly become born again christians - but to recognise where democracy comes from, what it stands for, and to recognise why islam will NEVER embrace it.

I don't know about any of you, but I'm getting the feeling Choudary is mocking islam. He is just too explicit. His honest and openness is welcoming, but I'm wondering if there isn't a bit more to him than we are seeing.

When will WND-and every other 'news' outlet-get the memo:

They are NOT extremists.

They are literalists who are attempting to comply with Islam's written teachings.

Teachings that anyone ('journalists', politicians, pundits, and military leaders included) can read for themselves.

Should his scheduled appearance in this country come to pass, how will members of our lazy, lying press describe him and his accurate descriptions of Islam?

And who will the masses believe? The press or Choudary?

Will American Muslims continue to tell us on the one hand that Islamic teachings are open to some limited interpretation, while on the other explaining that those who tell it like it really is--like Choudary--are twisiting the true teachings of their 'religion of peace'?

THe MSM will only say he is one of the few extremists,, blah blah. why the hell is he even allowed in the US?

Afford Choudary three choices that he is certain to understand:

1. Invite him to convert to Christianity.

2. If he refuses, invite him to submit and live under our "protection" in America as a dhimmi.

3. If he again refuses, kill him.

Who let this guy into the country?

If it could be shown that the route he proposes to achieve a non-democratic government in the U.S. is a violent route, then under U.S. law, he could be arrested for sedition. But if he can sustain a claim that he proposes working only within the constitutional democratic process for the elimination of democracy, then our sedition laws probably can't touch him.

If this circus occurs I hope there is plenty of coverage. Hopefully some Jihadwatch readers who live in the area can take video and still cameras down there and gather up some of the goings on.

C-Span would be terrific because they won't edit things like the lame street media does.

Isn't Choudary a great representative of the Religion of Peace? I am sure that Karen Armstrong and CAIR will write him a letter telling him how he is a misunderstander of Islam, offer to debate him publicly, and work among the US muslim community to get more people to speak out against Choudary.

You may be right about the possible arrest of Anjem Choudary. In Oct. 2010, on CNN, Kathleen Parker, Nic Robertson, and Eliot Sptizer interviewed Anjem Choudary for the program, In the Arena. Near the end of the interview, Choudary admitted that he has had contact with violent jihadists in the United States. Though there were no names mentioned or any details discussed - the reasons for that would be obvious - Choudary did seem to implicate himself. [A]n EDL buck reports that Anjem Choudary is on the US no fly list and thus his appearance at the protest rally in Washington D.C. is not likely. Choudary’s communication with potential terrorists living in the United States is probably the reason he is on that list. I won’t be disappointed really, if Choudary doesn’t show up at the D.C. protest, but it leaves the British with the problem of having to deal with him. I understand that Choudary receives a government benefit- a dole of some kind. I hope that ends soon. The British taxpayers must be fed up with supporting that kind of thing. Maybe an EDL buck can shed light on how the payments to Choudary work. If Choudary has broken a British law, it would be a great day to see that smiling jihadist carted off to prison.

When will people stop calling it extremism? As many have said, there is only one Islam.

Think what you will of Choudary, you have to respect that he tells the truth about Islam. I've only caught him in taqiyya a few times.

The benefit at least is that when Americans hear Choudary, they hear true Islam. This is mitigated by the media calling it extremism, but the people need to hear this more often.
