I don't know if anywhere else yet. It's just a few, at least the ones I've heard. These are not Kassams (I'm not close enough to the border), but most likley Grads that have longer range and can his some bigger cities. This might mark an escalation in our border with Gaza (if they were launched from Gaza and not Egypt), or just the occasional couple of rockets attack (though I don't know if any fell elsewhere in the city or in other cities. The explosions were close enough for me to hear, but not in my neighborhood).

The news say two rockets and no casualties, except kids that are treated for being struck with terror (don't know the English term for it), though one fell next or in a house and caused major damage. The people were in the shelters (WHICH IS WHY THESE ROCKETS ARE "INEFFECTIVE", STUPID WESTERN JOURNALISTS). The big cities are not often targetted because this is supposedly more of a big deal (in terms of Israeli reaction) and because they have less Grads than Kassams and they're saving them for major attacks. Before Cast Lead they were also trying to acquire Fajr/Fajer missiles that can reach central Israel. But the idiots in your left and media insist the borders to Gaza must be open wide, so they could more freely smuggle weapons and medium-range missiles that can cover all of Israel, so Israelis can be more effectively killed because Kassams are "ineffective" according to them.

Note that we widthrew from Gaza, and it's an absolute lie to say they shoot because of the blockade because there was no blockade in the beginning. The thing is withdrawing from Gaza didn't make them stop the terror attacks or the rockets, but quite the opposite - the rockets increased 500-600% the first year after the withdrawal and later doubled. Yet the world wants us to withdraw from Judea and Samaria and they don't even press Abbas to negotiate, but rather accept any demand Abbas puts forward as a precondition for negotiating with us, while not willing to demand he will even recognize Israel as a Jewish state (that will not become an Arab or Muslim state). And if we don't accept all the Arab preconditions for negotiations while not allowed to have any preconditions of our own, then we will be forced to unilaterally withdraw from Judea and Samaria. If you ever looked at the map, even Kassam rockets coming from Judea and Samaria can reach a very large part of Israel and paralyze central Israel.

Now they say there was some operation in Gaza before that and 11 Arabs were injured, after an Arab mortar attack elsewhere in the south.

I guess it's true, kids don't pay attention in school all over the world. I'd have though the Libyan propaganda regimen would be alot more effective than that found in the US public school system.
