Most voters don’t believe their fellow citizens are unfair to Muslim Americans. They also think Muslims in this country should be louder in their criticism of potential domestic terrorist attacks.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 17% of Likely U.S. Voters believe that most Muslims in America are treated unfairly because of their religion and ethnicity. Sixty-three percent (63%) disagree and say they are not treated unfairly while 20% are not sure. [...]
A plurality (49%) of liberal voters, however, says there is bias against Muslim Americans. Eighty-one percent (81%) of conservatives and 57% of moderates disagree.
But only 10% of all voters think American Muslims are speaking out enough against potential terrorist attacks in the United States. Fifty-seven percent (57%) disagree and say they are not speaking out enough. One-in-three voters (34%) are not sure.
Those figures are similar to those found in a survey of all adults in September 2009. At that time, 15% believed that Muslims in this country were speaking out and 46% said they were not.
The House Committee on Homeland Security began hearings yesterday about the potential danger of domestic Islamic terrorism, and a sizable number of voters think the government is not paying enough attention to this possible threat. Most voters still worry, too, about homegrown terrorist attacks. ...
Were any of the voters polled actually mohammedan themselves? If so, what percentage? These figures could be significantly skewed by mohammedans, as they always seem to do, seeing themselves as victims.

The vast majority of muslims are involved in jihad in all its forms, whether as soldiers, sympathizers, colonizers, or breeders or combinations thereof. This fundamentally springs from a deep-seated and well-deserved inferiority complex. The rest is lipstick. A very tiny minority of muslims are extremists, that is, normal, in a Western sense.
On Paper and Practice:
There are practising Americans and an increasingly hell of a lot of paper Americans. This applies to Canada, Europe, and Australia as well. This is an emergency requiring emergency ethics and emergency actions. If not done, the West will be obliterated. That is my take.
On checking out the Rasmussen site, my eye caught the following:
'Eighty percent(80%)of voters now think terrorism is a bigger threat to the country than traditional wars. Seventy-three percent(73%)fear a terrorist threat more than a nuclear attack.'
That's means the CAIR type propaganda that Islam is the religion of peace doesn't wash with most people. Of course, CAIR would say that that figure simply reflects the pernicious effect of JW and its supporters. Then again, as JW is telling the truth about Islam's agenda, CAIR's lies are losing out to the truth.

Has Robert or anyone here heard much about the "American Islamic Forum for Democracy" and its president Zuhdi Jasser? I've seen him on FoxNews a lot this week. I'm sorry but I have to be a little skeptical about this organization.
If they speak out against terrorists loudly will they be telling the truth? Allah, aka Satan, has commanded them to lie to kafirs. Muslims are not here for any other reason than to establish the caliphate either by force or by deceit.
The litmus test for any Muslim is to ask them this:
Do you agree with everything Al Qur'an says? If 'yes', the problem of Islam remains. If 'no', then offer them a place to hide because they will be hunted down and killed as apostates according to Sharia law.
Everything else is smoke and mirrors.
The question is why there are even 10% of voters who think Muslims are speaking out enough against terror, why there are 49% of liberal voters who think there is a bias against Muslims and are being treated unfairly? One in three are "unsure" of Muslims behavior in the US!!Morons!!
These liberals should find out how non-Muslims are being treated in Muslim countries such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc,.. Then they will know what is bias and "unfair" treatment. Are American Muslims being killed, raped, looted, intimidated, threatened with life by us as non-Muslims are in Muslim countries. Such atrocities are common and encouraged by government - yes, I say encouraged by their governments because they do not take any action to stop these atrocities. There is not a shred of evidence American Muslim are being treated unfairly in america - they enjoy full freedom and carry on a normal life. he same Muslims never complain about treatment of non-Muslims in Muslim countries and do anything about it. All they do is complain ad nauseam who sharia laws are not being followed in America and such nonsense!!

I for one do not think the Moslems in the U.S. are being treated fairly, at least by the government. Fairly would mean treated the same as everyone else. But no, the government designates the Moslems as a protected victim-class, and they are showered with special breaks and privileges, charges against them are ignored or made light of, and they are given the benefit of the doubt wherever possible. And the MSM follow and reinforce the government's lead. Whenever a Moslem is charged with bad behavior, Islam is the last place they look for an explanation. Crimes by Moslems are papered over or swept under the rug, whether at the local level of a man murdering his daughter for refusing to marry Uncle Mahmoud, or at the international level of the mass-murders of Saddam or the Sudanese Arabs.

Jayke Feltz, Dr. Jasser, is a very powerful voice for the idea that political Islam should be separated from Islam. Many do not share his view that this can occurr. From what I gather he is largely ignored and ostrsized by Islamic powers in the USA. He gave powerful testimony in the King hearings. I was pleased he mentioned something I read on Andrew Bostom's blog about islamic fatwas in this country. Extremist fatwas are issued by an Islamic legal group in the USA and they should be held to account for spreading extremism in the US. Dr. Jasser said he noted this in the report he gave to the committee. Hopefully, they will investigate them and have them testify in the future.
Now if this wonderful Dr.Jasser can go one step further and ask how do you stop the "polictical islam" from reading what is in their koran and using it against the rest of us? Dr.Jasser has the freedom in the West to say these things, but in reality he cannot make a difference with those living in sharia loving islamic failted states where they call the shots!
"Moderate Muslims" have no Islamic justification for opposing what the terrorists are doing. The ones that say they are against this violence are either ignorant about their own religion, or they are willfully lying. We should stop calling on the "moderate Muslims" to speak up against terrorism, because they aren't going to, and it's not because they are "scared of the extremists", it's because they silently condone these actions because it advances Islam. That's all that really matters. The end justifies the means for Muhammadans, and that end is an Islamic society around the world.
CAIR-canada had Dr.Sheem Khan (Con-job Khan I call her) try to pawn-off a Islamophibia/Racial profiling survey to a ex-Judge. Khan almost got away with it until a smart Lawyer for the government countered her claims of racist Police and canadian bigots that hate all Muslims.
Khan was asked how many Muslim among the 400'000 in canada took that survey.....she slowly cracked under pressure and went kicking and screaming to admit that CAIR asked Muslim to file comnplaints with their online Complaint form. The Form even asked for 3rd party cases of hurt feeling or a perception of racial profiling.
Well well well,at the end of this Taqqiyah battle Khan came clean and revealed that about 600 People claiming to be Muslims (about 50% non-citizens in University Muslim groups MSA)had filled out the form, but CAIR had sent out requests to all the people on their Email-Lists that got news and updates.
CAIR's Dr.Khan had the nerve to claim that 40'000 muslims had the Human Rights abused in canada by the Police.
But the truth was that CAIR took those 600 career whiners and projected it onto the Total population of Muslims as if the Survey was Scientific. i guess CAIR didn't ask the Muslim refugees in canada on Welfare and in Gov Housing if they liked canada , nor the refugees in University on grants and Welfare hand-outs.
Poor Allah, his children have to flee islamic States and live in Christian based nations to go on welfare and be a ward of the State.But CAIR likes to say that Muslims are higher educated that American born poeple and have the lowest Unemployment rates.

Jayke, your instincts were correct. Jasser is either a very naive "reformer" with next to no influence in the Muslim community—he was kicked out of his last mosque-or else he is a very blatant Taqiyya artist.
It is hard to say, and may not much matter. He shows up as the obligatory "moderate Muslim" on news shows quite frequently.

I know this is off topic but I would be interested to see a report on the Muslim take on the Japan earthquakes, since they try to paint everything as a component of Allah's will. Certainly the OIC will take that as a queue from Allah as punishment of UN chief Ban Ki-Moon for some injustice done to the ummah.
One thing for sure. The religion of peace will as usual be absent from the ranks of donor countries. They don't even help their starving Glaubensgenossen in Bangladesh - they expect us to do it.
