You might wonder why the "spiritual reward" is greater if the prisoner is to executed—assuming you are not still retching with disgust.
It is because Muslims believe that women and girls go to heaven if they die virgins. Thus, in order to assure that the executed victim will go to hell, the Islamic authorities sanction rape.
This is grotesque on so many different level—the "sanctity" or *rape*, which receives a "spiritual" reward; the idea that one's virtue can be diminished by something that is *done to them*; the specter of a poor woman who is imprisoned, raped, and is told that she will go to hell once the "Islamic state" executes her...

Notice that Muhammad did not say, "do not rape your captive women." He merely says it does not matter if his soldiers withdraw before ejaculation, because souls destined by Allah to be born will be born regardless.

Again notice that, in answer to his soldiers' queries Muhammad doesn't say "You must not force your captives to have intercourse with you." He says only that coitus interruptus, withdrawing prior to ejaculation, is pointless, because souls predestined to exist will exist regardless.

We got female captives in the war booty and we used to do coitus interruptus with them. Thus Muhammad does not forbid his men to rape their captives, but merely says that it's better not to do coitus interruptus. His men were to keep going till coitus was complete.

I saw all of the interviews and Rev. Graham did not choose to talk about the birth certificate like Trump, rather he had a question addressed to him in which he answered. He has not brought it up since nor purposely talked about it - but was rather, answering a journalist's question.
That being said, not only Rev. Graham, but other folks who not have a "religion" but rather have a "relationship" with Jesus and have the Holy Spirit living witin them, recognize evil.
