Hamas-linked CAIR goes to war against free speech, tries to deep-six exposé of its ties to jihad terror

The thugs at Hamas-linked CAIR will stop at nothing to make sure that Americans remain ignorant about its own agenda and that of other Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups in America, and complacent in the face of the advancing jihad. The powerful Washington, D.C., Islamic lobby group established as a front for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas is asking a federal judge to expunge all copies of a WND book that exposes its ties to radical jihad through original documents secured in a daring undercover operation.
In its latest court pleadings in a lawsuit against WND co-author David Gaubatz and his son Chris, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, effectively demands that the blockbuster book "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America" be removed from bookstores, online retailers and any supplier and "returned" to the Muslim group.

"This book at any time can be taken off the shelves forever and kept in the hands of Hamas," warned Gaubatz attorney Daniel Horowitz.

After filing two unsuccessful versions of its complaint, CAIR has filed yet another amended complaint that asks federal Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington, D.C., to bar the Gaubatzes and anyone related to their effort from publishing the documents and recordings obtained in the undercover operation.

CAIR interpreted the judge's order to return all copies of the documents as a demand to also return "copies published in the book," according to a Joint Status Report filed April 22 in federal court in Washington, D.C....

Buraq is right. Properly advertised, the book could go off the charts. But not the way CAIR wants it to.

As a further protection against this draconian ploy of the Muslims, let us scan copies and be prepared to flood the net if our judges are indeed cowed and opt for tyranny.

Book banners...The book that needs to be banned as dangerous to church and state, is the Quran...There is a limit to free speech, and the Quran crosses the line on every page...

Just did what I should have done and bought the book, both in hardcover and eBook form.

Hey CAIR, just try and get my hardcover copy now! Yeah, I know that technically you MIGHT be able to get the eBook returned, but I will ensure that the hardcover will go through dozens of hands. Too late CAIR!

I own the book. All I can say is you will not want to put it down. It reads like a spy novel (it's a real life spy story).
It should be a must read for EVERY member of the FBI, Congress, Police, U.S. Armed Forces, your family, friends, and maybe even your enemies!

As a public service to the country, David Gaubatz should authorize a PDF version available to the public at EVERY Anti-Islamic website in existense. Let's see how CAIR would try and stop that one!

*Outrageous*. This is the Islamic concept of "libel"—where the truth does not matter. It does not matter that the allegations are all true—merely that Muslims do not want this information known.

And why don't they want this known? Just because it is politic—*for now*—to keep the Kaffir in the dark. This is why CAIR takes the superficial form of a Western "civil rights group".

Of course, if—God forbid!—Islam ever came to full power in the West, Muslims would not care that Infidels understood the links between Islam and terror.

Even then, though, Infidels could not discuss such matters under Shari'ah—lest they came to express less than positive opinions about Islamic terror...

I just ordered the book too and I will pass it around to everyone who is interested. I hope these books fly off the shelves just in case the CAIR traitors and thugs win this asinine lawsuit. They never give up and their persistence is so very telling---- they are terrified. The information in this book should be more than enough to at least shut down one of the most insidious, anti-American, subversive groups in America, if not get them indicted for their nefarious activities and agenda. What does it take these days to be charged with treason, let alone consorting with terrorist organizations?

The book that should be banned is the Qur'an, along with aHadith and Sira, the entire Sunnah of Islam.

These people simply don't have a case. Freedom of speech and freedom of the press reign supreme in the west and there isn't a snowball's chance in hell of them banning Muslim Mafia.

What's next on their list for banning books? The Bible? Who knows.
This is almost reminiscent of the early days of Nazi Germany.
It's definitely good advertising for the Muslim Mafia expose however. I like it!

Oh dear, I am a United Kingdom citizen. I own a copy of 'Muslim Mafia' (great read). If the Court settles in CAIR's favour, will a U.S fleet be anchored off my local beach and landing FBI agents to seize my copy of the book ? Will Seabees be absailing onto my roof and will I end upon like that dear kind beneficiary of mankind Mr Bin Laden.

P.S I would prefer not to be buried at sea.

I saw in local(Indonesia) news, they also try to ban the Bible in Malaysia, I hope The Anti-Jihadist can clarify about this.
