This is *exactly* the same as using women—or those who appear to be women in Burqas—and children for suicide bombings.

Whether this man was actually handicapped, or just posing as handicapped, does not matter. In all these cases, it is using someone who appears to be harmless—or less of a threat, in any case—and using them as a vehicle of murder.

Of course, this is what suicide bombing in general does—it takes a person who looks like a civilian—a shopper, a restaurant patron, an ambulance driver—and conceals a killer.

But this takes it a step further. It takes people who are usually considered the least threatening, and makes them a threat.

It also—like so much Jihad—takes advantage of the basic decency of their victims, who will recognize innocence—or believe they are seeing innocence—and will regard it as such.

Thus, violence that exploits innocence—or the appearance of innocence—is not only especially brutal itself, it will have the likely effect of brutalizing potential victims as well. They will have to—out of self defense—regard women, children, and the handicapped all as potential purveyors of violent Jihad, and act accordingly.

I've noticed something new in my area where bikes are being chained up to Bike racks at the transit Station enterances and many stay there and rot in the rain and snow.
Who would be on a budget where they use Public Transit that they also ride their bike to, BUT...they then don't return to get the bike???
There is a very tall (30 Floor) apartment unit near it and it would be easy for terrorists to video one frame per day and see how long a bike is allowed to be unclaimed or occupy a rack when it is stripped down and rusting.
It's far too easy to fill the hollow bike frame tubes with plastique explosives and ball bearings, then...watch from a nearby window for the maximum volume of people as victims to then set off a detinator remotely or have a timer. The other opition might be that it's used for drugs to ride to the buyers and sell the druge and then dump the bike and buy a new one, very few cops pull the seat post tube out and look inside the frame for crack or powdered drug in bags.

If I was in National Security I would make a Law that ANY Doctor or Surgeon can be jailed if they fail to report any Elective-Surgery on young males/females to remove heathy organs or do a *Intestinal-reduction operation for weight loss when the person is not Obese .

Random pat-downs of 6-year-olds and dying 95-year-olds in wheelchairs is still wrong if it is not accompanied by an effective screening method such as that used by El Al. The TSA refuses to do that, prefers to harass and intimidate American families rather than "offend" muslims. As ala sux points out, there is no end to the tactics jihadists can come up with. When you have something like the Obama administration in place, that means there is no end to the possibilities for exercising further control over Americans and calling it "security".

If we are fortunate enough to vote the Obamination out of office next year, the new administration needs to put it at the top of their list (yeah, before policing what Americans do in their bedrooms) to make these changes at the TSA in the name of freedom and security.

The group is suing the former intern, Chris Gaubatz, and his father, author and self-described counterterrorism researcher Paul Gaubatz. The Washington-based Muslim advocacy nonprofit claims Chris Gaubtz posed as a Muslim college student as a ruse to secure an internship, and then stole the documents and e-mails for his father.

That Chris Gaubatz obtained the internal documents and gave them to his father is undisputed; in Paul Gaubatz’s 2009 book, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld that’s Conspiring to Islamize America,” he describes the plan at-length. The two sides dispute whether the documents were taken unlawfully and also whether the publication of the documents constitutes protected speech.
