It looks as if these brothers' apparent support for the Christian Gbagbo over the Muslim Ouattara constituted "waging war against Allah and His Messenger."

Two peasant brothers were brutally crucified on “the example of Christ” as forces loyal to Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara continue to target perceived supporters of his ousted Christian predecessor, Laurent Gbagbo.Raphael Aka Kouame died of his injuries; incredibly his younger brother, Kouassi Privat Kacou, survived the ordeal. The pair were badly beaten and tortured before being crudely nailed to cross-shaped planks by their hands and feet with steel spikes on 29 May.
The brothers were falsely accused of hiding weapons in their home village of Binkro, which has been targeted by Ouattara supporters as the birthplace of a key enemy. They are looking for Prefect Koko Djei, President of the General Council of Oumé and an official in Gbagbo’s Ivorian Popular Front party, who is accused of distributing weapons to young Oumé men. The brothers repeatedly denied any involvement in a weapons cache, but their pleas were ignored.
After crucifying the brothers, Ouattara’s men took them on an extensive search of Binkro, but they found only a store of medical equipment and supplies, which they looted. The seriously wounded pair were then taken to prison in Oumé, where Raphael died in the night....

There is nothing more heinous than these people, and there is nothing more disgusting than a faith that is not falling all over itself to reeducate its adherents as to the error of its ways.

The symbolism of crucifixion is profound and these perpetrators who, in the year 2011, used it to torture, demean, and kill their victims are showing themselves as followers of a warped, backward, cruel, and anti-life ideology—namely, Islam.

However, both the UK and USSR chose to send massive military aid to the national government. The US opposed military aid. Eventually Biafrans were put to siege, and 2 million died of starvation. Gradually muslims became the largest religious group in Nigeria, and commenced both shariazation of the North and the oppression of Christians, Animists and Spiritualists.
Since Bush 1, US administrations have promoted rabble democracy, without constitutional protections of Christians and others. Muslim paramilitaries now occupy much of Biafra, and intimidate foreign oil companies to leverage protection money, which is used to advance Genocide. The State Dept - which actively promoted islamonazi participation in one-time mob democracies in North Africa, and worked against France's anti-hijab laws - ignores muslim Genocide against Christians, etc. As in Egypt, Nigerian Christians have nothing but enemies in both the Democratic and Republican parties. As long as there is some oil flow - and Nigeria's oil extractors operate at 50% - American politicians are prepared to create conditions for the inevitable extermination of 40,000,000 innocent people.
So where is the half-African American President in this issue? He defended muslim "rights" in Kenya, while doing less than nothing to defend blacks against arab Murderers in Sudan. He bowed before the saud tyrant who finances arab Genocide against African. To Africans, Hussein Obama is a worse disease than Malaria.

"On the example of Christ". Muslims can simultaneously deny that Jesus was crucified, and yet *crucify Christian victims* on this example. It is not so much the cognitive dissonance—many people have lapses in consistent reasoning—but that when in doubt, Muslims always choose the greatest barbarism.

38.6% of Côte d'Ivoire is Muslim, and 32.8% Christian, with indigenous religions and atheists making up the rest. Like so much of the Sahel, the north is majority Muslim, and the south majority Christian.
But now, following the second Ivory Coast "civil war", Muslims are in power. And we see what that leads to—God help us!—the *crucifying* of Infidels.

Islam is not a religion of peace in my eyes, insofar as it certainly espouses principles which are lethally dangerous to me personally, to the society I live in, and to everything I believe in. We need to publicize this heinous atrocity, and at the same time, publicly condemn those who did it, and, explicitly, the religious teachings which supported it.
Too many people think that this kind of killing is only carried out by those who would pervert Islam, but in fact it is entirely consitent with the message preached by Mohammed, who was most certainly not God's prophet.

Quran 5:33 is a perfect example of the evil of Quran and it's fake god Allah...It is especially evil because Allah is demanding that humans treat other humans in despotic and depraved ways...and as seen in surah 24:1 'let not compassion move you' (when applying a hundred lashes for adultery).
