The strange death of Fatima Abdallah: reopen the case!

A rally for Fatima Abdallah was held in Tampa on Friday, June 10, 2011 at Lykes Gaslight Park in front of Tampa Police Department headquarters. The purpose of the rally was to shed light and bring national attention to the suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.
Pamela Geller, Executive Director of the American Freedom Defense Initiative/Stop the Islamization of America AFDI/SIOA and Robert Spencer, Director of Jihad Watch, a program of the David Horowitz Freedom Center, came to Tampa to focus attention on this brutal crime and are appealing to concerned citizens to demand that the Tampa Police Department reopen this investigation. As Americans we cannot allow the basic human rights and freedoms for all we so proudly proclaim become overshadowed by deference to the creeping Shari’ah that has become evident in many areas of the country.

As stated in an earlier article, Fatima Abdallah lived in Tampa with several family members, and died on August 16, 2009. Three police personnel at the scene reported three different conclusions; that the cause of death appeared to be a “homicide”, “unexplained” and “undetermined.” The coroner’s report states on the Final Determination of Cause of Death that the “Decedent fell and struck her head”.

Earlier this year, David Caton of the Florida Family Association hired a private investigator to review all of the information surrounding this case, and his conclusion, amid all of the conflicting stories provided by her family, is that the injuries that resulted in Fatima’s death were not self-inflicted.

This case must be reopened. The truth must be told. If Fatima’s death was the result of an “honor” killing, an investigation must be ordered to bring those responsible to justice.

Where are the moderate Muslims who profess that they have come to the United States to practice their peaceful religion away from the radical misogynistic Shari’ah-obedient Islamic cultures they left? No one has spoken up on behalf of Fatima. No one has come forward denouncing this cruel barbarism.

The average American may wonder why we oppose the stealth imposition of sharia law. This is way. This women is denied justice under sharia and now the dhimmis in Florida what to deny her justice for fear of "offending" Muslims.

As a retired police officer I covered numerous suicides over the years (accidental deaths too) and I never, never saw a case where a suicide was committed by repeatedly striking the head until it caused death. I'm not sure why this death was ruled a suicide and then an accidental death but something is not right. This case should be reopened without a doubt. With honor killings increasing the world over, investigators should have immediately been suspicious. Homicide investigators are by nature suspicious, this is what makes them good at their job. This ruling should repealed and the case reopened for no other reason than to reassure the public and to make sure that this young lady receives justice. Come on fellas, do the job right so there are no unanswered questions. If not, the police department loses credibility with the community.

If I had to guess, I would say that CAIR has already exerted their influence on local Tampa Politics to try and sweep this under the rug. They probably implied they would sue on grounds of "Islamophobia" or passed some saudi petro dollars to make sure the outcome was favorable for that family.

Bravo to Pamela and Robert for their persistent struggle for justice for this unfortunate victim of Islamic honour killing! Islam is Satanic evil through and through, thus producing Satanic-like believers and followers (including the Western Left), who regard the murdered lives such as of this one young defenceless Muslim girl, Fatima, as worthless. After all, how can they go on worshipping Islam after knowing how Islam is created by the Arabic Pedophile rapist, robber, slave-owner (including sexual slaves such as young Jewish captive girls), and mass murderer of the Jews, Mohammed, in order to gain absolute and maniacal political power through the creation of pure Arabian kingdom and legitimize his and his tribe’s evil Arabic socio-cultural practices and god, especially against Judeo-Christian shared God and civilized tradition and laws!

An afterthought. To ensure real justice couldn't the case be investigated by the Saudi police and the trial take place in a Sharia Court in Pakistan with an all Taliban jury ? It's a pity Muhammad is not still alive. As the perfect man, the example for all to follow..... he would make an ideal Judge, with Abu Bakr as the Prosecutor and Asama bint Marwan or Om Kerfa defending.

Kudos to Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller for keeping on the pressure!

Covering up this case is a significant step worse than the more usual claim that it "wasn't an honor killing" and "had nothing to do with Islam".

We have to resist creeping Shari'ah!
