From Faith in Memphis:
Robert Spencer, the controversial director of Jihad Watch, is scheduled to address the June meeting of the Memphis chapter of Act! for America.
Spencer will speak on “The Global Jihad’s Assault on Western Culture, Christianity and Judaism” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at Bartlett Station, 5868 Stage Rd. The event is free and open to the public.
Spencer, the author of “Stealth Jihad: How Radical Islam Is Subverting America Without Guns or Bombs” and “The Complete Infidel’s Guide to the Koran,” has consulted on Islamic extremism with government security officials, including the U.S. Central Command, the U.S. Army Command, the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Force, according to his Web site, Jihad Watch.
Spencer also is co-author, with Pamela Geller, of “The Post-American Presidency: The Obama Administration’s War On America.”
Check out the comment there, from Clarence Smith: –¦controversial ? Islamist terrorists yell ‘Allahu akbar’ before they massacre women and children in the marketplace and quote the Koran to justify what they do. Robert Spencer just writes books about it. Yet it is he who is ‘controversial’ ????”
A tip of the hat to you, Mr. Smith!
