Two Palestinian youths from the West Bank village of Awarta, arrested in April on suspicion of murdering five members of the Fogel family in Itamar, were charged with five counts of homicide at a military court on Sunday.
The defendants, 17-year-old Hakim Awad and 18-year-old Amjad Awad, who are from the same clan, have confessed to stabbing and shooting two young brothers, their parents, and a three-month-old baby in the attack.
"I don't regret what I did, and would do it again," Amjad Awad told reporters in court. "I'm proud of what I did and I'll accept any punishment I get, even death, because I did it all for Palestine," he added.
The charge sheet detailed how the two saw two young brothers sleeping in their beds, 4-year-old Elad and 11-year-old Yoav, snuck into the home, and stabbed them both to death.
They then entered the parents' bedroom, where they launched a knife attack on Ehud and Ruth Fogel. The parents fought back, attempting to fend off the attackers. Ehud died of stab wounds and Ruth was shot dead by the attackers with a stolen M-16 gun.
The two then left the house, before hearing cries from three-month-old baby Hadas. Awoken by the attack, the baby lay in its crib in the parents' bedroom.
"They went back into the house and stabbed the baby to death to silence her cries," a security source said following the arrests in April.

I don't think we should be flippant about matters of such import before considering all the issues involved. For instance...
* Is there a space available for these human right's activists?
* Or will this mean bumping a worthy state like Syria off that esteemed council?
* Who will they represent?
* Should there be a new country-wide category, a sort of basket of countries named something like "The Aligned Nations of Let's Destroy Israel?" If so then it's easy to imagine these men representing that organization at the UNHRC. They could even name a chair after them at the UN. This only seems appropriate.

This story got minimal coverage in Australia. If it was a case of two Jews murdering a family of Jordanians (so called Palestinians) it would have been front page headlines.

They murdered an 11-year-old boy, his little 4-year-old brother, and his parents in their bedclothes. This wasn't enough—they had to go back to murder his *3-month-old baby sister*, as well.
The only survivors were two little boys sleeping in the living room that the Jihad murderers missed, and a young girl who was away at a friend's home for a youth event.
What would we think of an Israeli who murdered a family of Arabs? We would, of course, be *horrified*.

It would, in any case, be difficult to imagine a reverse situation—there is *nothing* in either Judaism or contemporary Jewish society that would condone or urge such horror.

Since their so proud of what they did to that family, and don't care if they die themselves. I would accommodate them and see just how proud they would be to be executed by means of drowning in a mixture of pigs blood and pigs excrement. That would give them time to think about their disgrace and what they had done to this poor family. Bury them in the cavity of a pig also. Maybe others might see and learn what the rewards are for that type action. Perhaps others may decide peace and caring for others may be best for all of us.
