FBI adopts Lysenkoism as official policy

It is no surprise that in an official environment that refuses to speak about "Islam" and "terrorism" in the same sentence -- a policy which must involve quite a lot of mental and verbal gymnastics when jihad terrorists start quoting Qur'an and other Islamic sources -- that the truth about Islam would be ruled out of counterterrorism studies. It is no surprise that in an official environment that thinks that the Muslim Brotherhood is "largely secular" and that jihad is a wholly positive interior spiritual struggle would reject a book that tells the truth about Islam and jihad.

Lysenkoism was ideologically biased junk science regarding biology and agriculture that was adopted as official policy by the Soviet Union under Stalin. The real scientists who told the truth were sent to the gulag.

So far only my books have been sent to the gulag by the FBI. However, as their Lysenkoism grows more entrenched and their heads planted more firmly in the sand, I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't stop there.

"FBI ‘Islam 101′ Guide Depicted Muslims as 7th-Century Simpletons," by Spencer Ackerman for Wired, July 27 (thanks to all who sent this in):

[...] And this was what the FBI considered “recommended reading” about Islam:

A much-criticized tome, The Arab Mind, that one reviewer called “a collection of outrageously broad — and often suspect — generalizations“
A book by one of Norwegian terrorist suspect Anders Behring Breivik’s favorite anti-Muslim authors.

Ackerman, like so many others in the mainstream media, is making a fundamental false assumption: that because Breivik cited me, my books must be in line with his will to murder, must be full of hatred and violence, etc. Actually, anyone who has read them will know that is not the case. If Breivik got some perspectives on Islam from me, that does not mean that I have any connection with what he thinks about other matters. He got his desire to commit mass murder from somewhere else.

All this is revealed in a PowerPoint presentation by the FBI’s Law Enforcement Communications Unit (.pdf), which trains new Bureau recruits. Among the 62 slides in the presentation, designed to teach techniques for “successful interviews/interrogations with individuals from the M.E. [Middle East],” is an instruction that the “Arabic mind” is “swayed more by words than ideas and more by ideas than facts.”

My books contain nothing like this kind of broad stereotype -- and I challenge anyone reading this to prove otherwise with specific quotes.

The briefing presents much information that has nothing to do with crime and everything to do with constitutionally-protected religious practice and social behavior, such as estimating the number of mosques in America and listing the states with the largest Muslim populations.

Nothing unreasonable about giving such information.

Other slides paint Islam in a less malicious light, and one urges “respectful liaison” as a “proactive approach” to engaging Muslims. But even those exhibit what one American Muslim civil rights leader calls “the understanding of a third grader, and even then, a badly misinformed third grader.”

One slide asks, “Is Iran an Arab country?” (It’s not.) Another is just a picture of worry beads.

“Based on this presentation, it is easy to see why so many in law enforcement and the FBI view American Muslims with ignorance and suspicion,” says Farhana Khera, the executive director of Muslim Advocates, a legal aid group. “The presentation appears to treat all Muslims with one broad brush and makes no distinction between lawful religious practice and beliefs and unlawful activities.”

A grainy copy of the PowerPoint was obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union’s Northern California chapter and the Asian Law Caucus, a San Francisco-based civil rights group, and provided to Danger Room. The two groups filed a Freedom of Information Act request last year inquiring about government surveillance of American Muslim communities.

“In order for FBI training to be effective it has to present useful, factual and unbiased information. This material fails on all three criteria,” said Mike German, a former FBI agent who now works for the ACLU. “Factually flawed and biased law enforcement training programs only expand the risk that innocent Muslim and Arab Americans will be unfairly targeted for investigation and prosecution, and stigmatized in their communities.” [Full disclosure: My fiancee works for the ACLU.]

Heh.

In response to queries from Danger Room, the FBI issued the following statement about the PowerPoint: “The FBI new agent population at Quantico is exposed to a diverse curriculum in many specific areas, including Islam and Muslim culture. The presentation in question was a rudimentary version used for a limited time that has since been replaced. It was a small part of a larger segment of training that also included material produced by the Combating Terrorism Center (CTC) at West Point.”

It is unclear when the FBI stopped using the PowerPoint.

Among the most provocative aspects of the presentation is its recommended reading list. One book offered is The Truth About Mohammed: Founder of the World’s Most Intolerant Religion, by Robert Spencer. Spencer is one of the ringleaders of the protest against the so-called “Ground Zero Mosque” and the co-founder of Stop the Islamicization [sic] of America, which “promotes a conspiratorial anti-Muslim agenda,” in the view of the Anti-Defamation League. A manifesto written by the Norwegian terror suspect Anders Behring Breivik cited Spencer 64 times....

The only one with a conspiratorial agenda here is the Muslim Brotherhood, which according to a captured internal document is dedicated in the United States to "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house." But when I quote that, I'm the one with the conspiratorial agenda. Sure.

In any case, note that Ackerman does not -- and cannot -- cite a single thing in The Truth About Muhammad that is inaccurate or false. He simply assumes that if one opposes Sharia and Islamization -- that is, wants to defend the freedom of speech, the freedom of conscience, and the equality of rights of all people before the law -- that one cannot be expected to report accurately about Islamic doctrine. There is, however, no reason why this must be so.

“It’s like asking law enforcement to learn ‘the facts’ about the African American experience by reading a book by the grand wizard of the KKK,” says Khera. “It is deplorable and offensive that the nation’s top law enforcement agency would promote such hateful so-called ‘experts’ on Islam.”

What is hateful is Khera comparing me to the KKK when what I write about Islam is entirely accurate -- but of course playing the race card is a tested weapon in the Islamic supremacist arsenal. In reality, there is nothing hateful about my books. Ackerman could have included a few "hateful" quotes to support his case. He didn't because he couldn't. Nor, by the way, did he contact me for a statement on this story. When you're demonizing someone, reality can just get in the way.

An FBI spokesman said Spencer’s book is no longer on the reading list but was not sure about the others....

Good work, Comrade Lysenko!

Much rot in this hit piece by Ackerman but what most caught my eye was former FBI agent, Mike German, now working for the ACLU (what a disconnect this should be), using the phrase "innocent Muslim." Yes, respecting the letter of the law most Muslims in America are innocent, but respecting the spirit of the law it is very difficult to conclude that any Muslim in America is innocent, just as would be the case for a Marxist or a Neo-Nazi. Followers of totalitarian ideologies can never be innocent across the board in any free society since such followers adhere to a belief system that would end freedom if given the opportunity.

I can picture the scene: Interrogation room - jihadist patiently explaining his actions through specific Koranic verses and Hadith examples why he just blew up (insert city) and killed (insert # of people)...

The interrogator looks at him for a long moment and then says, finally "Well thanks for telling me about your religion, now why did you do this?"

It's mad I tell you.

As Pam said "truth is the new hate speech"

Cleric Fights Saudi Bid to Ban Child Marriages

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia—A senior Saudi cleric issued a religious ruling to allow fathers to arrange marriages for their daughters "even if they are in the cradle," setting up a confrontation between government reformers and influential conservative clergy.

Sheik Saleh al-Fawzan, one of the country's most important clerics, issued the ruling after the Justice Ministry said this month it would act to regulate marriages between prepubescent girls and men in the Islamic kingdom.

"Those who are calling for a minimum age for marriage should fear God and not violate his laws or try to legislate things God did not permit" them to legislate, Sheik Fawzan wrote in a fatwa, or religious decree, which was published on his website.

Bloggers who stands against the Norse-Hamas alliance against Israel, are universally working for the discreditation of the Norse "foreign minster" - Judas Gahr Store - EXCEPT for: Robert Spencer and Pam Geller. If you are out of the noble fight, rename your blog: "DON'T WATCH." I am really disappointed in the hyper-personalist response to the smears, that were poorly deflected. What should come after disappointment?

"It's mad I tell you"

Oh, it's insane. The whole Islamic Kill ideology is simple as ABC yet somehow the intelligensia who attended Harvard, Yale, Columbia etc just can't seem to get it! I marvel at this everyday! It must be WILLFUL refusal to admit the truth about Islam because that would f***-up their political correctness views.

Ackerman wrote: "Spencer is one of the ringleaders of the protest against the so-called “Ground Zero Mosque” and the co-founder of Stop the Islamicization [sic] of America, which “promotes a conspiratorial anti-Muslim agenda,” in IN THE VIEW OF the Anti-Defamation League. I posted this piece by Abe Foxman / ADL last night on a J.W. article. Abe Foxman / ADL has an unfortunate history of attacking conservative (especially Christian) friends of Israel, all the while emboldening Israel's enemies. Not only does the ADL attack Israel's Christian friends but Abe Foxman and the ADL attack conservative Christians on issues such as abortion, the definition of marriage, etc., which have absolutely nothing to do with defamation, racism or anti-Semitism.

Read it here:

http://www.adl.org/PresRele/TerrorismIntl_93/6087_93.htm

ADL (excerpts): Norwegian Terrorist Motivated By Growing Extremist Ideology In Europe And The U.S.

New York, NY, July 25, 2011 … The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) said the actions of a Norwegian terrorist whose views were apparently influenced, in part, by anti-Muslim voices in the U.S. are a reminder that hateful ideologies and lone-wolf terrorism remain a "serious and potent" threat.....

(OK, so R. Spencer, D. Pipes, Caroline Glick, P. Geller, F. Gaffney, etc. are all anti-Muslim.)

"......The suspect in the July 22 attacks, Andrew Behring Breivik, published a 1,500-page manifesto quoting from the writings of European and American anti-Muslim (SIC) writers, including Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller, who promote a conspiratorial (sic) anti-Muslim (SIC) agenda under the pretext of fighting radical Islam....."

"Breivik was clearly influenced by an ideological movement both in the United States and Europe that is rousing public fear by consistently vilifying ****the Islamic faith*****.

(So which is it? Anti-Muslim or anti-Islam?)

"The League has extensively reported on individuals who promote a conspiratorial anti-Muslim agenda in this country, including Spencer and Geller and their group, "Stop Islamization of America."

It's a crazy story. But we're likely to see a lot more of this sort of thing in the wake of the Breivik killings - which, as well as being unspeakably evil, were also hugely counter-productive to the cause he was apparently trying to promote.

“Arabic mind” is “swayed more by words than ideas and more by ideas than facts.”

I would actually defend this statement. Now, the term "Arabic mind" may be controversial, because there are millions of arabs, each one with his own mind. This is to be granted and in this sense it is wrong. But, if you try to honestly understand what is meant then the sentence is true. The "arabic mind" is the general or predominant way of thinking in the Arab world. This thinking is dominated by the religion of Islam.

Well what does orthodox Islam teach about the value of words over ideas? Think of the quran. The recitation of the quran is held in great esteem, even if none of the words are properly understood. Therefore, the quran must be recited in 7th century Arabic during prayer. If the ideas or meaning of the words were primary, then translations would be used - even in the arab world. Furthermore, this does reflect on the Arabs love for poetry, i.e. the sound and feeling of the words.

Therefore, the "Arabic mind" is swayed more by words than ideas.

Now, why is the "Arabic mind" swayed more by ideas than by facts. Again, think of Islam. Islam is the religion of truth and the quran the perfect word of Allah. The truth of Islam is held to be superior to the truth of philosophy or science. This goes back to Al Ghazali's "incoherence of the philosophers". Consequently, the ideas of Islam are held in greater esteem than the truths of science. Religious ideas matter more than facts.

Now maybe the term "Islamic mind" or "Islamic thinking" would have been more appropriate. But, I think the statement is a good characterization of how Islam determines the thinking of Arab people.

Wow, even the FBI is now under the control of the Leftist and Muslim Nazis! All this possible due to the rule of Caliph Hussein Obama - suspected agent and Trojan horse of the Muslim Brotherhood!

From the Wired article: "A manifesto written by the Norwegian terror suspect Anders Behring Breivik cited Spencer 64 times..."

Looks like they've taken this erroneous hearsay from the NYTimes article by Shane, but here they've changed the word quote[d] to cited. Many of the media propagandists have simply recycled this claim, or variants of it.

The fact is, Breivik does not quote Spencer in the document, unless you consider pasting an entire document or article into a compendium, to be "quoting" or "citing".

There are not 64 quotes or citations of Spencer in the document. This may seem like a technicality, but really this shows just how reckless and dishonest many in the mainstream media are being in spreading this falsehood. They're in a rush to hurl as much mud as they can at those who oppose sharia and jihad, fact-checking and accuracy bedamned.

I addressed the nonsensical "64 quotes" claim here:
http://www.jihadwatch.org/2011/07/horowitz-the-character-assassination-of-robert-spencer.html#comment-807394

I would also add this note from Breivik's manifesto/compendium:

"Islam 101 Greg Davis
Original source (original source have been further developed/expanded by author of 2083):
http://jihadwatch.org/islam101/ by Gregory M. Davis"

In other words, Breivik has actually gone in and modified his sources. A careful assessment of Breivik's manifesto/compendium, and the validity of his use (or abuse) of sources, should be carried out.

How I wish the Ackerman, the FBI Department and the entire genuine members of the American society, (the West to be precise), could stop for a second; at that, reflect or introspect on why, how and when did their Statehood decay to this extent, with Muslim and Islam as the bone of contention and the pivot.

To true answer they can find is their society decayed to this extent from the beginning, as they were and are still caught in Islamic diabolical powers of their 5 times a day's prayers.

Top in the agenda in their prayer is; "Let no individual or society that wish or begin to find the secrete of Islam stand to do so".

Like in most prayers, pushing physically hard is essential - hence 911.
Whether you lose or win; "America, remember that Good-morning is beter than Goodnight".

What I hate about these kinds of statements (besides the obvious racist stereotyping) is the assumption that no-one outside of Islam has, or can have, any knowledge of Islam. But you don't have to be a Nazi to understand, discuss or criticise German National Socialism. You don't have to be a believer in the doctrines of the Communist Party of Kampuchea to understand, discuss or criticise Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. In fact their victims have as much, if not more to bring to the table than their supports.

But when it comes to Islam, suddenly the victims are denied a voice and Muslims and the useful idiots maintain that ONLY supporters of the faith and insiders are qualified to, or worse, are capable of undestanding, discussing, or criticising Islam.

The whole of the Dar al-Hard is thus deligitimised and denied a voice. Clearly Daniel Pearl just didn't understand the beauty of Islam. Neither did Ilan Halimi understand it's peaceful message. And the 911-3000? Huh, what would they know?

The victims of Islam know Islam!

This is a fact, and they have a right to speak out and be spoken for; not just the victims of this generation but all generation past.

The victims of Islam know a truth about Islam that Muslims can never know.

And just who is Spencer Ackerman? Well everything points to a writer who spends very little time,if any making some attempt to understand the Islamic theology.

How he got defined as a National Security Correspondent is questionable as well. He was fired for bizarre behavior from the THE NEW REPUBLIC. It is difficult to take someone serious who reads comic books and likes to listen to HARD CORE PUNK Music or has appeared on MSNBC and Al Jazeera in my opinion.

The problem we have with so many journalists today is they are for the most part to lazy to really research the subjects they choose to write about. This lazy journalism permeates much of the lame street media today. Even writers for the New York Times demonstrate this leftwing laziness daily in their opinion pieces. Note the articles written by the NYT to somehow implicate Robert Spencer simply because a pathological killer from Norway noted him in his 1,500 page manifesto. Apparently they could not attack Spencer fast enough, but read a little farther and you find walla! The New York Times quoted in the manifesto at least 12 times. Does that make the NYT complicit as well? This psychopath also mention Winston Churchill, would that make Churchill complicit in this horrendous massacre? never mind that he's been dead for 43 years.

But then again we saw the media reaction to the killings of one Jerald Laughner, yep it was all Sarah Palin's fault. The scary thing is that uninformed people like Ackerman make the mistake of stepping into areas were they simply have no expertise or working knowledge of the subject they are writing about.

Another example is Evan Kohlmann defined as a terrorist expert who stepped out a bit to far on MSNBC this past week. Kohlmann in fact focuses on material evidence of jihadists. He appears not to have taken a lot of time reading threw the Islamic Trilogy of the Quran,Sira, and the hadiths. Kohlmann did spend about two years with Steve Emerson right after 9-11, but after that much of his knowledge on terrorism appears to be self taught.

Kohlmann recently chose to insult another segment of those who are on the battle lines against jihad, that of the bloggers. Kohlmann himself is a blogger on anti-jihad but again his area has been in the realm of material evidence that he has created a virtual library of it in his apartment. Prosecutors have sought him out mostly because of that material evidence of which he has displayed an uncanny ability of bringing it together for the prosecution of terrorists or would be terrorists, but that is where his so-called expertise stops as it should.

Kohlmann needs to stick to his collection of "material evidence" as a self made terrorist expert, because he is certainly no expert on the ideology of Islamic teachings like Robert Spencer.

Kohlmann makes a serious mistake when he steps into the realm of Islamic studies and comes down on those who have made their scholarship in that study as he did recently on MSNBC with Martin Bashar.

All this is revealed in a PowerPoint presentation by the FBI’s Law Enforcement Communications Unit (.pdf), which trains new Bureau recruits.

Of course, the new recruits will soak up what is given to them at first, and then they'll go into the field and their personal experience will show that the info they were given is junk. Cognitive dissonance will set in and in the end, they will see through the establishment nonsense.
These 'best practice' type training procedures almost always lead to creating resistance among those who are exposed to the Alice in Wonderland version of whatever ideology, or way of thinking, is being pushed.

And if any FBI recruit reads Mr. Spencer's work with an open mind, that will go a long way to disabusing them of the propaganda about 'the religion of peace'.

My faith lies in the new FBI recruits being able to think for themselves in a Holden Caulfield sort of way.

Breivik listened to Clint Mansell's Luxe Aerterna - "powerful, uplifting and inspiring music" from the Lord of the Rings, headphones at full volume, while he went about butchering the innocents at Uetoya. Shouldn't be long before some self-righteously livid twit goes after Mansell for composing such dangerously depraved music that, by Breivik's own admission, inspired him.

Breivic transcribed, or acquired a transcript of the DVD "Islam-What the West needs to Know" in his "2083 manifesto", and that accounts for many of the references to Robert, and others, in his document, which, except for a sentence about "Knights" in the beginning, appears to be devoid of any indications of his psychotic violent intentions that surface after page 801. Could taking a year off to play online war games seriously, and his continuing to play computer war games have confused his connection between reality and fantasy?

In their quest to find someone to blame for Breivic's extreme behavior the mainstream media targeted Robert because he is the highest profile anti-jihadist. In a way it's a compliment, but they would never see it.

Robert, Pamela and all the other anti-jihadists have the truth on their side and it's just mind boggling that so many just don't want to see it.

All this is revealed in a PowerPoint presentation by the FBI’s Law Enforcement Communications Unit (.pdf), which trains new Bureau recruits.
----------------------
Really you should say something like "all this harping over an old powerpoint presentation that is not even being used today to train new FBI agents?".

Everyone seems to miss this important paragraph because its buried halfway down in the article

But Spencer Ackerman would rather deal with unrealities and half truths than to actually take the time to find out the reality that is there.

As others have already stated, investigative journalism is a dying profession. There are very few that actually get off their lazy butts and investigate. Those that do are castigated because they go against the fifth column's dogma.

Apparently Ackerman's mind is swayed more by words than ideas and more by ideas than facts. In fact, that sums up the NYT attitude to the Norway shootings as well.

Very well stated, Tziona.

Ackerman, has responded, kinda...with a silly emotion-laden, fact-bereft sentence and a link to this JW article.

http://spencerackerman.typepad.com/attackerman/2011/07/i-welcome-their-hatred.html

So frickin' frustrating. The thick skulls are getting thicker. Lord help us all.

Wow! That last statement is a mea culpa if I ever saw one!

"...Samuel Braverman, ...is skeptical of a strategy that amounts to "picking off the dumbest WE have to offer.""

Our good Squire Braverman use of the term Picking off seems to me to imply that the group the gov is sniping at is the correct group but, the individuals targeted are not the real threat.

Then, by using the pronoun we to describe that legitimate target group the lawyer seems to me to be all but admiting that he is intimately associated with the core of that group, the real threat.

You know Virginia, I don't think this man is someone I would like to have to associate with on just about any social level...
What was that? Yes, I mean I think he must be a real "dick" as you put it.
http://hereticscrusade.com

This is all you need to know about Spencer Ackerman:

Spencer Ackerman, then with the Washington Independent and now at Wired.com, wrote: "If the right forces us all to either defend Wright or tear him down, no matter what we choose, we lose the game they've put upon us. Instead, take one of them -- Fred Barnes, Karl Rove, who cares -- and call them racists. Ask: why do they have such a deep-seated problem with a black politician who unites the country?"

Ackerman did not respond to a request for comment. Barnes, the Weekly Standard executive editor, noted in Thursday's Wall Street Journal that "no one on JournoList endorsed the Ackerman plan. But rather than object on ethical grounds, they voiced concern that the strategy would fail or possibly backfire. . . . It was sad to see what journalism, or at least a segment of it, had come to."

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/07/22/AR2010072206024_2.html?sub=AR&sid=ST2010072206408

They've dropped Robert Spencer from the reading list??? Then I suggest that the next time one of us finishes one of Robert's books, we forward it to our local FBI agents or maybe the US Marshalls.

FBI agents certainly aren't stupid, though they are doubtless under extreme political pressure to downplay the obvious in matters of islamist threats. Neither the younger Bush nor the current POTUS allowed any admission of the connection between the teachings of islam and islamist terrorism.

I think the FBI has done a remarkable job interrupting further islamist attacks, considering that they've been hamstrung by the last 2 or 3 US presidents. I suspect they're simply weathering the political storms by keeping their opinions to themselves while still trying to act in America's best interests.

You see, we have put our hands over our mouths so we may speak no evil of Islam, and we have put our hands over our ears so we can hear no evil about Islam, and we have put our hands over our eye's so we can see no evil about Islam...
We are all good little unsuspecting monkeys...
Anyone who has not done that is a greasy Islamophobe and will suffer the wrath of Aker-man...The best thing the greasy Islamophobe can do is get an Aker-man wrench and tighten down all the loose nuts and bolts...of which there seem to be many...Aker-man rattles a lot, but will quiet down when you start wrenching on him...I was going to wrench on him a little yesterday, on wired, but I couldn't get signed in...

Ackerman has written a lot of good articles on the military and military technology. He has actually visited the ME more than once. While I think he has used some of the same tactics here he once used in diverting the Rev Wright story getting him in Journolist hot water, let's not go crazy. He is entitled to his opinion. While Danger Room usually sticks to non partisan issues and is considered one of the best military blogs on the internet along with Aviation Weekly, I guess Ackerman couldn't help his ideological inclinations in exploiting a political opportunity following the Norwegian tragedy.

I think the debate going on is important and neither side be allowed to let false facts and political agendas rule the day.

I find one of the biggest complaints about Danger Room, is that they sometimes miss "dangers" that don't follow an "internal narrative" which I haven't figured out yet. his story is very important: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/07/30/world/europe/30turkey.html

I asked Ackerman why he doesn't explore things like "did al-Islam murder 13 Turkish soldiers at Assad's behest?" or
"Is the network from Karachi to Caracas, complete with private airlines and networking by Hizb'Allah, Hamas, AQ, al-Islam. IRI, Taliban and the drug cartels, imported for Wired journalism?". I have also tried to post a link to Michael's Totten insightful yet insane interview with el-Arian which clearly is "dangerous" to Western Interests.

But I would be careful to separate the messenger from some issues one might find him amplifying as objectionable. Mr. Spencer is certainly within his right to rebut the attacks on him personally. I would suggest however, experts such as Exum and others including a number of US officials agree with a many of Danger Room's spin. They are not all off-target. I'm sure however, the FBI wasn't thrilled with Ackerman's last one, nor everyone at the DOD thrilled with the Blair interview.

Rather asking now who is guarding US assets in Turkey if the generals have all walked out, the Danger Room might not thing this is dangerous: http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/07/29/us-turkey-military-idUSTRE76S4NK20110729

What do we say in the face of the MB's display in Tahrir Square today? Why does the media label these Salafists and Islamists, ultra conservative? Isn't that what they call the mad Norwegian? Are they really the same political persuasion? What I ask from Wired and those responding, is impartiality and facts. We cannot afford everything to degenerate into a war between bad habits and stubborn hobbits.

note: comments above are not an endorsement of any supremacist's call for violence against Muslims or rejection of the rule of law or evidence regarding informed public debate.

I wrote that quickly, forgive my awful typos....

It seems that the MSM has latched on to this idea that because Robert Spencer was mentioned in Anders Breivik’s manifesto, he is not only responsible for this madman's actions, but must be a proponent of hate himself. Did they read any of his books? No. Did they read his articles on Jihad Watch? No. If they did, would they find anything that calls for or promotes hate towards Muslims? No. That means nothing to them though, they will continue to repeat this lie until it is lodged in the public's mind

All they know is what they have been told by their ideological masters, that he is bad and must be denounced. The parallels between soviet style propaganda and the 'journalism' of the left (and unfortunately, a lot of writers on the right also) is frightening, but unfortunately, has become mainstream. I watched a hit-piece on Walid Shoebat on TV the other day where they repeated all the old lies about him and dug up some fourth or fifth cousin to say he was lying about bombing that bank in Jerusalem, and then insinuated that he was just some profiteer and evil anti-muslim activist. They started to show him speaking, but cut it off before his first sentence was done to continue the lies against him.

And this is what is taught by the pro-communist and socialist professors in our colleges - that there are no objective facts, only subjective opinions; so, don't bother to research the facts, just write your screed and be proud that you are advancing the "progressive" agenda.

I was a Middle East analyst for the US Army in the mid Eighties and "The Arab Mind" was my Bible. This was due to the fact that at the time, Bob, you appeared to be engrossed in the Hitory of the Catholic Church so there was nothing else to consult.

Seeing as how "The Arab Mind" was my foundational tome for understanding Arabs I have, since the time of it's reading it consistently underestimated the irrationality of Arabs. Far from being biased and bigoted, it's depiction of Arab society is way too generous. One book that sets me straight was David Pryce Jones's "The Closed Circle: An Interpretation of the Arabs." Of course, having read "The Arab Mind" first, I thought "Closed Circle" was way too harsh on Arabs. But it proved to be a vastly better predictor of events in the Middle East.

F.B.I.

Federal Bureau of Investigation, or

Federal Bureau of Islamization, or

For Benefit of Islam

Do these Orwellian gymnasts truly believe, per imam Rauf, that Islam is compatable with the U.S. Constition?

Can one sue federal government officials for treason or, at a minimum, violation of their oaths of office to support and defend the federal constitution?

The content of this post is essentially what I was referring to in mine.
They can feed the FBI recruits, or anyone else, inaccurate nonsense, but when personal experience starts correcting the falsehoods, the propaganda inevitably loses traction.

Once more, I put my faith in the recruits who'll meet the real Islam in their fieldwork and will recalibrate their views accordingly.

Lennie's example is the kind of thing I mean.

Any FBI agents out there?

The following are the salient points:

Believers of islam have, are and will murder countless around the world, including Americans.
This situation poses a serious National Security risk.
Besides innate evil, they are directed (programed) by the koran, a theo-political doctrine commonly mislabeled only as a 'religious' book.
To understand them, understand their beliefs, understand what historically they have perpetuated during the last 1400 years, understand their faith.

Many thanks for continuing to keep us safe, and remember to elicit the public's help, let's not let another American citizen sleep while he allows a ME to learn to aim jets on skyscrapers.

"elicit" meant solicit, oops, busy busy bust

Hi Annie Oakley. You said:

They've dropped Robert Spencer from the reading list??? Then I suggest that the next time one of us finishes one of Robert's books, we forward it to our local FBI agents or maybe the US Marshalls.

Not a bad idea actually although I think there might be a better use for Spencer reading material.

1) Donate them to a public library. This will allow Robert's to get out to as many people as possible.

I think most law enforcement officers will know about Robert's books and will procure them on their own initiative if they think hat they will help them in their job.

Also, it will give you a chance to check up on the books to see it the Library system, or the library staff, or the library patrons are culling these books from circulation. If yes, then you have evidence of systemic censorship and you can lodge a complaint to the librarian. If they are unsympathetic then you contact the newspapers. Librarians, don't like being charged publicly with practicing censorship.

Or,

2) Donate the book to a school library for the same purposes as 1). If the book disappears from the school's stack's take it up with the principal and eventually the newspapers.

Indeed. A marvellous book. I thought it might b a bit out of date...I bought it second-hand...but it was not, and I would advise everyone to read it if they want to understand the Arabs.

I remember a number of yrs ago watching tv coverage of the Branch Davidian headquarters going up in flames. I heard a number of commentators talking about the FBI was a bit shocked that they would start their own building on fire and kill all their own people. As a retired LEO @ Bible teacher for over 20 yrs. there should have been no surprise. Even though they had consulted their own "experts" they still couldn't figure out what went wrong. There should have been no surprise. One of David K's favorite themes was the vivid pictures of fire, smoke and destruction found in the book of Revelation. They did'nt ask the right people then and it appears that they are making the same mistake again. I hope it doesn't take more charred bodies to make them realize they must have the right experts and they must ask the right questions. If you don't you get the wrong answers and that can be deadly indeed.

Ackerman, like so many others in the mainstream media, is making a fundamental false assumption: that because Breivik cited me, my books must be in line with his will to murder, must be full of hatred and violence, etc. Actually, anyone who has read them will know that is not the case.

Anyone who has read them, but nobody else would know that cuz the contents of the books have never been enumerated by the talking haids in the news entertainment bidness.

*** Bukhari Vol 7 Bk 71 Nbr 661 ***

Magic was worked on Mohammed and he was bewitched so that he began to imagine doing things which in fact he had not done.

One of the operating methods in the creation and maintenance of a fictive reality is to conflate and confuse. Spencer got conflated with Brievik, and all twenty years of Spencer contents got confused.

Ya gotta break a few eggs to make an omelet, and for the news entertainer crowd rat now their mission in the widening Islamophobia Industry scandal is to maintain the Islam Fictive Reality.

This is how fictive reality is done.

Thanks for the links - this is terrible news from Turkey - the military capitulates abjectly and en masse to the islamist AKP's Erdogan. A sad day for Turkey and freedom.

The FBI, as well as the CIA, is politically hog-tied. They are part of that "miserable house" which the global jihad wishes to destroy by "it's own hands." So, these organizations had to be attacked by factions of the global jihad (CAIR, etc.) with infiltration (by "moderate" Muslims) and civil suits and loud cries of racism and islamophobism and whatever evil-sounding allegations intended to cripple them from within. In effect, the global jihad sought to make them ineffectual by crippling them with political correctness, and that was done by tagiyya and defensive political jihad. The FBI and CIA are not quite the defenders of Islam yet, but members of the global jihad are working on it.

They're having to stick their fingers in their ears and yell "Lalalalalalalalalalalalala" louder and louder...
