India: Muslim Sharia judge misunderstands Islam, forces minor girl into marriage

Thank God this girl was in India, and not in some reach of Dar-al-Islam proper, or the police probably would have returned her to her "husband".

India should stop giving visas to all Arab, Middle Eastern Muslims for any reason to visit India. For years these Muslim visitors from Arabia come to Hyderabad and buy off poor Muslim girls, perform Islamic marriage called nikah with the help of local Muslim Qazis(who make money on such arrangements). The girls live with these new Arab husbands while they are in India working as sex slaves,and not as wives. And when the Arabs go back to their homes and if these girls are taken to Saudi Arabia by these perverts, they are treated as slaves to them and not as wives.

Most of the time these "wives" are left in India with a promise that they would be called by their "husbands" after their visas are arranged which never happens and now these girls are discarded from the Muslim society because no body else would marry them. The Government of India is just as guilty as those Muslim Qazis and other pimps for not stopping this human trafficking right in their own country. Even though many social and human organizations are trying to get the government to stop this inhuman behavior of the Arab Muslim visitors but this trade is still going on. Shame on the Indian government for not putting an end to this racket.

Only God knows how many young Muslim girls lives have been wasted in last 30 or 40 years. the same Muslim Qazis and imams who talk about how good Mo/allah was in restoring woman's rights act in the same way as Mo did in treating women inhumanely!! Liars and hypocrites they are as always!!!

The government of India seems to be: of the Muslims, for the Muslims and by the Muslims.

Let me explain. When India gained independence, India had wonderful opportunity to rid itself of the Mohammedan plague that had sapped at its strength, its vitality for centuries, enslaving it, impoverishing its masses.

For too long, generations of its women had been carried off as sex slaves and placed in harems of the Mohammedans. God knows how many native women died on the funeral pyre of their husbands before the approaching hoards of the Mohammedans eager to turn her into a whore for the common Mohammedan soldier. Thus, the abominable ritual practice of the Sati was born. And it was not until the early 1800s that it was abolished.

For generations its men had been slaughtered by the hundreds of thousands. Its people chained and marched rank and file in millions over the cold passes where the men succumbed like insects to cold, disease, weakness. The Mohammedans even gave a new name to the mountains where millions of nameless, faceless Hindus died. Hindu Kush- killer of Hindus. Oh the audacity!

The urban Hindu civilization was completely decimated. Cities were depopulated. In many instances, skulls of infidels in the cities were piled so high that they could be seen from miles away. The invading Mohammedan barbarians burned down countless temples which used to be the center of learning, community activities, and a repository of collective wealth and knowledge. For example, when the Mohammedans burned the world's first university at Nalanda, the books, scrolls and parchments they set alight is set to have burned for six months! In another instance, the Krishna temple of Mathura was soaked in Naptha and set alight when the marauding Mohammedan warlord learned that a building of such magnificence would take him 200 years to build.

Hinduism retreated into the villages and into the then into the impenetrable jungles of India, preserving for posterity its traditions. But it became became impoverished and destitute. Hindu civilization turned into itself and became ritualized and ossified. The cast system which before was fairly fluid and in which people could move up and down according to their chosen trade became hereditary.

The forward looking Hindu civilization used to be the light of the world which Greece, Persia, China and Rome would look towards for inspiration. Hindus who used to be at the forefront of science, philosophy, commerce, arts would would be set back many a century and eventually equated with poverty, squalor, stagnation and filth. Perhaps we are now witnessing the rise of the nascent revival of Hindu civilization with Hindus sending a spacecraft to the moon and consistently registering 8-10% economic growth? But it is still too early to be speculating. Even if India becomes a rich nation in the next 100 years, which it certainly will, it will never recover all its former glory it lost at the hands of the Mohammedans. In this sense the atrocity levied upon the Hindus is unparalleled in human history, save for perhaps the Persians.

Fast forward to the 1947. Here was a chance for the Hindus to send all the Muslims to Pakistan. But the leaders of India in a misplaced sense of compassion declared that the Muslims were free to live in India even if Pakistan was carved out undivided India as a "pure-land", a land undefiled by the Kuffar, for the Muslims of the subcontinent to live in. What was then the rationale for the Muslims to stay behind in India? But the Indian leadership still let them, thereby incubating into India a virus, a trojan horse.

Now this contagion with time grows more virulent:

-Muslim population continues to skyrocket from 9% of the population in 1947 to 15%, possibly 20% now. Meanwhile in neighboring Bangladesh Hindus dwindle from 25% to 9% and in neighboring Pakistan from 10% to 1%.

-Muslims in India refuse to accept to abide by the norms of civilized society. They have their own parallel marriage act according to which they can marry four wives.

-They live in secluded ghettos and refuse to adopt methods of contraception breeding like an infectious virus.

-The government publicly manages the Hindu temples (the Mosques are managed by the Muslims themselves) and the funds from the offerings made by Hindu pilgrims are doled out to Muslims for their hajj pilgrimage.

-Even though Kashmir is a state in India, the Government of India with the implementation of Article 370 effectively barred Hindus from settling down and buying property in Kashmir. So much for equality before the law!

-Kashmir is the most heavily subsidized state in the country. The central government pours in the revenue collected from the other states with the hopes of winning the Mohammedans over.

-Still the Mohammedans of Kashmir never reciprocate Hindu generosity. The Mohammedans riot when a tiny plot of land Kashmir is allotted to Hindu pilgrims making their walk to the ancient shrine of Amarnath.

-The prime minister goes so far as to say that Muslims have the first right over the resources of the country over do any other groups!

-The Muslims vote as a bloc and are courted with even more concessions by the politicians during the elections. Hindus vote according to priorities like education, growth, managing inflation etc.

-The Indian government in a most shameful act becomes one of the first to condemn native born Salman Rushdie for satanic verses and ban the sale of the book nationwide.

Muslims in India are the most pampered and appeased minority. Still they are ungrateful and go so far as to identify with Pakistan more than they do India. India after all is a Kuffar majority land despite the attempts of Muslims to outbreed the majority Hindus.

If a decisive war takes place between the Mohammedan world to the West and India (which I believe is the Easternmost flank of the democratic world protecting the Buddhist states) then, one of the changes that should be made is a complete population transfer of the existing Muslims in India to Iran and beyond. Then the entire areas should be walled off. A reverse Hindu-Kush is the only way out for Hindus to survive and thrive in India.

So, if you have a muslim who resembles a sharia judge but isn't really an official one...is that a quasi-qazi?
