LA Sheriff Lee Baca must be fired for praising Hamas-linked CAIR

I have said for a while now that when Public Sector Employees make Political Statements or Publicly endorse a Group or ORG. that is ties to violence or global domination, this becomes a cause for the IRS to looked into because TAX Dollars fund the salaries of these people and it is actually a form of Tax-Fraud to fund Political Propaganda for a Foreign Government.

If Lee Baca wants to support hamas and condone the public murders of Gays in Gaza, or the use of children as shields and suicd-bombers....then fine, quit your job and work for CAIR , But don't think that American's are so stupid they can't see through your ruse to collect a Salary via Taxes and then be a shill for the Whahhabi's or those wanting Shariah Law on all US soil.

So, it seems that this impartial, upstanding, honest defender of the law can be bought, allegedly! And honest Ibe and Co. would not shrink from providing the readies, I'm sure.

In core Islamic texts, Muhammad says your "lives and property" are not safe from him unless you become a Muslim

Narrated Ibn 'Umar:

Allah's Apostle said: "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Apostle, and offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform all that, then they save their lives and property from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah."

Sahih Muslim, Book 031, Number 5917:

...Ali went a bit and then halted and did not look about and then said in a loud voice: Allah's Messenger, on what issue should I fight with the people? Thereupon he (the Prophet) said: Fight with them until they bear testimony to the fact that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his Messenger, and when they do that then their blood and their riches are inviolable from your hands but what is justified by law and their reckoning is with Allah.

In core Islamic texts, Muhammad says Muslims should wage jihad to impose three alternatives on non-Muslims: 1) become Muslim, or 2) pay protection money to Muslims for the right to live as second-class persons, or 3) die

In Sahih Muslim, a canonical hadith collection:

Book 019, Number 4294

...the Messenger of Allah [Muhammad] (may peace be upon him)...would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war...When you meet your enemies who are polytheists ["polytheists" to Islamic scholars generally includes Christians and Jews, because of, for example, Quran 9:30] invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these, you also accept it and withold yourself from doing them any harm. [1] Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. ...[2] If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya [protection money non-Muslims must pay to Muslim overlords for the right to live, and as an indication of non-Muslims' "state of subjection" spoken of in Qur'an 9:29]. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. [3] If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them...

Terror and beheading in the Quran

Qur'an Chapter 8, Verse 12:
When your Lord revealed to the angels: I am with you, therefore make firm those who believe. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.

In the earliest Muslim biography of Muhammad, pages 511-517 (758-766 in the Arabic) we learn how in Khaybar Muhammad ordered the torture of a man in order to get hold of a treasure, then beheaded the man, and how that night Muhammad took into his private tent for consummation of "marriage" the tortured man's widow, whose father and other male relatives Muhammad had just killed:

Kinana b. al-Rabi', who had the custody of the treasure of the B. al-Nadir, was brought to the apostle who asked him about it. He denied that he knew where it was. A Jew came (Tabari says "was brought") to the apostle and said that he had seen Kinana going round a certain ruin every morning early. When the apostle [Muhammad] said to Kinana, 'Do you know that if we find you have it I shall kill you?' he said Yes. The apostle gave orders that the ruin was to be excavated and some of the treasure was found. When he asked him about the rest he refused to produce it, so the apostle [Muhammad] gave orders to al-Zubayr b. al-'Awwam, 'Torture him until you extract what he has,' so he kindled a fire with flint and steel on his chest until he was nearly dead. Then the apostle delivered him to Muhammad b. Maslama and he struck off his head in revenge for his brother Mahmud. [-- page 515 (763-764 in the Arabic)]

...The apostle took captives...among whom was Safiya d. Huyayy b. Akhtab who had been the wife of Kinana b. al-Rabi’ b. Abu’l-Huqayq, and two cousins of hers. The apostle chose Safiya for himself. [-- page 511 (758 in the Arabic)]

When the apostle married Safiya in Khaybar or on the way, she having been beautified and combed, and got in a fit state for the apostle by Umm Sulaym d. Milhan mother of Anas b. Malik, the apostle passed the night with her in a tent of his. Abu Ayyub, Khalid b. Zayd brother of B. al-Najjar passed the night girt with his sword, guarding the apostle and going round the tent until in the morning the apostle saw him and asked him what he meant by his action. He replied, ‘I was afraid for you with this woman for you have killed her father, her husband, and her people, and till recently she was in unbelief, so I was afraid for you on her account.’ They allege that the apostle said ‘O God, preserve Abu Ayyub as he spent the night preserving me.’ [-- page 516-517 (766 in the Arabic)]

Muhammad, in core Islamic texts, rejects religious pluralism

For example, in Sahih Muslim, a canonical hadith collection.

Book 19, No. 4366
It has been narrated by 'Umar b. al-Khattib that he heard the Messenger of Allah [Muhammad] (may peace be upon him) say:"I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim."

In Sahih al-Bukhari, the most canonical hadith collection, Muhammad said,

"Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him."

Various other canonical hadiths attest that Muhammad called for death to those who leave Islam. That's why even today all the schools of Islamic law prescribe death for apostasy from Islam.

On page 222 (326 in the Arabic) of the earliest Muslim biography of Muhammad, he affirms that those who do not follow him will be slaughtered:

Abu jahl said to them: "Muhammad alleges that if you follow him you will be kings of the Arabs and the Persians. Then after death you will be raised to gardens like those of the Jordan. But if you do not follow him you will be slaughtered, and when you are raised from the dead you will be burned in the fire of hell." The apostle [Muhammad] came out to them with a handful of dust saying: "I do say that."

Can the brave Coptic Joseph Nasralla protest bravely also against that suspected Muslim Brotherhood Trojan Horse into the White House, Caliph Hussein Obama, in forcing the US/West to have dialogue with the Islamic Nazi Muslim Brotherhood; thus legitimizing it?!

Ibn Kathir, probably the Muslim world's most respected Quran commentator of all time, says Allah's pardon of the unbelievers was cancelled by Quran Chapter 9 and its verses of the sword

Kathir explains here (if you go there, scroll down to the bottom third of the page) that Quran 2:109, which advises Muslims to be tolerant toward unbelievers, has been canceled by verses in Quran Chapter 9 (which Muslim scholars generally agree was one of the last Quran chapters revealed). Kathir quotes part of Quran 9:5, but here's the whole verse:

Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Messenger [Muhammad] have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth [Islam], out of those who have been given the Book [Christian and Jews], until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of [Muslim] superiority and they are in a state of subjection [this subjection is a source of Islamic law's institution of dhimmitude, i.e., third-class legal status for non-Muslims].

Anyway, then Kathir says,

Allah's pardon for the disbelievers was repealed. Abu Al-`Aliyah, Ar-Rabi` bin Anas, Qatadah and As-Suddi said similarly: "It [the pardon, or forgiveness] was abrogated by the Ayah [verse] of the sword." [Quran 9:5]

Sheriff is an elected position, he is not an 'employee'...I'm not so sure he can be fired unless he has committed some kind of crime...He is 'supposed' to be above political control, that's why he is elected rather than selected...It is up to the voters to get rid of him...a special election maybe?

The truth is that all of us - free hungry people- from this part of the World are very ashamed and disappointed by the curruption and short sighted-ness of all well place American citizens- including this Mr. Sheriff Baca.

Please, let them be told - hearing from the horse's mouth - of how they have joined forces with the Evil called Islam to fasten the perishment of this Universe.

He can't be fired. He is an elected official. He must be recalled or defeated during the next election.

Qudos to Mr. Klein and Mr. Nasralla for exposing a publicly elected official who for years has been "friendly" to Muslim Brotherhood linked organizations. Unfortunately local, state and federal law enforcement personnel sworn to protect the people they serve are found to be friendly to the enemy. It is up to the citizens to take back our country from these "wolves in sheeps clothing".
I hope there is a HUGE turnout in Los Angeles on Friday July 29 when Sheriff Baca is exposed!

I have mixed feelings about this one. On one hand, you have liberals who would stifle our free speech by calling it hate speech whenever we speak about the religion of peace. On the other hand, this Sheriff is undoubtedly a moron who is probably dangerous. Now which is more important--protecting this a-holes right to free speech, or our right to rid ourselves of a dhimmie cretin? If you selected "Both" you are correct. Johnny, show them what they won.
But with people like the Sheriff, it's only a matter of time that he will get caught screwing something up, or showing support to his Islamic brethren on company time, which may be grounds for dismissal. Obviously, there should be a thick dossier on this guy as time goes by, in order to get intelligence on his buddies. But firing, to me, may be unconstitutional--unless I'm wrong and he's done something to justify his termination.

I changed my mind--just spread a rumor to CAIR and MB that he's gay and Jewish--you won't need to fire him then.
