MAIDUGURI, Nigeria - Thousands of residents have fled the Nigerian city of Maiduguri over the past two days fearing more Islamist attacks and after soldiers were accused of shooting civilians, residents said Tuesday.Residents piled into the backs of trucks and packed up their cars to leave the northeastern city, which has seen the brunt of the violence blamed on the Islamist sect known as Boko Haram.
The government has deployed hundreds of troops to Maiduguri in a bid to stop the sect, and last weekend a shootout between soldiers and suspected sect members left at least 11 dead.
Military officials say those killed were sect members, but residents say soldiers shot civilians and burnt their houses, accusing them of complicity in the Islamist attacks.
The military says explosives set off by the Islamists led to the burning of the buildings....
Violence blamed on the sect has intensified in recent weeks, including frequent bomb blasts....
Northern quranimals said there would be islamic-peace if they had sharia. Why didn't that happen? Because sharia doesn't solve problems; it causes them. It is so elastic that it can be interpreted in contradictory ways. Hence, conflict is inherent to muslim junk "justice."

Ya, I remember it. I was surprised we'd support mass genocide to keep a country together and I was proud that Israel did the right thing and ashamed the US did not. I was confused why the US did not help. Especially since the State Dept up to recently always had the appearance of a strong Pro-Israel bias.
Once I learned and actually beleived the rediculously crazy New World Order, I reinterpeted history and could easily see that the ELITE Globalist have been favoring our strong bias towards ISlam. Nothin demonstrates this clearer than the US focing ourselves to be foreign energy DEPENDENT.
