Predictably, Muslims are claiming victim status over the riot they provoked at Rye Playland yesterday. Their claims might have more credibility if they didn't always claim to be innocent victims of "Islamophobia" in any and every conflict with the filthy kuffar.

Rye Playland was shut down Tuesday after cops scuffled with Muslims upset that women wearing head scarves were barred from the rides, witnesses said.Fifteen people, including three women, were charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the chaos, authorities said.
The Westchester County park was packed with Muslims celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr - the holiday marking the end of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
One woman, Entisai Ali, began arguing with cops over the amusement park's head scarf, or hijab, rule, said Dena Meawad, 18, of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
The ban, which is not Muslim specific, was imposed about 3 years ago mostly to prevent hats from falling onto the tracks of roller coasters and other rides, park officials said.
"The cops started getting loud with her and she started getting loud, too. They pushed her on the ground and arrested her," Meawad said.
Her cousin, Kareem Meawad, 17, went to try to protect the woman and was beaten by cops and also arrested, she added. Her brother, Issam Meawad, 20, was pushed to the ground and taken into custody when he tried to help his cousin, she said.
"She just wanted to get on a ride. That was it," Dena Meawad said of the initial confrontation. "It's clear, this all happened because we're Muslim."
John Hodges, chief inspector of Westchester County Public Safety, insisted that police did not use excessive force.
He said up to 100 cops from surrounding departments converged on the park.
Two park rangers were injured in the melee, prompting felony assault charges against two people arrested, officials said.
The ugly incident happened just after 1 p.m. The event was organized by the Muslim American Society of New York, and attracted 3,000 Muslims from Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Westchester County.
Ali's sister, Ayman Alrabah, 24, of Brooklyn said her husband, brother and father were all tackled by cops and put into handcuffs when they tried to help her sister.
Alrabah said she was unaware of the head-scarf rule until she and her sister tried to get on the park's Dragon Coasters.
"We requested a refund and all of a sudden an argument became a riot," Alrabah said. "Cops came. They were hitting my brother, my dad. My husband was on the floor and they were handcuffing him.
She said her 4-year-old son was "traumatized" by seeing his father arrested.
"They treated us like animals, like we were nothing," Alrabah said. "They came with their dogs and sticks. We came to have fun."
The park was closed for about two hours because of the fracas. It reopened at about 6 p.m.
Peter Tartaglia, deputy commissioner of Westchester County Parks, said the Muslim American Society of New York was warned in advance of the rule barring head scarves on rides for safety reasons.
"Part of our rules and regulations, which we painstakingly told them over and over again, is that certain rides you cannot wear any sort of headgear," Tartaglia said. "It's a safety issue for us on rides, it could become a projectile."
Many Muslims were given refunds as they left the park disappointed.
"In this heightened state of Islamaphobia, a woman wearing a hajib is an easy target these days," said Zead Ramadan, president of the [Hamas-linked] Council on American-Islamic Relations - New York. "Unfortunately, this turned ugly due to a lot of miscommunication."

Here in my rural community, our police have dogs and sticks; lots of well-trained dogs. They use their dogs from time to time.
A couple or so year back, there was escaped convict or criminal here in my area and the sheriff was searching for him with a helicopter and deputies combing the fields. I went up to a deputy (sitting in his parked car) to tell him he could go on to my property. I thought that German Shepard was going to come right through the window after me.
I wouldn't want the sheriff to turn his dogs on me.

I have read a few more news articles on this, and it appears that the Muslim women were going to get refunds, but then some other Muslims started arguing with them over it. (I suppose some were happy with a refund and some wanted to force their views on the park and start a ruckus.) So, some park rangers intervened in the Muslim on Muslim argument and I suppose it was turning into a violent situation, when the Muslim mob turned on them and beat the crap out of them, thats when the police came.
Sound to me like the men were content to stand by while their women assaulted the park security, but as soon as the security officers dared to defend themselves, the men felt entitled to attack.

I want to hear what the park rangers have to say, that is if they can speak, they were beaten by a mob and had to go to the hospital. And I also wonder if they were female.
1. Don't resist arrest. The police are going to hurt you to stop the resistance.
2. If a family member is in the process of being arrested, you are not "protecting" them by attacking police.
Why such as big deal over the fact that 100 cops responded? If 500 cops were available, 500 should have responded. The overwhelming presence of cops at an arrest suppresses the opportunity to riot. Too few cops and you get the first three nights of the London riots.
My only slam is against the deputy commissioner who should have anticipated this sort of showdown and posted signs at the gates regarding no hats, scarves, etc.

In the Daily Mail article (on this) comments had an interesting one from a muslim who claimed to have been there.
He said that they had been told it was only 1 ride where you weren't allowed to wear head gear and that later that day more no head gear rides were added (which was why they got so upset).

That's all well and good for the Muslims but what about the non-Muslim who is impacted by their hazardous clothing? So sick of Islam. So sick of Muslims whining. So tired of why most any non-Muslim doesn't "get it" by now about Islam.
Same old same old. Muslims are a burden and non-Muslims who still remain clueless about Islam are also a burden. It's a double-burden whammy sensible folks have to endure in this Age of Nonsense in which we live.
In none of the television accounts, did any reporter ask, "Why did you complain if the rule against headgear was uniformly applied to everyone? Are you asking for special rules for Muslims at the government-run park?"

Actually, this has become quite common, John. We have seen numerous cases in the past several years where a Muslim horde rents out an entire amusement park for Eid such as Six Flags or Great America (ah, the irony!), brings in Halal food, and sometimes even sets up separate areas for men and women.
Sure, some of this is about lax Muslims having "fun"—but it is as much about Muslim separatism and flexing Islamic muscle as anything—*especially* in this case.

*I* want to know whether there's any video coverage of what happened, from cop cameras or security cameras at the park, or both.
And if there is, who'd like to lay money that it will turn out (as in the Carnita Matthews case in Australia) that what the camera/s recorded is significantly different from the version of events that all the aggrieved Muslims and Muslimas are giving the reporters?
One must observe that no Muslims were actually injured despite having been arrested; the only persons injured were two park rangers, that is, non-Muslims **injured, one must presume, by MUSLIMS**.
One of the ways that Muslims deceive and mislead is not only by simply making stuff up out of whole cloth, but by judicious omissions.
Here is part of the article, with a few of what I suspect to be 'gaps' identified.
"The cops started getting loud with her and she started getting loud, too.
They pushed her on the ground and arrested her," Meawad said."
Can everyone see the 'gap' in between Meawad's first and second sentences as quoted? I think something else, or more than one something else, happened in between the 'gettign loud' and the 'being pushed to the ground'.- dda
"Her cousin, Kareem Meawad, 17, went to try to protect the woman
{How? By attacking the cops? - note we are not told exactly what Kareem actually did - dda}
and was beaten by cops and also arrested, she added. "
Note: when she says he was 'beaten by the cops' I think she's lying. The report lists two people - park rangers - whose injuries were deemed worth reporting. No injured Muslims. No Muslim went to hospital, as far as I can see. I doubt the cops did anything much to Kareem.
"Her brother, Issam Meawad, 20, was pushed to the ground and taken into custody when he tried to help his cousin, she said."
'When he tried to help his cousin'.
How? Note, no specific details, just a vague generality 'tried to help'. In other words, he was probably assaulting the police right along with his cousin. - dda
"She just wanted to get on a ride. That was it," Dena Meawad said of the initial confrontation. "It's clear, this all happened because we're Muslim."

Suuure: she just wanted to get on a ride **without having to obey the clearly-marked and publicly-stated safety regulations re. clothing**. She wanted to be exempt from the rules. - dda

I do hope he had somebody videoing the whole affaire, and can produce the tapes (or that the amusement park has security cameras that can be consulted). I, because I know about the Mohammedan tendency to lie, lie, lie, especially when intending to harm the kuffar, believe the word of Chief Inspector John Hodges rather than the assorted dramatically-aggrieved Muslims in this case.
But journalists are still ignorant about the ease and brazenness with which Muslims distort the truth...or simply make things up altogether.
It **will* be fun if there turns out to be videotape, and the Muslim 'witnesses' turn out to be lying or omitting important stuff whilst the infidels turn out to be strictly telling the truth....
It looks like Americans are finally waking up and that law enforcement is finally getting it. It also looks like the appropriate measures took place:
1) Muslims knew the rules.
2) Muslims whined about the rules.
3) Muslims tried the race card. It didn't work so then they
4) Started a traditional Eid riot and attacked the police
5) The police responded as thy should have, by stopping the riot, perhaps with force.
I seriously doubt that the police had Muslims on the ground and were wailing on them. But heck, who needs the truth when your favorite civil rights group has blackmailed every police department in the country into giving Muslims a pass on bad behavior, OR ELSE.
Looks like you cried wolf one too many times, oh Muslim ones. And we are all onto you now. ; ) Please, tell someone who cares.
I remember reading an article written in the OC Register by a
woman who had converted to Islam then visited Iran to tour some of the famous mosques there. She asked an Iranian woman how to get to a certain mosque (in Arabic) and she obliged by stating she should get on the same bus w/her and that it would take her to the mosque. However, the bus did not and when the US muslima figured this out she had the shit beaten out of her by the Iranian muslima and her friends (while the men folk watched and laughed), the Iranian police then took her into custody (not the women who beat her) and held her for a time as a suspected spy. The US muslim convert's bitterness at this treatment was apparent throughout the article.

Bill Maher recently did a Burqa fashion show http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dmd48kLanao that was funny. Minor quibble: the garments weren't burqas, but niqabs. I wonder if he will now get death threats for poking fun at Muslims.

Here in Australia a Muslim woman with her burqa on went on a go cart amusement ride, the burqa got caught under the wheels while driving & she choked to death. So yes, it can happen, thats why they have these rules.

The Bill Maher fashion show is from 6+ years ago (ain't recent).
It's interesting to note how big a change has taken place in America since then. Today if Maher did this there would be hell to pay (as you noted).
In any case the show is one of my faovrites and has been something I've thrown in the face of Muslim apologists who are impossible to reason with and for whom non sequitors sometimes are the only rational response....something like that.
What an appalling comment your was. It's one thing to hate Islam and feel anger, disgust and frustration towards its adherents who either approve of the worst aspects of Islam or brush them aside and try to make us all pretend they don't exist. It's quite another to actually wish for Muslims to choke. Reminds me of Scrooge's comment on the poor, actually: 'If they're going to die, then they'd better do it, and decrease the surplus population!'.
Most people still haven't realized that the Islamic community is completely hostile to us and our way of life. This is why there's so many incidents like this which lead to tension and riots.
These people are nothing like us-they don't share our values, they don't like us, they see us as kafirs/subhumans and in their deranged mindset they see every incident like this as an act of courage, bravery, a political statement and most of all, a religious gesture aimed at pleasing Allah and advancing Islam.
Like the legitimately oppressed blacks who were fighting for equality in the 1960s, muslims see themselves in a similar light, except they're not fighting for equality because they are not a downtrodden/persecuted group, they are fighting to establish a fascist totalitarian theocratic/political system that would make Orwell's 1984 look like a picnic.
Another good example of this which demonstrates just how alien, strange and hostile this 'community' is, is when pastor Terry Jones wanted to give a speech near a mosque and was set-upon by a mob of these Islamofascist thugs. It makes one take a step back and think who are these weird people, what are they doing here in my country and why are they behaving like such animals?
The crowd here at JW is pretty astute and is already aware of what we're up against, but sadly the masses are largely clueless and I think they'll only wake up when things get extreme and can no longer be ignored-as is happening in Europe. If we were smart we'd already be sending them all back to where they belong.

One of the most ludicrous ideas—which, insanely, doesn't appear to have been challenged by any of the journalists—is the idea that Many Muslims were trying to "help" others being arrested.
Unless one is faced with some sort of insane rogue cop who is beating someone to death—clearly *not* the case here—the only way one could "help" someone being arrested would be by visiting a bail bondsman and then contacting a good lawyer—not, as it appears here, by *attacking the officer oneself*.
