Tampa Police crime scene tech now admits "fear of Muslim reprisal" in honor killing classified as accidental death

Tampa Police Crime Scene Technician Shelby Garman called Florida Family Association’s private investigator on July 26, 2011 to request that her name be removed from the Tampa Police Department GO report posted at Floridafamily.org because of “fear of Muslim reprisal.”

This is reel big news. Just like the debt ceiling is reel big news rat now.

Maybe, once the talking haids finishing up accusing little old ladies in the Tea Party of being terrorists, they can turn their attention to Mr. Garman for a good old fashioned public reaming on his Islamophobia.

This case has to be the current apogee of dhimmification in the United States. For Police to classify a murder as an accident, while knowing full-well it was an Islam-inspired 'execution' - there's no other word for it - is utterly outrageous.

Now, it's unravelling...

Un-fucking-believable. Heads should roll over this one.

Every citizen, Muslim, orthodox, atheist, whatever, has the right to make his or her choices without fear of violence. This is big news, too. But hopefully not reel big news, as in cameras. Engaging a pro like Prestige Investigations to ferret out the truth is a fine trend that is happily added to the public demonstrations and the appearances on Fox.

The only leverage the Resistance has is the truth, as in backed-up-by-evidence truth, which ain't necessarily so great, given that the truth has fallen from favor since the ex-hippies took over the nation.

This shows the Tampa police *know* this is almost certainly an "honor killing"—and the ordeal that means for any Infidel who pokes his nose into "Muslim business".

It appears that some officials feared Muslim reprisal, feared media attention if the case became public and therefore decided to promptly call this violent death an accident without any further investigation beyond the incident date.

If law enforcement agencies are unwilling to properly investigate and bring charges in violent crimes that may have been perpetuated by religious creeds it will undermine our public safety and severely change our value system.

There's a scene in a movie called The Adjustment Bureau where the protagonist, played by Matt Damon, catches the nefarious adjusters doing things like immobilizing people and implanting choices into their brains to keep everyone on "the plan". I almost turned off the DVD player because that seemed so preposterous. I guess it wasn't.

This story brings two things to mind :

1) This would not be the 1st time the Tampa police dept. swept an investigation under the carpet for convenience sake.

2) The University of South Florida ( which is located in Tampa ) is not called the University of South Jihad for nothing.

What we have here is political correctness taken to a ridiculous and lethal level, though no one of sense (unfortunately this would exclude a lot, mostly those on the left side of the political spectrum though Governor Christie of New Jersey is a notable exception here) should be surprised by this because Islam, a monster of a totalitarian ideology if ever there were one, continues to get a pass as "a something" we should respect.

Well, I don't respect this "something," as I well know that increasing numbers of those in Western nations don't. But the times are very fluid and much nonsense along the lines of Islam being a belief system that is to be accorded the utmost deference will sustain itself for a goodly period of time to come. Notwithstanding, eventually even the most intellectually soporifically inclined (read the Left here by huge margins) will see full in the face just how menacing Islam is to basic freedoms, as Bertrand Russell, a total leftist himself, did almost a century ago. But this is still a bit ways off. Damn shame that it is because nipping Islam sooner than later in the bud would be good for all---even for Muslims, though they and their dhimmi supporters would never, could never, comprehend this.

If he and Pamela had not complained, then this women's death would have only been an accident. It is because of their agitation that this case may now be reclassified as an unlawful death.

It is ONLY because of Robert and Pamela's internet actions that this might now be called a murder case. Therefore, Robert and Pamela will be guilty of creating a murder if the loving husband is found.

It remains to be seen if this will actually be a turn in the case. All we really seem to have here is a secondhand account from a private investigator that a crime scene technician expressed fear of Muslim reprisals. The article above does not show us that statement directly from the crime scene technician, but only a report from the P.I., who does not quote the crime scene technician, but merely says she was afraid of reprisals. We don't know how the P.I. came to that conclusion, because he doesn't say in the report. We can't tell from the P.I.'s statement if he concluded that based on some kind of inference, or if the crime scene technician explicitly told him she was afraid of reprisals. Nor does the P.I. say that anyone else was afraid of reprisals. Meanwhile, the second, confirmation statement emailed directly from the crime scene technician says not a word about fear of reprisals.

Unfortunately, there may be less here than meets the eye, as far as the appearance of a new turn in the case. Further, even if the crime scene technician was afraid of Muslim reprisals, that doesn't in itself show that she falsified her judgment in the case. Plenty of people were afraid of the Nazis during World War II. But the fear didn't automatically make all those people become collaborators. Fear is one thing. Buckling is another.

We have secondhand evidence from a P.I. that one lone individual involved in the investigation had a fear of reprisals, and we have no admission from anyone that anyone falsified a professional judgment due to fear.

This looks like an honor killing and has from the start. But is this business about a crime scene technician allegedly being afraid of Muslim reprisals really a breakthrough in the case? I don't think so. I hope I'm wrong.

According to the article "Worldwide Trends in Honor Killings," published in the Middle East Forum, Muslims do 91 percent of honor killings worldwide and 96 percent of honor killings in Europe. If you click on the above link, those percentages can be found five paragraphs below the heading "Methodology."

Lets watch this closely. This is a sign of things to come. If law enforcement fails in their responsibility to the public then what is left? This is such a disgrace to justice it does call for the firing of not just one person but possibly dozens. The Tampa police department ought to hang their heads in shame about this but that is not enough. Justice needs to be served and maybe it will be with a multimillion dollar suit from some family member or members who really cared about this poor victim

If the Tampa Police Dept. don't get to grips with this case of murder, other women will be brought to Tampa, Florida to be murdered. Why? The 'creed' that murders them will think that leaning on the authorites there is all you need to do to cover your tracks.
In other words, the Tampa police will create an atmosphere in which Muslims believe they are safe from prosecution if they murder women in Tampa, Florida.
That will simply encourage so-called honor killings.

I read a story similar to this, a suicide that seemed a bit strange, of Salvador Allende committing suicide by shooting himself 37 times in the back, pausing twice to reload. It might have come out of Tampa, Fla. Was _National Lampoon_ publishing there in '73? Similar story out of there now.

This will get pushed under the rug just like everything else does. Nothing will be done but people need to be fired for covering this up and failing to bring out the truth.

I am not a CSI or CST, but I do hold a medical license in this state. I am stating this, because when I looked at the
photo's of the crime I could see that this young woman was held at the upper arms and wrists. Looking at the photo's of the coffee table there is no way a person could do that much dammage (to the coffe table) and be consciencous. This woman was violently beaten to death. Just look at the damage to the coffee table. Also, there is a hand print (imprint of fingers) on the upper left shoulder, made with such force that they are still visible in the photo. She was held by the shoulders, upper arms, and wrists.The blood splatter doesn't make any sence. This is a cover-up and we the people should push until heads roll.

The fact that the authorities have allowed one eye-witness to leave the country is outrageous. Of course I'm suprised the whole family hasn't left yet. That's what the officials are waiting for. Then of course the case can either be closed due to the "lack of evidence", or call in John Walsh to do a sham job.

Also, if the families do leave this country due negligence every person in authority should be fired, without any benefits, pension ect. They all should lose everything for allowing this murder to be covered-up!!!!! Everyone of them should be proscuted to the fullist extent of the law and to real hard time, prison.

Many are trapped in Islam against their will. Under Islam it is a crime to convert from Islam to any other religion under penalty of death. Sharia law merely enforces such Islamic principles. Many such trapped Muslims come to the U.S. to escape the enforcement of Sharia law because as yet there are not enough Muslims/Muslims in power to ensure/condone its full enforcement.

Another Islamic principle is the supremacy of Muslims over non-Muslims and the right of Muslims to abuse, plunder, rape, and even murder non-Muslims in "defense" of their honor, themselves, Muhammad, Islam, etc., and to do it with impunity as superior. Therefore, it is not fair and is indeed another form of supremacist thinking to expect non-Muslims to allow the privilege of Muslims over non-Muslims but yet to expect non-Muslims to also come to their defense while they remain anonymous and without responsibility. It is exactly what is happening in Afghanistan. U.S. troops with U.S. ideals are fighting as pawns between the ambitious factions of global jihadists.

Arrest, indict, and prosecute those cops for treason (or at the very least, for being willing accessories after the fact, enabling the ongoing crime-syndicate of islam)!

At the very least, their criminally-negligent delinquent actions imply their have abdicated their oaths to serve and protect, and have thus resigned from their paid positions as our Public SERVANTS!
