UK: Seven misunderstanders of Islam arrested in anti-terror operation

"The arrests are thought to be the most significant this year." But just remember: the real problem is "Islamophobia." Just keep repeating it, and eventually it will come true: the real problem is "Islamophobia." The real problem is "Islamophobia." The real problem is "Islamophobia." "Seven held in Birmingham anti-terror operation," from the BBC, September 19 (thanks to Steven):

Six men and a woman have been arrested in Birmingham in a large anti-terrorism operation, West Midlands Police say.

The men, aged between 25 and 32, are being held on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism in the UK.

The woman, 22, is held on suspicion of failing to disclose information contrary to the Terrorism Act 2000.

The arrests are thought to be the most significant this year, BBC home affairs correspondent Danny Shaw said.

It is understood the investigation, which has involved security service MI5, relates to suspected Islamist extremism.

But the arrests are not thought to be related to the Liberal Democrats' conference which is taking place at the city's International Convention Centre....

i am sure they were identified as "Asians"...cannot name our enemy!

So help me God, one gets the impression that the way things are going, someday soon, arrests like this will become politically impossible because the authorities will be so cowed by potential accusations of "Islamophobia" by the Islamo-Left.

Why do the UK police bother with arrests ?
A British al-Qaeda terrorist is free on licence after serving less than three years of his ten-year jail sentence.
Habib Ahmed, 32, tried to smuggle secret code books vital to a UK massacre

No wonder that the British domestic intelligence service MI5 last week launched a recruitment drive for language analysts in the West Midlands

The language unit is particularly keen to find people with a good knowledge of Arabic including Yemeni, Algerian, Lebanese, Syrian, Libyan, Kuwaiti and Iraqi.

They also want to attract people who understand the complex dialects of Bengali/Sylheti, Pakistani Pashto, Afghani Pashto and/or Dari, Pakistani Punjabi with Pothwari, Somali and Kurdish Sorani.

The focus seems to be on what the don't-mention-Islam BBC calls "international terrorism"

Don't use their language. Using words like islamaphobia, infidel, dhimmi, and others, gives them ligitimacy and acceptance. Don't use them unless thet're qualified as being their characterizations and not ours.

"The men were taken into custody by unarmed officers in the Moseley, Sparkbrook, Sparkhill, Ward End and Balsall Heath areas of Birmingham between 11:30 BST on Sunday and 1:00 BST on Monday, police said."

*BLINK*

Now clearly I'm missing something. The Brits sent unarmed officers to arrest suspected terrorist operators? Seriously?

Yemeni, Algerian, Lebanese, Syrian, Libyan, Iraqi.oh!....
pakistani, somali, kurdish speakers wanted hmmmm

open & shut case pesky Jooos obviously.

oh & yeaborg,
i hope they make sure the security cameras that had to be installed, in that area, were all switched off to avoid offence :-D

Birmingham, England, is a heavily Islamised city, with 20-25% Muslim population; and the Muslim numbers and percentage is increasing all the time.

In this large number of Muslims in Birmingham are the jihadists and their supporters; here is one example of 3 years ago:

"Birmingham's jihad shopping trips"

The "Operation Champion" cameras were deactivated some time ago, amid protests following disclosures in the ultra-dhimmi Guardian that the cameras had been financed by anti-terrorism funding.

The pilot project for surveillance cameras was in the Washwood Heath and Sparkbrook districts of Birmingham.

Sparkbrook is one of the districts of Birmingham in which arrests were made last night. During the early 20th century it was one of the centres of Birmingham's Irish community. Today, the a predominantly muslim "Asian" community accounts for 64% of the population, of which the largest group is Pakistani at 44%.

The first Al Qaeda terrorist arrested in the UK was Moinul Abedin, from Sparkbrook, convicted of bombmaking and jailed for 20 years in 2002.

The real problem is "Islamophobia", the worst form of
TERRORISM!!!

Well, Moinul Abedin is probably plotting terrorist attacks with his fellow holy warriors in Afghanistan but if we're lucky, he has been killed by Crusaders in an islamic hellhole. His '20' year prison sentence should have been up in 2005 at the latest. I have a feeling he wasn't in prison long enough to be rehabilitated, even if rehabilitation is attempted in prisons these days.
