Asia Bibi is the Pakistani Christian mother who was sentenced to death on "blasphemy" charges brought by vindictive neighbors after she refused to convert to Islam.
She has said, "I have not been asked even once for my statement in court. Not by the lawyers and not by the judge." She was not given an attorney, and was sentenced in a court heavily influenced and intimidated by Islamic supremacist thugs.
This petition, from the group Voice of the Martyrs, is one way of letting Pakistan and its leadership know Asia Bibi and her unjust imprisonment have not been forgotten. Not unlike Iran's persecution of the convert from Islam, Youcef Nadarkhani, Pakistan is playing a waiting game with Asia Bibi, stalling for time in the hope that the rest of the world will spare them the international embarrassment so they can get on with business as usual. Meanwhile, innocent lives are caught in the middle.

Well, I'm certainly not a Christian, but I signed the petition. The protection of the rights of any of us is protection for all of us.
The fate of Asia Bibi is a microcosm of the global struggle between Islam and human freedom. Will the West come to her defense...or is this just one more arena where we acquiesce in our on-going civilizational euthanasia?
If Asia Bibi is judicially and publicly and indeed flauntingly murdered by Pakistan, with the full connivance and approval of their government, military, judiciary and police force - she, a humble Christian woman whose one and only 'crime' was 'offending' some Muslim co-workers by saying that she preferred Jesus over Mohammed - then every Pakistani Ambassador or High Commissioner throughout the non-Muslim world should be expelled.
And all 'aid' from those nominally-Christian non-Muslim countries who are currently pouring money into Islamic Pakistan, should stop. Forever.
