In the business world experience has been a good but hard teacher for me and for others. The flexible and those open to new ideas can survive as they learn and process new information. Some fail life's lessons. These hard-headed people can be found in all walks of life, bosses and supervisors being no exception.
A summarizing phrase describes many of these people. "Often wrong, but never in doubt."
