Islamic law forbids Muslims to leave Islam. These murders were revenge upon one Muslim who dared to exercise his freedom of conscience. "NEWS ALERT: Nigeria Militants Kill Children Of Christian Convert, Missionaries Say," by Stefan J. Bos for BosNewsLife, November 23 (thanks to Mackie):
ABUJA, NIGERIA (BosNewsLife)-- A militant group seeking to enforce Sharia, or Islamic law, throughout Nigeria, has shot and killed two children of an ex-terrorist and "murderer" because he converted to Christianity, well-informed missionaries told BosNewsLife Wednesday, November 23.Boko Haram, meaning “Western education is a sin”, carried out the killings this month after discovering that a former fellow fighter refused to kill a Christian and instead accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, explained Rae Burnett, Africa Director of the U.S. based Christian Aid Mission (CAM) group.
Burnett told BosNewsLife that the father and Boko Haram militant "was poised to slit the throat of his Christian victim" during November attacks in northern Nigeria that killed at least over 130 Christians, including missionaries, when "he was suddenly struck with the weight of the evil he was about to commit."
Dropping his machete, the man ran to the nearest church, asking a pastor for help, Burnett said....
"When the call came, the ministry leader was grieving the loss of several close missionary friends who were murdered in the Yobe State slaughter. He immediately met with the confessed killer and joyfully led him to Christ. He is discipling him in a secret location because of the extreme danger."
Burnett declined to identify the former Muslim militant and missionaries, citing security concerns.
"After meeting the Lord, the converted terrorist [and] murderer called his former colleagues to testify what had happened to him without disclosing where he was," she said.
CHILDREN KIDNAPPED
However, "Upon discovering the man's conversion to Christianity, Boko Haram members invaded his home, kidnapped his two children and informed him that they were going to execute them in retribution for his disloyalty to Islam. Clutching his phone, the man heard the sound of the guns that murdered his children," the CAM official added.
There was no known published comment about the specific attack by Boko Haram, but the reported murders were part of what President leader Goodluck Jonathan called "heinous violence" which began November 4 mainly in and around Damaturu, the capital of Nigeria's northern Yobe state.
Christian missionaries said that during the attacks Muslim "extremists" of Boko Haram also demanded that Christians recite the Islamic creed. Those who refused, were reportedly butchered on the spot.
Additionally, "among the "devastation and destruction left in the wake of Boko Haram's violence were 10 church buildings set aflame while Christians remained trapped inside," added Burnett, who has close knowledge about the situation.
Though "severely traumatized," the former Boko Haram fighter who lost his children "is growing in the knowledge of Christ through the loving care he is receiving from his brothers and sisters in the ministry that is sheltering and training him," she said. "He knows he is called to become a missionary to Nigerian Muslims."...
Burnett said several ex-Muslims facing "the danger of persecution or death from the Islamic community and even family members," are brought to "a safe location while they are discipled and trained in the Word of God."...
The Boko Haram's "goal is to force Sharia law throughout Nigeria" targeting "secular education by bombing schools and universities, " the CAM director said. She added that while attacks are often prompted by local issues, they also aim at "anything that is perceived to be foreign influence."...

There is no conscience in Islam—and anyone who exhibits one is punished in the most horrific manner.
God, I hate Islam.
Oh...I thought I'd left a comment on here but it's not showing up.
This is not just Islam but Judaism. Islam is based on Judaism and shares the teachings of the Torah, the Old Testament. The Old Testament is full of all the evil things you hate about Islam. It's beyond belief that so many Christians and Jews criticise Islam yet fail to recognise the same evils in the OT.
All three religions need to be exposed for what they are if we are to stand a chance of beating Islam. We only have one option and that is to expose them as originating from volcano worship. This is a FACT and can be proven very easily.
Please see.....and study.....and pass on....
http://ohmyvolcano.blogspot.com
and please allow my comment to remain here. The truth needs to come out.
Deuteronomy 13:6-9 "If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying: Let us go and worship other gods (gods that neither you nor your fathers have known, gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other, or gods of other religions), do not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity. Do not spare him or shield him. You must certainly put him to death. Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people."
If this comment gets deleted I will dispair. That would be hypocricy in the extreme.
There is joy in heaven over one sinner who repents.
IF this story is true, and this man's conversion is genuine, I pray that he may become a real Valiant-For-Truth.
May he be able to deprogram many other Muslims and help them regain their humanity.
And may many other Muslims in Nigeria experience a similar turnaround.
This story is, actually, curiously similar in certain ways to that of a Russian guy named Kourdakov who defected during the latter part of the Cold War, under Khruschev, and upon his defection, sought out a church and converted to Christianity. Back home in Russia he had been part of a gang of government-trained-and-appointed thugs who were used to raid unauthorised Christian meetings and beat up helpless people - little old men and ladies and young girls. In one such raid, he was about to bring down his baton on a dear little old babushka when he heard her praying out loud...for HIM. And at the same time some immense invisible force other than himself simply immobilised him - scaring the sh*t out of him. When that mysterious force released him, he bolted; and that was the beginning of a process of moral questioning that led to him finally deciding that he had to leave Russia. And when he did become a Christian he spent his time bearing witness to the persecution of Christians within the USSR. He put it all in a book called "Forgive Me, Natasha". He died under mysterious circumstances...possibly assassinated by USSR agents who didn't like him blowing the whistle in the West about the human rights abuses he'd been part of, and repented of.
Gosh yes, volcano-worship, why didn't I realize that before now? Really, with all those volcanoes around the Holy Land, it's no wonder that people worshipped them.
You're talking nonsense.
That was then, like, 3000 years ago.
Jews aren't doing this today and I say I am completely confident that they are not about to start doing it.
Show me, from the past year, twenty-five documented cases of practising Jews executing someone who leaves Judaism and joins another religion or becomes an atheist. Go on. show us.
As for Christians: show me the verse from the Gospels where Jesus tells his disciples to execute anyone who leaves the Christian community.
Show me the verse from St Paul's letters that requires the execution of anyone who leaves the community.
In Islam, there is a Bukhari Hadith where Mohammed is said to have said, "If anyone discards his [Muslim] religion, **kill him**.'
**There is no such verse anywhere in the Christian scriptures** (that is, the Gospels and the Epistles).
The command in Deuteronomy is taken by Christians to be a part of the Hebrew law; and because Jesus did not tell us to do it, we don't. Those Christian communities who have, in the past, executed 'heretics' and 'witches' were not obeying any explicit teaching within the New Testament.
And as for claiming that Judaism, Christianity and the pretender, Islam (which is actually a subspecies of what might be called paganism, a nonbiblical and indeed profoundly antibiblical belief system whose members merely *pretend* to be long-lost kin to Jews and Christians in order to get a foot inside the door), are all based on 'volcano worship'...ROFLMAO. Maybe you could make a case out for Islam in that regard, but not the Biblical faiths.
Powerful story.
Clarification of something I wrote above: the clause "a nonbiblical and indeed profoundly antibiblical belief system whose members merely *pretend* to be long-lost kin to Jews and Christians in order to get a foot inside the door)" refers to **Islam** only.
dda, thanks for sharing the Russian convert's story as well.
Quite inspirational. Feel free to bring us more of the same. This site needs a little ray of sunshine now and again.

This is just idiotic, Ohmyvolcano. Where are the cases of Jews citing Deuteronomy and murdering those who leave the faith? Where are the Christians?
I checked out your site a few days ago, and must say I consider your hypothesis a bit silly—the Holy Land is not exactly rife with volcanos, for one thing—but you are free to make such a case in the civilized West. Jews and Christians may disagree with you, but nothing more.
Muslims, however, are much in the habit of threatening people who speculate about the origins of Islam—*or* those with the temerity to leave the faith, as the appalling story above so graphically shows.
"All three religions need to be exposed"
I'll tell you what, try exposing the 3 religions in the streets of New York, then in the streets of Tel Aviv, then in the streets of Mecca, then, I'll be waiting for another comment, right here!
I for one hope your comments don't get deleted (I highly doubt they will unless you keep posting the same anti-religious nonsense over and over and over again) so that many can see how foolish your comments are. When are folks like you going to get it through your head that the Old Testament is not a paradigm for action for all time but the Koran most certainly is? This would help explain, duh, why Jews (and Christians) are not committing terrorist actions in the name of their religion (with an extremely rare exception here or there), while Muslims most certainly are, to the tune of over 18,000 documented Islamic terrorist attacks just since 9/11 alone.
Moreover, in the fight against Islamic supremacist designs, a united front must be formed by peoples of all other major religions as well as those from some minor religions or no religion at all. One knows this or should know it. Obviously you don't.
Your approach to dealing with the extraordinary threat which Islam is to liberty is stupid, inaccurate and divisive. Wise up.
Not only Islamic law ... it is Allah himself to order to kill converts (apostates)
http://schnellmann.org/death_for_apostasy.html
4:89 "...But if they turn renegades ("reject faith"), seize them and SLAY them wherever ye find them"
4.88-9 (Hilali-Khan).... Comment: Ali Sina This verse is a command to slay apostates. “emigrate in the way of Allah” (Arabic: “yuhajiroo fee sabili Allahi”, transliterated: “make Hijra in the way of Allah”) means; interpreting “hijra” in its spiritual sense, to “become Muslim” and thus people who “turn back” are turning back or away from Islam – ie becoming apostate....
Ohmyvolcano:
You are simply wrong in your assessment,, if anything there is the stongest of evidence that Mohamed read, or it was read to him the New Testament of Jesus Christ and then subverted to his own so called teachings that he claimed came to him from the arch angel Gabriel.
volcano fart breath is annoying - yes - his idiocy is obvious - but you can't fix stupid. No one can fix stupidity. 1400 years of crimes against humanity committed by inbred cousin marrying, daughter fucking, incest obsessed, women hating mental rejects will never result in rational thought. It's wishful thinking that they will ever form cogent ideas.
Comparing ancient religious texts that we don't care about to what happened last week is absurd to say the least. We care about what happened last week.
Volcano fart breath doesn't get it. He is stuck on stupid. He's probably inbred and brainwashed since he was 1 year old. I understand that high velocity lead injection can permanently cure this affliction.
Let's all hope he get's his medication soon.
Ohmyvolcano,
Muslims are the only ones today who kill apostates or kill people in relation to apostasy. And strangely enough, Muslims are the only ones who actually follow those nasty penalties in the Old Testament--death penalty for apostasy or encouraging apostasy, death penalty for blasphemy, stoning to death for adultery, and so on.
This is not to say that Islam is the only religion that has some members today who practice Old Testament barbarities (e.g., killing "witches," etc.), but it is the only one which has a significant percentage of followers who want people killed for apostasy or, in some cases, for merely being associated with apostasy. That's about all, in your post, that's relevant to this story in Nigeria. Are Nigerian Christians killing apostates? I don't think so.
You write: "All three religions need to be exposed for what they are if we are to stand a chance of beating Islam. We only have one option and that is to expose them as originating from volcano worship. This is a FACT and can be proven very easily."
The idea that we can defeat a powerful religio-political program like Islam by linking it to volcano worship--even if this fanciful idea about volcano worship is true--is absurd. The mainstream pious Muslim account of Islam's origins is dubious and incredible enough as it is. While I do believe that attacking Islam's credibility is an important part of our prosecution against it, it is merely one aspect, and only debunking or "exposing" these beliefs will not suffice to persuade a significant percentage of Muslims to stop pursuing or enabling their project of establishing Islamic rule. Focusing on some peculiar hypothesis about volcanoes is even less likely to succeed. Instead, we need to focus on educating non-Muslims about what Islam and the majority of Muslims have in store for them, namely, subjugation and persecution under sharia rule.
There is no conscience in Islam—and anyone who exhibits one is punished in the most horrific manner.
One of the major objectives of Islamic brainwashing is to destroy the conscience of the believer: http://crombouke.blogspot.com/2011/03/islam-destroys-conscience.html
Sofa-king
You are right Oh No volcano was talking about ancient religious texts and how islam is akin to how christianity and judaism USED to be, However you brought them right upto date by saying,
"I understand that high velocity lead injection can permanently cure this affliction.
Let's all hope he get's his medication soon"
Ie:- calling for him to be killed because his beliefs are different to your own. You are as bad, if not worse, than the muslims in this article. At least their death cult calls for then to act this way what's your excuse?
Well I would have expected those kind of responses from muslims. But then Christians are easily offended and hateful too, in my experience. Instead of analysing new information with open minds and making judgements based on reason and logic, they often lash out with insults and inuendos.
I am perfectly aware Christians are generally not going around killing kids who leave the faith, but we all know about the Christian who recently went around killing many kids who aided another faith. My argument is not about who's doing what now and who is the most evil. That is as plain as day. I used to be known as Britney British from God Help Britain, fighting the cause against Islam, but I'm matured since then, although my fears of Islam remain the same. Shouting your mouth off about muslims and Islam is going to do no good. What has been achieved in the last ten years by criticing it? Nothing. All that has happened is that good muslims have become more alienated. The only hope is in dismantling the religion from the foundations up, and that is why we ALL need to eat some humble pie and decide whether or not we are prepared to give up something for the sake of our future liberties.
I suggest you all go through my blog....every post...and watch out for more. You cannot grasp the theory unless you listen to everything I have to say. Yes, it is 'fanciful' because it is new to you. The earth being spherical was also deemed fanciful and the masses reacted with fury and indignation until it was proven correct. Don't be one of the masses.
So the holy land has no volcanoes or seismic activity? Well, you would be correct if you were talking about Sinai but Mount Sinai was not in Sinai but in Arabia....Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria and Israel all lie on a techtonic plate rift (overlap) where catastrophic plate shifts have occured. These highly volatile conditions account for the Dead Sea becoming dead, Mecca and Medina experiencing thousands of tremors each year (due for a volcanic eruption any time soon...yes, it is getting interesting isn't it?....Look it up....now I'm making you happy), etc. The catalyst for the Exodus was the Santorini eruption just north of Egypt. Look at the blog. I will post about this rift soon.
Idiots laugh at new information.
Oh My...
Even if you are right, so what?
...I am perfectly aware Christians are generally not going around killing kids who leave the faith, but we all know about the Christian who recently went around killing many kids...
His actions had zero to do with Christianity...You are merely finding guilt by association...False association at that...Anyone can claim they are a Christian but that means nothing...If you want credibility, don't post BS to back up a point...
"The difference between a muslim soul and souls of non-muslims—all of them in all different levels—is greater and deeper than the difference between a human soul and the souls of cattle."
Who said that? Which one of you is brave enough to speak?
Check out my blog for a nice article for you all to read.
Killing for Allah...The Bible has two versions...'Thou shall not kill', and others say, 'thou shall not murder'...
Thou shall not murder...This is the loop hole that lets Mahoundian killers off the hook...If you kill for Allah, in one of his many causes, it is not murder, but a holy act...In this way, Mahoundians kill a lot of people...but they rarely murder anyone...These children then, were not murdered as revenge, they were sacrificed to Allah in an unholy ritual...How much blood does Allah need before his thirst is quenched?
Who cares who said it? Various levels of consciousness has got little to do with Islam...When you work in a mental institution, you do not treat a diagnosis, you treat behavior...Before you concern yourself with an individuals diagnosis, you first have to get him off your arm, where he is hanging on by his teeth...
We can know all about the core texts of Islam, we can identify what drives them, and we can wonder at volcano's, but none of this alters behavior, Islam is still biting our arm...This requires an Islam wrench...or heavy drugs...it requires various forms of self defense just as Islam has various types of jihad...The only way to slow down or stop jihad is to make it too expensive to wage it on every front...This will not happen with the current batch of politicians in power now...
Hi Robert. I am highly honored to be quoted in Jihad Watch. It is one of my home pages, and i check it many times/day. I would prefer it if you would just receive my articles directly, as this news source frequently misquotes me and takes credit for my interviews. If you send me the email adress you want to use, I will see that you get all the Africa e-Alerts as well as those from other Third World countries. We often have a unique perspective and information no one else has (such as in this article)because of our contacts around the world. My address is rae@christianaid.org. I appreciate so much what you, Pam, Raymond and others are doing to make the truth known. Blessings, Rae
Yes, that is the classic hammer and fist approach to solving problems.....don't think, act, then think later if you're still alive.
Think first, then act. That is the only way. Unfortunately it seems there are no people thinking first on how best to solve the Islam problem, hence the reason why nothing positive has happened and lots of negative things have happened. It's a slippery slope and we're well and truly on it.
Put up with the arm being bitten and take some time to work out an effective plan. I've worked one out and I feel sure it could do what we all want it to do. All it needs it to go viral. Islam started out as volcano worship. That little statement, made viral throughout the world, could do it. The trouble is, not many of you are prepared to pay the price, that being giving up on something you love just as much as the muslims love their 'thing'.
Well, better get used to an Islamic state in which you will have plenty of time to spend kicking yourselves on not giving it a shot. You won't even be able to have a Bible so saving your 'thing' now will be wasted later.
The truth is out, clown. Say what you want about the texts of Judaism or Christianity. Say what you want about barbarities committed by Christians or Jews in centuries past. The fact is that right here, right now, in this century the threat of religious violence emanates almost exclusively from islam.
When a fundi Christian in the US bombs a abortion clinic you hear him roundly condemned by Christians and imprisoned by people who are likely to be majority Christian in their heritage.
If a Israeli soldier commits a war crime against a palestinian arab he is going to stand trial and be punished accordingly by other Jews if he is found guilty.
If a moslem plants a bomb on a civilian airliner and kills 300+ civilians he is welcomed home by his President with hugs and kisses, paraded through the streets of his capital as a hero and held up in all islamic communitees as a example of what a good man is and does. Moslems compete to have their picture taken with him.
There is no moral equivalence between todays Christianity or Judaism and islam here.
And no moral equivalency in the texts, histories or teachings either.
Islam started out as volcano worship. That little statement, made viral throughout the world, could do it.
Yes, I can see Mahoundians leaving Islam in droves when they get that news...
They will abandon Allah, the Quran and Mohammad, and close down Mecca immediately...How could they be so wrong for so many years? Volcano worship of course...that should go viral...
what a revelation to the pious...
What is to be expected. Islam is fundamentally a worship of Satan. God would not enjoin the attrocities commanded even in the Quran while maintaining that he is "merciful."
What Christian are you talking about who went about killing kids? I hope you don't mean Anders Brevik who was not a Christian by his own admittance even though he made some vague references to the Judeo-Christian ethic backing up Western Civilization. Look, the fact is that some 99% of people across the world who are killing in the name of religion are Muslim and thus it's stupid beyond belief to alienate Christians and Jews in any fight against the many Islamic doctrines, e.g., death for apostasy or for criticism of Islam or Mohammed, which are inimical to liberty (which Christian doctrine is I might ask?). And I write this as the complete non-religious person that I am.
Moreover, a great deal has been achieved in the last ten years by the pointing out by many the many pathologies in Islam. So you're wrong here too. Far, far more people have a negative view of Islam than they did before 9/11 and this is a damn good start. Deny this and you live in a fantasy world. Yes, most of the elites in the West are still playing a game where Islam is concerned, to wit, that it is a religion of peace and tolerance, but it will take many decades to finally convery to most all that Islam is exactly what Bertrand Russell said it was almost a hundred years ago and that is the only major faith which is totalitarian in structure and ideology.
Your anti-religious screeds (and yes, that's what they are and no one or almost no one wants to go to any blog you've set up where you would go on about volcanoes replete with diatribes against Christianity and Judaism) here at JW are ample evidence that you will never grasp the wisdom of Voltaire, himself very much a skeptic, who observed that if God doesn't exist, we'll have to invent Him. Being non-religious is defensible but being anti-religious (Islam excluded of course as the exception to this rule) is foolish in the extreme. The Founding Fathers of America, many of whom were skeptics of Christianity (e.g., Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson), nonetheless were all of the same opinion that religion played an essential part in the make-up of a healthy society because they intuitively understood what is often attributed to Fyodor Dostoyevsky and that is that without God anything is possible. As Ben Franklin said, if man is bad with religion, imagine what he'd be without it (Islam again being the exception to the rule) I do expect, however, that all that I have just written will go over your head, but I wrote it anyway just for the record. Now wise up or get lost because right now you're not useless but worse than useless.
Isn't it correct that when a muslim commits an act of jihad in the West, immediately all muslim organisations claim the person was in fact not a muslim or that his actions were not inline with Islam. It's a very convenient escape route for all religions....'Oh, don't blame the religion, blame the person.' Well I think that is seriously abusive as I for one have faith in all human beings and prefer to blame such dispicable actions on religion, or the devisiveness it causes at least.
'death for apostasy or for criticism of Islam or Mohammed, which are inimical to liberty'
I am not like you. I am not responding to each and every attrocity commited by muslims. I'm taking a more methodical approach. Death for apostacy came from the Jews. It then became part of Islam as Islam is founded on the Torah. Christians will deny that until they are blue in the face but that is a fact. I think it would be very wrong to criticise muslims for having this in their religion when it came from Jews. I think the honest and fair thing to do is see muslims as victims of this disgusting practice and aim to liberate them as accusers and accused. It's not just the ones who have the stones hit them who are the abused but also the ones who throw the stones. Everyone needs to be taught that it is wrong.
You will get nowhere attacking Islam unless you show them their religion was based on the religion of Judaism, and that both were started by volcano worship. I think that is the more civilised and tactical approach.
Yes, far more people do have a negative view of Islam and what do you think that has achieved? It's made the divide greater. I'm not suggesting it's better for everyone to live in ignorance of it but it's not been a successful outcome. The best outcome is for everyone to educate themselves with total openness and honesty on the origins of these awful practices with the minimum finger pointing possible.
Yes, I am anti-religious because I can see what religion has done to the world. I wonder how many people have died because of religion? How many billions of people? What a shame the whole world didn't drop this mind warping habit and learnt to get along harmoniously seeing each other as equals and potential friends rather than sub-human aliens. I think it's very sad you find that ideal objectionable and impossible to achieve. In achieving it, the only harm it would do to the people of the world would involve the ego. What a crying shame you feel so strongly about defending egos when world peace is a possiblity!
In time people will look back on us and wonder how intelligent people could believe in such utter nonesense, even when the nonesense was causing everyone so much grief.
'Islam excluded'. So it's ok to criticse one religion with heinous practices but not all? I am not as reactionery as you. I like to do what I think is fair. There are muslims around the world who would be delighted to discover they have this escape route. Have you considered how utilising their desire for liberty could work wonders? Lateral thinking is a great thing.
I could add a load of personal insults but I think there are enough on this page and I'm sure children might be reading. Having said that, a lot of adults reading this page don't worry about children being instilled in terrifying thoughts of the lake of fire, which is of course the inside of a magma filled volcano. I think such things are disgusting so forgive me for wanting to douse the flames.
And according to my blog stats, most people from Jihad Watch are spending the minimum time exploring my blog. In fact, they're not exploring it but mostly trying to find out who I am by clicking on my profile. In short, they have already made up their minds, don't want to be bothered with the facts and are only interested in silencing those who attempt to shed new light on old ground.
Isn't that what muslims do? Go straight for the jugular? Only aim to find out the perpetrator of cold hard facts in the hope of quashing them?
As humans, we've not come too far have we? I don't believe Jesus was divine but I do believe he was mostly a good guy, and I do believe he would be behind me right now. He stood up for the truth no matter who it upset.
This is Jihad Watch. Do we actually have to advise you to go away? You're boring us.
Considering you claim to be from Jihad Watch, you don't have many followers. Two people? Crumbs.
What do you think to this comment CGW wrote on another site recently?
'please educate yourself on what constitutes "important things for the rest of us", such as the imposition of Halakha Law on non-Jews: (making you an *inferior* member of society, without the rights accorded to followers of Judiasm), officially sanctioned child-rape and "marriage" to slaves, incest, slavery, legal oppression of women and religious minorities, execution of homosexuals, etc. This is Judiasm's STATED goal. The list is extensive. The imposition of kosher slaughter practices is simply one of the multitudinous beachheads of Judiasm. This is not just my claim - read it in their own words. Muslims, Jews and Christians are all followers of Abrahamic religions.
Muslims and Jews both hold Moses as their most written about prophet.
Muslims and Jews are Semetic people.
Muslims, Jews and Christians believe in the same fake god.
Muslims, Jews and Christians all believe their god first revealed himself on the top of Mount Sinai.
Muslims, Jews and Christians are 'people of the book'.
Muslims, Jews and Christians follow a religion that endorses/has practiced slavery, genocide, child brides, incest, execution of those who insult the religion, execution of those who commit adultry, execution of rape victims, marriage between rape victims and rapists, the murder of babies, the enslavement of virgin war booty, looting, polygamy, animal sacrifice, slaughter practices without stunning, subjugation of women, inequality of the sexes, etc......
Hey JWers, this turd has altered my original post to suit his own needs. here is the original post:

I have studied islam for almost nine years and the atrocities it embodies mount daily. If you wish to opine, please do so from some basis of actual knowledge.
If you click on CGW you'll find my original post. I don't know who this clown thinks he is, but he certainly is "otherwise annoying'. I'm glad that "it" has zero credibility thus far here at JW.
Oh, sorry, I assumed the reasoning behind my editing would be obvious to someone who seems to go around the web telling everyone else they are lacking in intelligence.
Did you bother to read the post from "james" to which I was merely responding (re halal slaughter)?
"no, pam, the left wing heads aren't expolding, but they are busting a gut in laughter. I for one am glad you spend time on non-issues like this. It keeps you distracted from fvcking up important things for the rest of us.

I'm not interested in what you were replying to. Despite changing muslims to Jewish, Islam to Judaism and infidel to acrum, your comment was still accurate. That was my point. Hopefully now you understand.
Your intent was obvious. I object to you plagiarizing my writing and altering it to suit your own ends. Your despicable lack of journalistic integrity totally negates any credibility, however dubious, you might have otherwise had.
Luckily, no one else seems to be paying you any mind. That's as it should be. I myself will not be responding to you any further. I doubt that you can bait other counter-jihadists with your crackpot theories.
Sorry but did you not introduce yourself as 'Jihad Watch'?
I seem to be getting a lot of hits on my blog and not many objections here.
The penny is dropping, as of course it always does eventually when it's the truth being offered.
Your remorseless, arid and irrelvant logic has almost zero bearing on the issue du jour (despite your protestations to the contrary), which is defeating Islam's freedom crushing doctrines in our contemporary world. You pedantically go back in time to no purpose when all deities were whimsical and often punitive, including the one identified by Old Testament writing as Jehovah or Yawwah. Well, big deal. Oh, you're so astute!
What you miss so overwhelmingly, clueless one, is the fact (yes a fact, not an opinion) that Judaism has moved on and Islam hasn't (and never will because it can't). Moreover, Christianity, as expressed in the New Testament, has no doctrine inimical to liberty, something I challenged you before to contradict and you did not (because you can't).
Asserting, as you do, that in order to defeat Islamic supremacist intentions in our modern world it is imperative that the Old Testament, at its worst, is inculpated as well is so stupidly theoretical that it encourages astonishment that anyone could be as silly as you are. But most here at this thread are faced with the fact that you are this silly, this foolish.
Know full well that so many who post here regularly at JW are already way beyond you, though this thought, as so many others expressed here, will simply skip by you as your insoucinat ignorance continues to demonstrate to so many that you are indeed a very limited human being. As I wrote before, you are not useless but worse than useless. Done here with you forever like, since give and take with limited intellects should be carried on so long and then no longer.
Alas, all I wrote before respecting the wisdom of skeptics like Franklin, Voltaire and Jefferson has gone right over your head. And probably always will.
I agree with most of the postings. Plus our creator could have made us all robots if he wanted to. But how could that address the issue of "free will"?
Doesn't it make more sense to give all of mankind a free will so as to define better whom has faith and whom doesn't have faith?
We are not robots because our creator wanted us to have a free will of our own. Which is to say, "we chose" which path to follow. We also bounce back and forth (the good wolf bad wolf mindset). And yet we are forgiven by our father if we ask and repent though Gods love for us all.
Our God is not and has never been a "do or die" God of no tolerance. Our God truly does love us, can forgive us, and by understanding for us through Jesus Christ 24-7. This God leaves us with the power to chose right from wrong. And thereby works with us as a teacher of faith for each and everyone of us.
Mankind is allowed its free will, but then it is up to us to follow the thrickster (satan) or follow Shepard and Our Loving Father in Heaven.
The next step is ours, be wise and chose carefully and not a fool whom is tricked into taking the easy path.
Oh my volcano, I hope you don't really think and believe that Muslims, Jews, and Christians are all the same or even close to the same ideologies.
If you knew half as much as you think you know, you'd see clearly the huge differences.
But I don't have the time to teach you the facts here and now. I wont even insult your half knowledge half ignorant statements. Please don't insult me, my faith, or my God with your foolishness.
If you perfer to remain in ignorance that's your choice. But don't insult my choice.
"What a shame the whole world didn't drop this mind warping habit and learnt to [..] seeing each other as equals [..] very sad you find that ideal objectionable and impossible to achieve."
"Well, better get used to an Islamic state in which you will have plenty of time to spend kicking yourselves on not giving it a shot.",
..says our link-whoring, self-appointed Prophet of BSS (Blanket State Secularism).
Oh yeah, brilliant solution: "sing Kumbaya (or The Internationale) in praise of global secular theocracy or submit to dhimmification."
Swell idea,
Sag
Please look out for my forthcoming post, which will be a collection if the insults leveled at me in this thread so you can all see how similar you treat people who do not share your beliefs, which is of course exactly the same as muslims.
Any further debate on my theory can be made on my blog where you will also be forced to set your eyes on some cold hard facts.

I suggest you all go through my blog....every post...and watch out for more. You cannot grasp the theory unless you listen to everything I have to say. Yes, it is 'fanciful' because it is new to you.

Not really, Ohmyvolcano. While the specific reference to volcanoes is unique—and a bit odd—the explaining of Biblical events as inspired by interpretations of natural causes of one sort or another has a very long history.
Noah's flood may have referred to ancient catastrophic floods around the Black Sea and eastern Mediterranean in ancient times; the walls of Jerico may have been damaged by an earthquake; the parting of the Red Sea and its crashing back into its bed sounds like the description of a tsunami; Moses and the burning bush or on Mt. Sinai may have taken place during particularly fierce thunderstorms—some of these explanations are read with interest by devout Jews and Christians as well as skeptics.
Of course, your purpose here is not so much to shed light on Biblical events as to puncture their credibility. This *also* has a very long history—we've seen many claims that the deity of the Bible is an offshoot of Babylonian beliefs, or was influenced by their pagan neighbors, or is just a "sky god", etc.
I'm not sure why "volcano worship"—even if accurate—would be any more persuasive than the above theories.
More:
The only hope is in dismantling the religion from the foundations up, and that is why we ALL need to eat some humble pie and decide whether or not we are prepared to give up something for the sake of our future liberties.
...............................
Let's suppose Jews and Christians—all two billion plus people—embraced your theory, slapped their foreheads in embarrassment, and gave up their silly, "volcano-worship-based" beliefs—what then?
There are many, many millions of atheists who are former Jews and Christians. In fact, while there are, of course, many devout Christians in Europe, the whole society is often described as "post-Christian".
Basically, Muslims pretty much ignore this. They consider secular and atheist Jews as "apes and pigs" every bit as much as their devout brethren, and consider even the most secular Westerners as "Crusaders".
In addition, Muslims consider Jews and Christians to have deliberately altered their holy texts, which they claim were originally *Islamic*. So Jews and Christians in the Islamic sense are essentially astray or rebel Muslims.
So—even if every Jew and Christian abandoned his faith, it would *make no difference to Muslims*. They would just take it as further proof that Jews and Christians are not good Muslims. It would do *nothing* to change their minds about either Jews and Christians *or* about the validity of their own beliefs.
Re your altering of CGW's post—this is cheesy at best, and calumny at worst.
Had you quoted him accurately, then opined that one could say the same thing about Judaism, I would have disagreed with you but respected your right to present such an opinion.
But by actually altering CGW's post and presenting it *as his work* you have crossed a line. This is simply not ethical or decent.
Luckily, CGW is an old and respected poster here—and very few readers will believe your grotesque misrepresentation of his words. No thanks to you, though.
The burning bush was probably due to a flaming natural gas leak at Mount Horeb (Mt. Sinai) in Midian (Arabia), the very volcanic and flaming gas leaky place it is.
'Of course, your purpose here is not so much to shed light on Biblical events as to puncture their credibility.'
To establish and disseminate the truth. If you have a problem with that then look away now.
Do you know where Mount Sinai is or where the the ark of the covenant is likely to be? No? I'll be doing a post on it in the next day or two. But you'd better not look as it might upset you. Some people are not made of the right stuff and are better off watching X Factor.
Dear volcano schmuck, we grow weary of your volcano schtick.

As though challenging someome's logic is the same as threatening their lives. Absurd.
He now has a section on his blog headed "How Christians React to the Truth", which cites responses to his posts on this thread. Never mind that many of those responding are not Christians.
He also says that some posters here 'assumed he was Muslim', which could not be sillier.
I notice that he never addressed the issue—central to those reading here—of how his wonky theory would address the Jihad threat.

These "cold hard facts" on "Human Sacrifice to the Biblical Volcano God" include citing gags on South Sea Islanders sacrificing virgins to volcanoes in—I kid you not—cartoons and comedies including The Far Side, Garfield in Paradise, and the Family Guy.
I think we can conclude that Ohmyvolcano is simply not to be taken seriously.
GI- you commented on and also quoted the poster:

That struck me as disturbing, as well, since, I guess, all of us are now "forced to set our eyes upon something", and if we wish to continue to argue, we must go to his/her playground to do it. meh...
That's not promoting the scientific method or the idea of having an open mind toward things of which we may not be aware, it's internet Fascism - or at least, an attempt at it.
Reading this blog I can't believe how many people are referring to god and allah as real beings, it is all a fairy tale people. I read this blog because I think all religion is a threat to our existence and this exposes islam.
Secular humanism/atheism id the ONLY way our species survives FACT!!!!
It's time to put down the bible and educate yourselves because one you understand more about how the universe works it's becomes blatantly obvious there is no need for a creator.
