A COUNCIL that will spend at least $45,000 on curtains so Muslim women can have privacy at a public pool has been given a multicultural gong by the Baillieu Government.The City of Monash has won a Victorian Multicultural Commission excellence award for its promotion and support of cultural diversity.
But the council was widely criticised earlier this year for funding a privacy screen at a Clayton pool for female-only swimming sessions.
Monash was lobbied by a charity group acting on behalf of Muslim women who mainly came from African countries.
Recent reports said the cost of the curtains could blow out to $62,000.
Monash mayor Stefanie Perri said yesterday the multicultural award recognised the council's commitment to a strong and inclusive community....
And what happens when these precious little petals, the Muslimahs, declare that they don't want to swim with the dirty kuffar, and demand either a new Muslims Only pool, just for them, or that they get 'Muslim Only' swimming sessions carved out of the prime-time currently available to the general public?
Islamic culture cannot add anything to ours, it can only subtract and destroy. If you look carefully at the process of Islamification in the West, you'll see that nothing is being added (apart from babies and mosques), but much is being taken away. Almost every Muslim demand is culturally 'subtractive' rather than 'additive', and costly and harmful to the host community.

What's more there were only 33 names on the petition to this council and only 13 of the women live in this municipality. The ratepayers are horrified that this council supports segregation. And what's even more sickening is the fact that all councillors were in favour of this proposal.This excellence award carries about as much weight as giving obama the nobel peace prize.Can't vote for any of these fools.

Of the 33 names on the petition presented to council only 13 women live in this municipality. what's also quite sickening is the fact that all these councillors voted for this segregation. Giving this multicultural award to these fools is akin to giving obama the nobel peace prize. can't vote for these fools

What is 'strong and inclusive' about segregated swimming for muslimas? The word 'inclusive' implies the acceptance of anyone and everyone but putting up curtains at a public pool so muslim women can swim with each other in privacy is hardly 'inclusive' because it 'excludes' everyone else. Multiculturalism is pure idiocy, especially with muslims in the mix. They are the most mono-cultural creatures on the planet; they wholly reject all other cultures, including those they voluntarily invade.
What about swimming in the same water as infidels? Next they will want the pool emptied and refilled. Send the bastards home and stop cowering to their every need. I know what I would like to do in their pool..... after taking a bottle of vitamins!
