HuffPo trumpets anti-Muslim hate crime that wasn't

When a young muslim woman goes missing, it's usually because A) someone in her family has murdered her, or B) she has run away to escape being married off or murdered by her family.

I knew this was a hoax the minute I saw the first story a few days ago:

Seriously, only days after vacating Iraq, the place is coming apart at the seams. We spent nine years and a trillion dollars on that place? What?!... Were we crazy?!!
Well, HuffPo, what have you got to say about that in your ROP file? You want real news?… The real WMDs in Iraq sport black zebibas and AK-47s, spouting hate America, busily planting IEDs in marketplaces, or wherever innocents gather… you remember, Prez Bush's ordinary "moms and dads" who wanted our democracy? (Sarc) There's your real story, go for it!

In India, political correctness was maintained by accusing those who exposed the violent nature of Islam as the enemies of Mahatma Gandhi and the followers of his assassin, Nathuram Godse.

It is important to note that Gandhi supported the establishment of a worldwide Islamic Caliphate. During the freedom struggle against the British, Gandhi in an attempt to get muslims onboard the freedom struggle, supported the Khilafat Movement, or the movement for the restoration of the Caliphate started by the Ottoman Emperor Abdul Hamid II.

The movement ended in a fiasco with large scale violence and rape against Hindu men and women. Gandhi defended the rapists and the murderers by saying - "these pious men were only doing what they thought was right according to their religion". In this Gandhi was 100% right.

The Khilafat Movement in India was a turning point in Indian politics and Islamic Fundamentalism grew by leaps and bounds after that. Gandhi countered ever increasing acts of violence against Hindus with ever greater appeasement at one time declaring that "If all of our muslim brothers were to slaughter all the Hindus in India, we should gladly accept that".

All this emboldened muslims and finally Gandhi's policy of appeasement culminated in the partition of India. To a large extent we may trace the rise of Taliban (trained students in Pakistani Madrassas) to Mahatma Gandhi's policy of appeasement.

A proper study of history, objective and dispassionate would put Gandhi along with Hitler and Stalin as one of the greatest mass-murderers in the history of our planet and not as "the apostle of peace" which is a manufactured image.

Its noteworthy to state that Mirra Alfassa, renowned occultist and spiritual partner of Sri Aurobindo declared that the "same dark force was operating behind both Hitler and Mahatma Gandhi". This was at a time when Sri Aurobindo and The Mother were occupied in condemning Hitler and encouraging an organised resistance to Hitler whom they condemned as evil. One of Her followers suggested using Gandhi's non-violence to counter Adolf Hitler's evil, when she remarked, it was the same dark force operating behind both these men. No doubt, many of her students were outraged.

Young Aisha better have a good story for her family as to what whe was doing during the week she was missing. Otherwise it will be assumed she was with a man, and so has dishonored the family, and Papa will have to kill her to restore his honor.
The harassment by the drunk is nothing compared to the harassment she's going to get from her family.

I doubt that Tutt has the slightest working knowledge of Islam and dawa,as well as the stealth jihad that has invaded every section of life in America. Does Tutt deal with stories about Jewishophobia as well? Not likely of course since the man is hell bent on playing the consummate dhimmi.

Maybe there should be a little titt for tatt in dealing with Tutt. Does this clown,(and I say that with all do respect sort of)realize that Jews are attacked around 10 to 1 over Muslims in America? Shouldn't Mr.Tutt be concerned with that much more dramatic statistic? Or does Mr.Tutt suffer from Jewishophobia? Is Mr.Tutt anti-Jewish?

So Mr.Tutt; what is the difference between critical concerns and studies about a threatening ideology and hate? How many Americans have been killed by Jews? How many Americans have been killed by Muslims?

i think that these two sentences above should be always in the back of our mind prior to posting a comment on jw.
our enemy is dilligently at work 24-7 trying to silence us, and is just waiting to pounce on any comment posted here as a proof of their 'victimhood' and thus hurt our cause.

having said that, i think we should ask ourselves prior to posting a comment on jw, "can my comment be used by cair et al. to harm jw and our cause at large?"
if the answer is 'yes' it is time to go back to the drawing board and try to repackage the same message in another way.

I must admit that when I first heard of this situation about the missing college student, Ms. Kahn, I had , as first thought, an idea of there being another so called 'honour killing'. To be wrong about this is a relief and a bit of an eye opener as to my initial thought being one based on ? What? prejudice?, Being jaded from oh so many stories about death, killing, missing children who are Muslim and part of the honour killing statistics that are finally coming to light on the Western media.
Hopefully my thoughts of honour killing are the result of my reading a case here in Canada about the deaths of four women in Ont. Killed at the hands of the male members of their family. I guess I'm just a bad boy, (but good dhimmini-dimini-do).

Three cheers to tv legal analyst Nancy Grace of HLN for raking over the coals Aisha's taqiyya-spouting cousin Farouk last night before the "abducted" muslima turned up safe and non-hate-crimed. She blocked Farouk's dodges until he slid sideways into conceding that what he claimed was Aisha's love match marriage was actually arranged by the families, and that the groom had moved here from Pakistan only 6 months ago and had been married to Aisha for 5 of them. Grace challenged each of Farouk's claims, as did several viewers who called in to the station, and one can only wonder if Aisha's sudden reappearance had anything to do with it dawning on the family that this particular "Islamophobia" scam was not going to fly.

Now that local law enforcement has apparently washed its hands of the incident -- no charges filed for 5 days worth of missing-person search activity based on a false claim -- one can only hope that Aisha wasn't trying to escape her family, because she may find her education plans on hold and herself on a plane back to Pakistan with Hubby Dearest.

Parthiban, thank you for that information. I'd never heard that before and I bet most people in the West haven't, either. Gandhi was one of the most overrated "heroes" of the 20th century, considered too sacrosanct for any criticism. Just like Islam itself.

One of the things which surprised me was that for as much as they wanted her back, I never read anything about how they brought in search dogs. All I read about was that that some construction workers saw someone who looked like her walking off.

Two observations:

First, I'm very glad that Aisha Khan has turned up unharmed. My first guess, when I saw her picture on the news, was that since she was young and reasonably attractive, she was probably the victim of rape and murder by some sicko--as has happened to too many young women and girls. Hence, that she turned up alive and well is a reason for all of us to be profoundly grateful.

Re Parthiban Tamizhan's and Wellington's comments on Gandhi:

This is an object lesson in how being a world leader requires taking lumps in the oddest places. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk did away with the Ottoman Caliphate, and instead of blaming him, a large portion of the Indian subcontinent's Muslims blamed the British. This was what the opportunistic Gandhi seized upon.

There was an interesting little book published in the 1980's by Richard Grenier entitled _The Gandhi Nobody Knows_, or something like that, which essentially was an extended back-of-the-hand review of the Attenborough film about Gandhi. Grenier noted that Gandhi became an "Indian" (rather than an Anglophilic Gujerati-speaking Bhramin lawyer) in South Africa, where his organization of Indian laborers to help British efforts against the Boers were rewarded by Britain keeping the Indians in South Africa 2d class people. That, plus South Asians of all languages, colors, religions, and castes being lumped together as one group that they never would have been back home gave Gandhi a consciousness of India as a whole rather than as a collection of communities held together by the British Raj.

Grenier also points out Gandhi's refusal to allow "alien" quinine to be used in treating his wife's malaria, which ultimately did her in. Gandhi's elder son Harilal turned against his father, converted to Islam, went alchoholic, and attacked his father in print.

Gandhi's insistence on squatting on the floor and Hindu spirituality alienated the heavily westernized and fundamentally secular Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and probably prevented a compromise between the two men (and hence a condemnation of British India to partition).

The book also lists a catalogue of the "Great Soul's" various crankinesses and fads, which generally went unnoticed in the adulation paid to Gandhi after Indian independence and Gandhi's assassination.

London Jim: You're more than welcome. BTW, while London may lack the aesthetic charm of some other great capitals of the world, I still found it an extraordinary and interesting city when I visited it ages ago as a young man.

I just found out today, on another blog, that Aisha was in an arranged marriage. Another reason for her to run away, perhaps?
Also, while the police say she has been found, and that there was no criminal wrong-doing, they're not saying where she is, and what her explanation for her "disappearance" is. They simply say the case is closed. The family has donated the $10,000 reward to the Kansas police; a bribe, perhaps, to the police for keeping quiet?
And there's no indication she's been re-united with her family.
I repeat: Aisha, if you do re-unite with your family, you better have a really good story about what happened during the time you were missing. Otherwise it's either Papa taking your head, or the next flight back to Pakistan with your newly-arrived husband.

p.s. Now that hubby is here, and married to an American, how long before he brings over his other wives? And their kids? And gets them all on Kansas welfare?
