The murderer of Rabbi Kahane was involved in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, rather than being a "lone crazed gunman." No surprise there: it's all the same jihad. NEW YORK — An Egyptian man who introduced terrorism inspired by Islamic extremism to U.S. shores when he assassinated an anti-Arab rabbi in 1990 has lost his latest bid for a new trial.El Sayyid Nosair’s claim that he discovered new evidence to overturn his 1995 conviction was rejected in an order made public Thursday. Nosair, 56, is serving a life sentence after he was convicted of seditious conspiracy for conspiring to overthrow the U.S. government through acts of terrorism.
U.S. District Judge Richard Holwell said Nosair did not file his claims in a timely manner, waiting more than a year after learning information from reading books that led him to believe the government had failed to properly inform his lawyers about information that might have helped him at trial.
The judge, though, did review the trial to some extent, concluding that “mountains of evidence” demonstrated Nosair’s role in a conspiracy that also resulted in the conviction of blind Egyptian Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman. Abdel-Rahman, the spiritual leader of some of the men convicted in the February 1993 World Trade Center bombing, is serving a life sentence.
At the time of the World Trade Center bombing, Nosair was in state prison after his conviction on weapons charges related to the assassination of Jewish Defense League founder Meir Kahane at a Manhattan hotel. Nosair, once thought to be a lone crazed gunman in the killing, was charged in federal court after FBI agents studied the evidence in the trade center bombing and realized some of the future trade center bombers may have even been in the room during the killing.

The cowardice of the original New York jury who had almost totally acquitted Nossair in 1991 because the cowards were frightened by the sight and rowdy noise of Nossair's fellow jihadis who had showed up at the courthouse in force. This display of America's cowardice had invited the 1993 World Trade Center bombing by THOSE VERY JIHADIS, and then the 9/11 attacks. It all started with the betrayal of a Jewish victim. Out of cowardice.

Though the AP describes Meyer Kahane as "anti-Arab" (racist), the late Rabbi Kahane was not such in fact.
Mr. Kahane realized that Jews and Arabs were on a collision course in the Land of Israel and that the Arab Muslim population should be encouraged to emmigrate and be fully compenstated for individual and community property.
Right or wrong, Rabbi Kahane was indeed prescient in his appreciation of future dangers; but a "racist" he most definitely was not.
Send him back to Egypt in a body bag. US taxpayers should not have to pay for his room and board.

"An Egyptian Muslim man who carried out a jihad ghazi raid on U.S. shores when he assassinated a jihad-resisting Rabbi in 1990...".
Kahane was applying the law of probabilities. I think he saw that the Arab Muslim population within Israel is in potentia a massive Fifth Column: like every Mohammedan colony within otherwise non-Muslim lands, it is the sheltering sea within which the jihad raiders, the sharia-pushers and sharia-enforcers, swim and from which, ceaselessly, they emerge.
If you have no Mohammedans within your borders you do not have the Mohammedan Fifth Column; and Muslim raiders attempting to cross your borders can be dealt with summarily, as the brazen invaders that they are. (And the awful truth is that, from a practical , prudential point of view, and in the light of history, and in the light of the Islamic doctrine of 'hegira' or 'migration' in order to spread Islam, Muslims posing as 'refugees' and 'asylum seekers' and trying to move en masse into previously entirely non-Muslim lands, should be implacably refused entrance).
