"Rehnaz was fired at with an AK-47 and received 30 bullets. Her family had termed her death as an accident."
"Honour killing: Victim’s body exhumed on court orders," by Muhammad Sadaqat in the Express Tribune, January 22 (thanks to Answering Muslims):
HARIPUR: The body of a teenaged girl who was allegedly killed in the name of honour was exhumed by a medical team on Saturday after the divisional bench of the Peshawar High Court ordered a re-investigation into the case. The inquiry team, which included two medical officers, was headed by judicial magistrate Rashid Rauf Swati.
Rehnaz Bibi, 13, was allegedly shot dead by one of her cousins in September 2010. According to reports, Bibi left home to convince the boy she liked to marry her without her family’s consent. However, she was sent back home by his family, who lived in the same village, with the promise to send a proposal for her later.
When her family found out about the incident, her father, who was in Karachi at that time, allegedly asked one of his nephews to kill her.
According to an application filed in Haripur district and sessions court by a local activist Qamar Hayat, Rehnaz was fired at with an AK-47 and received 30 bullets. Her family had termed her death as an accident.
The petitioner claims the police closed the case and allegedly concealed facts pertaining to her murder.
Hayat and other social activists requested an inquiry and postmortem of the victim, upon which Haripur District and Sessions Judge Shaibar Khan ordered the area magistrate to conduct an inquiry through a medical board. However, the victim’s parents obtained a stay order from the court’s divisional bench.
Later, after hearing both sides of the case, the court ordered a re-investigation by an honest and competent DSP. The court also ordered to submit a report within 30 days....
Some strange and sad things going on here. Which is the strangest, the saddest?
Is it the First Information Report being something like this : "Sorry, Officer, the trigger got stuck and she took all thirty, it was an accident"?
Or that the parents of all people are resisting a postmortem?
Or that the Police buried the case?
Or that the father thought she deserved to die? A 13-year old who thought herself in love for XXX's sake!
Or that there was close family willing, all too willing to perform?
At least we see someone stepping in, and some authorities doing their duty.
We do a great disservice by using the words "honour killing". It should be referred to as a "rebellion killing". Individuals can, at times, be rebellious.
30 bullets is a full AK-47 magazine. Guess whoever accidentally pulled the trigger got cramps in their finger, hand, arm, and entire body.
*My God*. A little 13-year-old asks the neighbor boy she's sweet on to marry her, and her father has her cousins *assassinate her* in an AK-47 attack.
And the *police cover it up*.
In the West, the likely response to this same situation would be, "sweetie, you're too young to be thinking about marriage".
Afterwards, the parents would probably have a wry laugh about puppy love and young romance. Not so in Dar-al-Islam.
One tiny little thirteen year old girl.
This is Pakistan, after all. She was probably just a thin little bit of thing. Utterly defenceless.
And a great big man with an AK-47 - one of her own cousins - blasting away at her till he had used up the entire magazine. Did he howl allahu akhbar while he committed the ritual murder, I wonder?
I'm surprised there was anything left of her to bury, afterward.
Overkill, and then some.
In one of her articles on this ritualistic butchery of women and girls within the Ummah, Phyllis Chesler stresses that most of the killings involve what we might call 'overkill' - sometimes rape, often torture, mutilation, even dismemberment. It is not enough to simply klll the victim - she must be degraded and *annihilated*. She states that the level and type of violence routinely employed in 'honor' murders - by, let us emphasise, the woman or girl's own male and frequently her female kin as well - is only usually seen, in the West, in the sort of murders perpetrated upon prostitutes, or upon randomly chosen female strangers, by psychopathic serial killers such as Jack the Ripper.
I am reminded of another 13 year old girl - that little girl in Somalia, a couple of years ago, who was first gang-raped by a bunch of Mohammedan men, and then, when she reported the rape, charged with 'zina', illegal sexual intercourse, and 'punished'...by being stoned to death by a howling, sadistic male Mohammedan mob. In effect, that girl in Somalia was gang-raped twice: the first time the male Mohammedan mob left her alive; the second time, rather than merely rape her, they smashed her whole body to pieces with rocks.
Wafa Sultan was right, in spades, when she remarked in her book, 'A God Who Hates', that 'Allah hates women".
This story is clearly another Jewish lie. There can be no doubt this poor girl fell over and repeatedly hit her head on a synagogue table deliberately left there by Mossad agents. It happened before in Florida. There are thousands of so-called honour killings ever year. But no one has bothered to investigate reports of the existence of a secret Tel-Aviv factory specially set up to manufacture honour killing tables.
Islam is the 100% genuine Religion of Peace. It cannot possibly have anything to do with honour killing. Pah ridiculous racist and Islamophic nonsense.
And of course remember,Allah knows best. He sees and hears all and will be awaiting us on the Day of Judgement.
Under Sharia law, this (contract) honor killing of a child by a parent for rebelling against Islamic principles (such as complete subjugation/domination of women) would not be punished, but is considered a "right." In the U.S., President Obama has effectively banned the identification of and investigation of the criminal intent of Islamic honor killing. He has interfered with the prosecution of the crime of First Degree Murder (killing a human being merely to save face) by Muslims in the U.S. President Obama should himself be prosecuted for sedition and prosecutorial interference.
