Judge Lees said: 'You told her you were going to "teach her a lesson", and similar things were said to the other women.
'Those words are a chilling indictment of your very troubling attitude towards all of these victims.

Back in the 1970's, I had my first teaching job in Taiwan, which was still under martial law back then. One of the first things I noticed was that God-fearing, moral, and respectable young women went out into "slummy" parts of town to enjoy the fine old southern Chinese tradition of the midnight snack, and did so without fear of being molested. And the town in question was Zhongli, Taoyuan County, which had a reputation for producing a lot of lowlifes as well as excellent beef noodle soup.
And, BTW, some of the best cooks and sellers of the beef noodle soup and beef jiaozi were Muslim. You could tell that from the occasional shop with the 清真(qingzhen=halal) sign.
I hope it will not take an overly defensive and overly militarized authoritarian regime to bring back an atmosphere of civility and public safety to the streets of great Western cities.

Sunny Islam needs to be jailed for at least 11 years for each victim he assulted. The girls he attacked will think about the terror and abuse he forced upon them every day for a long time to come. Their ability to truly enjoy their lives and relationships may be compromised for the rest of their lives.
I'd give the guy a life sentence. He doesn't deserve any quality of life, after sexually attacking several innocent girls with a knife and ruining their quality of life.
