France: Jewish day school murderer is jihadist for al-Qaeda

Islamic antisemitism boils over, as a Muslim vents his hatred and rage upon those whom the Qur'an designates as the worst enemies of the Muslims (5:82). "Toulouse shooting suspect is jihadist for al Qaeda," from the Independent, March 21 (thanks to David):

FRENCH police are engaged in a stand-off with a self-proclaimed al Qaeda jihadist, suspected of killing three children, a teacher and three soldiers, after swooping on his home in France in an early morning raid.
Armed police exchanged shots with the man after descending on the house in Toulouse at 3am. His brother was arrested at a separate location.

The 24-year-old told police he was a jihadist for al Qaeda seeking revenge for Palestinian children and French military postings overseas.

He is a French citizen of North African descent and has been named locally as Mohamed.

Police confirmed that he has spent time in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

His home at a five story apartment block at 17 Rue Sergent Vigne in the Cote Pavee district of Toulouse, just three kilometres from the school where a Rabbi and three children were shot dead on Monday.

It is understood that police tracked him down after receiving a tip-off from a scooter dealer who he contacted last week asking for advice on customising his vehicle.

Police are concerned that he may have explosives and that he will blow up the building, in the Cote Pavee residential district, if they storm it.

Two police officers were injured as the operation got underway this morning.

"He claims to be a mujahideen and to belong to al Qaeda," Claude Gueant, the French interior minister told journalists at the scene of the siege. "He wanted revenge for the Palestinian children and he also wanted to take revenge on the French army because of its foreign interventions."

He wanted revenge for fictional atrocities, trumped up by the Palestinian propaganda machine.

The area surrounding the house was cordoned off by police officers wearing full body armour and helmets, thought to be members of France's special weapons squad RAID.
The suspect's mother was also brought to the scene.

"She was asked to make contact with her son, to reason with him, but she did not want to, saying she had little influence on him," Mr Gueant said. "This person has made trips to Afghanistan and Pakistan in the past ... and says he belongs to Al-Qaeda and says he wanted to avenge Palestinian children and to attack the French army."...

When I first heard of the attack the other day, my guess was that the perp was North African and Muslim.

I'd also like to ask any JW folks in Europe to report if anyone from the Ummah comes out and unequivocally condemns this crime.

The deliberate murder of Jewish non-combatants could easily radicalize Jews and foster extremism and terrorism in the Jewish community.....

See how silly that sounds, how divorced from reality? Yet, substitute the word 'Muslims' for Jews, and it's not only plausible, it's utterly predictable that the pundits, the politicians and the academics would propound such a notion.

The killer must have been planning this horror for a long time. . How the f*** did he manage to get under the radar ?? Trips to Afghanistan and Pakistan. .purchase of weaponry. . When all the details finally emerge, important lessons are going to have to be learned. Not a stone must be left unturned. . Isn't that why we have intelligence services and communication monitoring ?

They are all named "Mohamed"!! Isn't that nice and doesn't it tell the world what "Mohamed" told them to do?

Was there any doubt that it will some "mOhamed" who perpetrated this dastardly crime.

When the soldiers were killed last week, there was speculation on blogs that it was drug-related.
Then when the Jewish school was attacked, there was strong speculation that it was a "serial killer," a "madman," a "xenophobic right-wing nationalist," and, oh yeah, perhaps an "Islamic 'extremist'" but ... not likely...

Now they will be forced to confront the reality. Remember that when a Muslim killed several random Belgians at a bus stop in Liege in December, the main effort was to try to convince everyone that it was **not** a "terror attack."

Right - just like that's **NOT** the sun that comes up in the east every morning...

Yes, they speculated that the killer was a "xenophobic right-wing nationalist" before they identified the suspect.

The French press must be disappointed that they can't blame this on Spencer and Geller!

Surprise, surprise, surprise... is anyone really surprised. When I heard about this in the news I knew in my gut that this was being done by a muslim or a group of muslims. The news reported it sooo genericlaly, a man murderng jews, police, jewish children.

I hope the French rise up and do what is necessary to stop this mayhem and murder.

But surprised... no! I knew that in the end the person or persons who where doing this was a muslim. That says a mouthful.
