Hamas gives talk show to female jihadist involved in 2001 Jerusalem pizza restaurant bombing

The "Breeze of the Free" smells a bit like brimstone. "Female terrorist hosts talk show on Hamas TV," by Khaled Abu Toameh for the Jerusalem Post, March 2:

Ahlam Tamimi, the Palestinian woman who helped plan the suicide bombing attack at the Sbarro restaurant in the center of Jerusalem in 2001, is now hosting a talk show on the Hamas-affiliated Al-Quds TV.
Fifteen civilians were killed and another 130 wounded in the suicide bombing.

Tamimi, who was released in the Gilad Schalit prisoner exchange agreement in October 2011, is now living in Jordan, from where she presents her program.

Entitled Nasim Al-Ahrar [Breeze of the Free], Tamimi's show deals with the issue of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.

The first program focused on the implications of the Schalit deal and the case of Palestinian female prisoners.

Tamimi hosted Saleh Arouri, who is in charge of the prisoners portfolio in Hamas and participated in the negotiations that led to the signing of the prisoner exchange accord.

Arouri said that the only way to secure the release of more Palestinian prisoners from Israeli jails was by continuing the "resistance" and kidnapping IDF soldiers.

At the time of the Sbarro bombing, Tamimi was a 20-year-old university student and part-time journalist, who had disguised herself as a Jewish tourist.

Tamimi accompanied the suicide bomber, Izz al-Din al-Masri, from the village of Aqabah in the West Bank to the pizza restaurant. She was sentenced to 16 life sentences for her role in the attack.
Following her release, Tamimi said that she did not regret her participation in the suicide bombing. "I dedicated myself to the path of jihad for the sake of Allah, and Allah granted me success," she said in an interview with the Jordanian Ammon News web site. "Do you want me to denounce what I did? That's out of the question. I would do it again."

Translated into sanity speech, she "dedicated herself to the path of murder and mayhem (violent Koran jihad) for the sake of her Pagan-cult's blood-lust Moon-god Allah, and Allah accepted the sacrifice" of the poor wretch who blew herself up, and all the innocent victims killed.

Would she do it again?… Is she still a submissive devoted Allah cultee? In Islam, murder is acceptable as normal and sane in their version of a hell-insane world: that Hell they cruelly call 'peace' for its devoted slaves of the insane. Would she do it again? Of course she would. There is no amount of rational sane rehabilitation to change that. She is now a dead-eyes pathological killer for her Cult.

Wouldn't it be amazing if news like the above would be reported in the New York Times, Washington Post or L.A. Times?
Really, this news is literally the equivalent of Timothy Mcveigh being released from prison to become a talk show host and not one person in the mainstream media even cares? The world is so strange and stupid that you cannot make this stuff up.

Perhaps Israel ought to consider instituting the death penalty for multiple murders.

At least unrepentant killers won't become part of prisoner exchange deals. Also, is the possibility of a mistaken execution really more unjust than the reality of a self-confessed killer going scot free to celebrate her murders?

My observation would be that Israel would be better off creating the death penalty for any multiple murder case, rather than just terrorism.

That will remove the necessity of getting into political motivations and theories in the trial. It will also be far easier to defend in legal discussions, and in fighting the inevitable UN resolutions accusing Israel of crimes against humanity when it executes suicide bombers.
