Unlike you and PGund, I think the appalling "Dee Walid" probably is largely what she claims to be—a brainless English "revert" who let some Muslim use her to gain British citizenship, and now spreads Da'wa for her stupid new creed.

Of course, on the most basic level, it hardly matters whether this is "Dee" herself or her nasty Muslim owner or some other Muslim troll who has invented the scenario out of whole cloth.
