If this doesnt convince someone that Mohammad Merahs murders were inspired by Islam then nothing will.
I think France is in for a rough few years. Most high profile terrorist attacks seem to inspire more attacks, well this has been the trend since 911.
When Islamists hear about such attacks, instead of accepting that Islam needs reforming, they become even more angry and indignant because such attacks only re-inforce time and time again that Islam ispires hatred and violence.
This anger inturn leads to more violence, and the cycle continues.
Unfortunately no major or "moderate" islamic group will accept that Islamic doctrine needs reform,so the violence continues unabbated.
So it is the media who have "depicted him as a monster". It is not the poor lad's fault of course.
It is the fault of the media, the jews and the Zionists.

I think non-Muslims are sometimes so afraid of the facts that they deny it. I mean there are over 1 billion Muslims spread throughout the world, funded by oil money. There are Muslims in every corner of America including governemt, military, Dept. of Justice, Dept. of Defense, FBI, CIA, ATF, local sheriff departments. local police departments, public school boards, professeres at our universities, surgeons in our hospitals, attorneys at law, and our neighbors.
Truth is it is very very scary to think about them all as poetental assassins and terrorists. But nothing is closer to the truth. This enemy is 100 times more dangerous than Adolph Hitler was. And is much more successful than Hitler was. Stop and think about how old Islam is and what it has accomplished is very frightening. And spreading at a rapid rate world wide. Nearly every news net-work has taken up to Islams defense. That in itself is overwelling.
So fear is a very big part of Islams momentum. But it doesn't end there. Islam and its ideology has taken root in every nation of the world. Hitler didn't come close to being all that.
If you don't fear Islam you are ignorant but also part of the problem. And yet most people will tell you that Islam is the religion of peace. Some (like our American administration) will even apologize for America to Islam. Which gives terrorists even more motivation.
How then can the free world be effective in this matter? Well it should start by telling the truth even if it hurts to think about.
Shocking, yes. Surprising, no.

Hopefully, this story, along with the lawsuit launched by Merah's father, combined with the heinous murders committed by Merah himself will act as a catalyst to wake France out of its stupour regarding the danger it faces vis-a-vis Islam. Perhaps the recent arrest of 19 alleged terrorists in France will also play a role in France's 'reveille'.
I would like to leave something on it's doorstep; not flowers, more like my own fertilizer.

Depends on the flowers.
How about a nice bouquet of deadly nightshade, aconite, datura, oleander leaves and blossoms, and a sprig of yew, tied up with a wreath of poison ivy? One could throw in Lobelia, which apparently signifies Malevolence, and Mint, for Suspicion.
