Where can I get help I wonder? Should I talk to a Rabbi or Imam or Priest. Any suggestions?

They trotted out the usual string of spurious Mohammedan grievance, besides the 'poverty causes jihad' canard. (But how come this guy could afford to buy all those weapons and ammo? And repaint his scooter?).

The Dangers of Legitimizing Muslim Grievances

It is time, and past time, that when Muslims start whining and squawking about the manufactured grievance du jour, the Infidel world responds with a rude gesture and a scathing, 'So what? Who cares?'

It is also time, and past time, that when a Muslim - or Muslims - carry out a murderous jihad ghazi raid - like Mumbai, or like these shootings of deemed-insufficiently-Islamic [or deemed-apostate] soldiers in the French army, and of Jewish primary-school children and a rabbi, and the Muslim 'community' (who I'll BET started privately handing the candy around the moment they heard about the murders of Jewish schoolkids) instantly starts trying to pose as victims and cry 'poor widdle us!' by wailing about 'backlash' and 'Islamophobia', that the surrounding infidels simply glare at them and hiss, 'STFU".

Let's overtly redefine "Islamophobia" as the healthy fear of the rule of Sharia law. Then, people will want to know what is it about Sharia law that is feared. When they hear the dictates of Sharia law, then they will understand what is feared. Then they can be shown that Sharia law merely enforces Islamic principles found in the Qur'an and Sunnah.
