I disagree on this one. It looks like they are mocking Hitler, hypermasculinity of fascism and braggadocio. There is definatly satirical exagguration in the voice and what he is saying is supposed to sound stupid.

Many Muslims identified with and idolized Hitler in much the same way many Europeans did with Churchill, Roosevelt and Truman - as leaders fighting for at just and noble cause.

It is therefore not surprising when the image of Hitler now can be used commercially to promote masculine products in much the same way it previously was used to promote supremasist political ideas that fit perfect into the Muslim mindset.

You've missed the point, as usual! None of the clips you've linked here is about advertising a product on national TV that is watched by millions.

Millions watch the Turkish shampoo commercial, that's the point. And advertising involves a 'subtext' -- that is, a message that is carried subconsciously with the advert that we see.

In this case, it is a anti-Semitic 'subtext' that the Turkish government chooses to ignore. Why? Because the Turkish government is pro-jihad and hates Jews. Such racist attitudes projected onto the national consciousness through adverts of this kind must be challenged. Just as the Nazis were challenged!
