Nepal: Muslims demand separate identity in new constitution, plan nationwide protests

Everywhere in the world it is the same: demands for "rights," leading to an increasingly separate cultural and political identity, demands for accommodation of Sharia, and inevitably, increasing conflict.

"Muslims demand separate identity in new constitution," from the Himalayan News Service, April 16 (thanks to Twostellas):

NEPALGUNJ: Muslim priests today announced protest programmes demanding constitutional identity and ensuring their rights in the new statute.
In a press meet, Maulan Jabbar Manjari, central vice chairman, Nepal Itihad Sangh and Muslim Priests, said that people of Muslim community from all the political parties have agreed to detach the Muslim community from the Madhesi list.

The Muslim community have demanded not to incorporate them in Madhesi community under any condition.

Similarly, the national chairman of Nepal Madrassa Council, Maulan Mansur Arafi demanded the Muslim community should be enlisted in a separate list in the new constitution, adding, “We should have separate constitutional identity and all Muslim organisations are united in their demand.”

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Federation of Madrassa Islamic Mutafi Liyakat Ali Khan warned that their protest would continue until the CA ensured the constitutional identity to the Muslim community.

Former central member of Federation of Nepalese Journalists, Mohammad Harun Maulan said that all Muslims will take part in the protest programme, adding, “Our protest will end only after achieving our goals.”

Maulan Kalim, chairman, Madarasha Islamiya Association, Banke, opined that it is worthless to talk about other things until their identity is ensured in the new constitution.

Bajruduja Khan, district secretary, Madheshi Janadhikar Forum, opined that there should be representation of the Muslim people on the basis of the population as the population of Muslim people is high in Madhes region.

The Muslim community has announced various protest programmes starting from April 20 to April 26 across the nation. They have also warned of intensifying their protest if their demands were not addressed at the earliest.

It's always ironic that Muslims demand "their rights" and assert their "identity," when, if given the chance, they would destroy the identity of non-Muslims and eliminate or curtail their rights. Hypocrisy at its best.

And, given that most Nepalese are Hindus (80%) or Buddhist (10%), two groups of polytheists and/or idolaters who in Muslim eyes have no right to life or property (just conversion or death under shariah), the Nepalese would be wise to know their Muslim (4%) neighbors and the agenda of their community representatives and "priests."

Muslims number "about 4.2% of the total population of Nepal" according to the latest census. But mainly concentrated in one region, therefore they probably feel they are a lot more.

Wiki tends to inflate the number of Muslims in each country - Muslims ain't more than 2% in Nepal, and that too on the Terai border w/ India. Buddhists are the largest minority there - after Hindus, but Buddhists and Hindus get along just great.

Under the old monarchy, such behavior wouldn't have been tolerated. Problem is that after becoming a republic, Nepal under the Maoists dropped Hinduism as the national religion, and as a result, Muslims feel emboldened to make such demands. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any Hindutva parties in Nepal that would put the kabash on such demands.

Note that the Madhesis of Nepal only banded together in protest against Maoist brutality and tyranny. How predictable of the Muslims to break away to side with the radical Maoist Left - birds of a feather flock together.

As with everywhere else in the world, it's the Red-Green alliance of Socialists and Islamists.

Muslims are dumping Madhesi and Marxists in Nepal? Well, no surprise really. Let that be a lesson to the utopian Leftists of the West. As soon as Muslims have finished with their useful idiots, they will dump them.

Islam is the neo-Neanderthal religion of today. So like the old Neanderthals, it will need to be hunted down, to the last man. No exceptions. Until the world is rid of this retro-theopolitical-primitive ideology, Arabic cult, it can know no peace. Nepal is a world in microcosm, where the Buddhists, Jains, and Hindus are centuries ahead of Islam, in body and thought. The sooner Nepalese accept this, the better it will be for them. There is never a peace with Islam, not even a useful 'hudna', which is only temporary to serve the Muslim jihad needs. Better to rout them out early, or later it becomes very messy, and bloody. Let the Muslims protest all they want, so better to mark them when time comes for action, they'll know who to target. It's Darwinian extinction, but there is no co-existence with a primitive ideology that would not rest its rapacious progroms until all the so-called 'infidels' are conquered (who then turn in on themselves in an orgy of blood for Allah). This leaves only one choice. Conquer them. Happy hunting.

Even quaint little, economically backwards, still to enter the 21st century Nepal (I loved the place, trekking Himalayas on three visits) can see the writing on the wall. Courting Marxism and Maosism is a comic side show next to what they will face with Islam. Better they fight them now.

This would be the first step. Then the 2nd step will be asking to have ID card reporting the person's faith, then the 3rd step will be preventing women of Islamic descent to marry non-Moslem men.
No public administration should ever be allowed to register whether you are a Moslem, a Jew, a Christian, or whatsoever: we must all have the same legal capability.
Remember what happened in Germany with the so called "law on the preservation of the German honour and blood": Jews were prevented to marry non-Jews.
If a special status for Moslems is accepted, one day some employee will claim that a marriage cannot be registered because it does not respect Islam. What are we going to reply then ?

Since they are concentrated, maybe the Nepalese could give them "separate" with a tall, scratchy fence. Nepal would then be lightyears ahead of the west protecting their women and their cultural and religious heritage(less the damage by the Chicoms).
