Instead of " regretting this fact ", why aren't you and your boss demanding that he be released to the American Embassy to be given political asylum, Madame Hillary ?
What a great message this sends to anyone who might want to tip off western intelligence agencies to terrorist activities - "We appreciate your help, but help us at your own risk. There is nothing in it for you except a long jail sentence, or worse..".
That's a great strategy, Hillary - the miniscule loss in jizya ( which we shouldn't even be paying to begin with ), won't even be noticed.
