Much of it unacceptable by western standards and laws...If the above statement is all the soldiers are getting, they are victims of criminal neglect...

That's the whole idea. In addition, since many civilian leaders are military veterans or depend on the military for their knowledge of the enemy, that is another area where our efforts will be handicapped.

Knowledge of the enemy is our best defense and we are being disarmed, slowly but surely.

On the positive side, the fact that a ranking officer in the US Army decided to 'share' this info shows a welcome level of disbelief. If he/she is multiplied by an appreciable number of others, there must be smiles all round the traing room when the course instructor comes to Page 133 and tells the assembled class about 'peace and tranquility' in Shari'ah unions.

Maybe the training office has to bite on a fist to stop guffawing, too. And I suppose the training officer is free to add that the 91% of so-called 'honor killings' in these tranquil families are just thousands of exceptions that prove the Sharia'h rule!

Thereby proving that Sharia'h and a tranquil family life is a myth!

When I think about what has happened to this country my heart weaps. As Pamela Geller said "this is the greatest country ever to have been formed". There never was or has been a country like it. Formed on the concept that all men are free... all men are equal... freddom of speach... freedom of religion... Most countries were formed around a central leading figure, a king... a monarchy...divine leader... or a figure head... America was formed on the consept, the ideal of freedom and equality. A consept so radical, so foriegn none believed it had a chance to be birthed let alone survive.

This country was formed by the hand of the Lord G-d Almighty, blessed by Him. Godly men and women of good moral courage and charcater prayed for and believed for the rights of all men to be free and equal; to worship as the chose. Their convictions cost many their lives as they founght for this unheard of idea, that all men are free and equal. Down through the ages many wars have been fought, many men and women have laid their lives at the door of freedom, so that the freedoms of all men could continue.

This concept of freedom and equality was not without it's own man made flaws. We've fought for and changed the wrongs and the prejudices' that are made in the hearts of men; not God Almighty. Slavey is no more... black men and women are free. Even the wrongs done to the American Indian are being corrected; thought not completely yet (but good men and women are working on it).

And now we come to this... it's not just this president, I know that. This creeping crud has been moving in for a long time. It just hurts so much to see this great nation fall so low. Why can't "WE"... those who beleive in freedom and equality change this?... Why are we sitting back waiting while OUR freedoms and our Childrens freedoms are being lost?

It's so sickening, it tears at the heart it crushes the soul.

WHY.....

Will the Koran itself be purged, as being offensive to the new happy-meal compatible version of Islam? Is this the long awaited reformulation of a tame and benign Islam, to be imposed on the MB through stealth?

Dear Representative:

Federal Judge Kathleen Forrest granted a preliminary injunction against those sections of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2012 which gave Barack Obama power to indefinitely detain and deny Fifth Amendment rights to U.S. citizens (See http://www.westernjournalism.com/judge-strikes-down-ndaa-rules-obama-must-obey-constitution/#comment-103312). Judge Forrest declared the NDAA did not pass Constitutional muster, which ALL laws must pass as the Constitution, which includes all Amendments, is the supreme law of the land.

It is shocking that Congress passed such an unconstitutional law in the first place, but it is better to have the issue resolved in court today rather than have it be a large loophole for terrorists later. As a United States Representative in Congress please do your job and go back and remake the NDAA Constitutionally sound, only targeting criminal jihad terrorists who actually engage OR support violent and/or seditious action in the United States.

Please also deal with the unconstitutional power-grab inherent in the President's Executive Order regarding the Defense Production Act by which the President has declared war powers in conflict and in peace time (See http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/16/executive-order-national-defense-resources-preparedness). Along with this, President Obama has prepared large FEMA camps and assigned U.S. troops to guard them (See http://info.publicintelligence.net/USArmy-InternmentResettlement.pdf) in order to enforce these unconstitutional measures. Again, please do your job and your oath of office and preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States and make all these laws Constitutional.

In conjunction with Myers' summary/ analysis/ review of Malik's book, I strongly advise any military man reading this post of mine, to also obtain and read Australian scholar Dr Mark Durie's book on the dhimma, 'The Third Choice: Islam, Dhimmitude and Freedom".

Pay particular attention to all passages that discuss the *purpose* of the dhimma system as enunciated by numerous authoritative Muslim writers throughout history, and then re-read this passage of Myers' account of Malik, in which he notes particularly Malik's insistence that **terror** is the *purpose* of war: to impose a state of TERROR upon the non-Muslims.

I quote:

'Malik’s most controversial dictum is summarized in the following manner: in war, “the point where the means and the end meet” is in terror.

'He [Malik] formulates terror as an objective principal [principle] of war; once terror is achieved the enemy reaches his culminating point. “Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon the enemy; it is the decision we wish to impose . . . .”

'Malik’s divine principle of Islamic warfare may be restated as “strike terror; never feel terror.”

'The ultimate objective of this form of warfare “revolves around the human heart, [the enemies] soul, spirit, and Faith.”
' Terror “can be instilled only if the opponent’s Faith is destroyed . . . . It is essential in the ultimate analysis, to dislocate [the enemies] Faith.” Those who are firm in their religious conviction are immune to terror, “a weak Faith offers inroads to terror.”

'Therefore, as part of preparations for jihad, actions will be oriented on weakening the non-Islamic’s “Faith,” while strengthening the Islamic’s.

'What that weakening or “dislocation” entails in practice remains ambiguous. Malik concludes, “Psychological dislocation is temporary; spiritual dislocation is permanent.” The soul of man can only be touched by terror.'"

And as for the much-vaunted Muslim 'family'...I would advise our soldiers, or kin of soldiers, reading here over my shoulder, to have a look at Ayaan Hirsi Ali's 'Submission' and then to read Wafa Sultan 'A God Who Hates' and Nonie Darwish's book on sharia, 'Cruel and Usual Punishment'. There are other authors who could be consulted - e.g. iAbdelwahab Bouhdiba, 'Sexuality in Islam', Saqi Books, 1998. And one 'Cassandra', her cautionary volumes 'Escape! from an Arab Marriage' and '33 Secrets Arab Men Don't Tell American Women'. Rosemary Sookhdeo's "Secrets Behind the Burqa", based on in-depth sociological research done with UK Muslim women and girls, and on study of the main relevant Islamic texts, is also grimly illuminating; and Phyllis Chesler's various articles on 'honor' murders.

Conor Cruise O'Brien summed it all up in an article in The Times, May 11, 1989:

"Muslim society looks profoundly repulsive...It looks profoundly repulsive because it *is* repulsive...A westerner who claims to admire Muslim society, whilst still adhering to Western values, is either a hypocrite or an ignoramus or a bit of both. At the heart of the matter is the Muslim family, an abominable institution".

Islam permits the nonconsensual 'marriage' and marital rape of prepubescent and barely-pubescent girls, to much older men; it permits the beating of wives (Quran 4: 34); it permits a man to divorce a woman by merely saying 'I divorce you' three times; it permits 'temporary "marriage" (which is just another word for prostitution/ concubinage, depending on the length of time for which the 'couple' contract to be 'married'...which may be as short as hours, or days, or weeks, and under which the man has no obligation to the woman whatsoever, except to pre-pay the agreed-upon fee for the use of her private parts). Islam permits a man to take up to four 'wives', or female chattels, and permits him to also take an unlimited number of concubines, among whom may be women married to non-Muslims, but seized by him (the Muslim), in the course of Jihad against the non-Muslim (these days, Muslims in Pakistan are quite likely to help themselves to *married* Christian or Hindu women, in order to display the power of Islam and humiliate the women's non-Muslim husbands). Under Islam, a husband does not have to spend a cent on medical care for his wife - in other words, if she gets sick he can *refuse* to pay for her to see a doctor or to get medicine, and this is perfectly legal under sharia, it is not viewed as neglect or abuse. And a Muslim man can kill his child or grandchild with impunity if he perceives (or imagines) that person to have done something that sharia deems worthy of death; 91 percent of 'honor' murders worldwide are committed by Muslims. In the UK women married to Muslim husbands are killed by their husbands at a rate 8 times greater than that applying to women with non-Muslim husbands: that was the finding of a study done in the UK in the early 1990s, which is mentioned by Geraldine Brooks in her book on women and Islam, 'Nine Parts of Desire'.

And not one of the four main schools of Islamic jurisprudence condemns or forbids the practice of female genital mutilation, whether it be 'only' the excision of the clitoris or the even more cruel 'pharaonic' version that involves not only the excision of the clitoris roots and all but the slicing off of *all* visible external genitalia of the girl and then sewing the gaping wound together to create (if she survives the resultant massive blood loss and galloping infection) a blank flat wall of rock-like scar tissue with just one small opening left to allow urine and menses to exit. One school of sharia is silent (refusing to condemn); one school declares the fiendish and sadistic - and life-threatening - practice to be **obligatory**; the other two *approve* of it, but magnanimously decline to declare it compulsory (it's advisable, but you don't *have* to do it...).

Oh yes, and in dar al Islam there is no such thing as marital rape: a man is free to sexually use his wife whenever and however he wants, no matter whether she feels in the mood for it or not. If he doesn't feel like raping her, he can simply starve her until she comes across.

Aaah, the profound 'beauty' of Islamic 'family life'.

I may as well mention that, in addition, the anthropologists and others (e.g. certain medical doctors) who have ventured into the murky labyrinth that is Muslim 'family' life and returned with observations of what they saw - as well as various apostates - report that dar al Islam leads the world in terms of the percentage of hetero married couples who practise sodomy in preference to vaginal intercourse. (This is, perhaps, not surprising, given the number of Islamic countries in which a large percentage of women have been subjected to some form of FGM, rendering normal vaginal intercourse extremely difficult and excruciatingly painful).

These are the people protecting the United States of America? And they're being fed this infantile Islamic Pablum? This sounds like some sort of first grade reader ... with a deleteriously mutated Dick, Jane, Mother, Father, Spot & Puff. And with a looming socialist France that's already taken the bacon out of the government frying pan, I just have one question ... Can we become a French colony again, huh, please, huh?!

First they grovel for forgivness from Islamists. Then they do the Islamist's bidding. Officers who approve this sharia-compliant material are moral subhumans.
