Given Islam's gender apartheid policy, the resultant homosexual activity among young men in Islamic countries is far higher than the population average in the West.
I'll bet the rate of HIV infection from man to man in dar al-Islam is rocketing, right now. Certainly, when I lived in Saudi Arabia, the level of homosexual activity was barely hidden. I saw clear evidence of it everywhere I went.
