New Jersey Muslim indicted for murder that was initially blamed on "Islamophobia"

Jawad Rasul.jpg

Last August I received the Tweet above from a certain Jawad Rasul. It said:

Thank You @pamelageller and @jihadwatchRS, If you have any humanity, you might ponder over this! nyp.st/phBJuX via @newyorkpost

I had no idea what the heck he was talking about. The link went to a story about a murder in New Jersey. Why were Pamela Geller and I being blamed for a murder when we obviously had nothing to do with it or any other murder? The answer was obvious: Islamic supremacists never miss a chance to position Muslims as victims so as to deflect attention away from jihad terror and try to place Islam and the Muslim community beyond reasonable scrutiny. Not only did I receive Jawad Rasul's Tweet, but also a well-placed source told me that Ibrahim Hooper, Honest Ibe himself, of Hamas-linked CAIR was “salivating and waiting to jump all over” the murder story. “They are waiting to blame you for everything.”

In CAIR’s world, as I noted here, my work exposing the activities of Islamic jihadists and the ways in which they use Islamic texts and teachings to justify violence and supremacism constitutes “hate” and “incitement to violence.” Never mind that I have never advocated anything but legal, peaceful defense of the freedom of speech, the freedom of conscience, and the equality of rights of all people before the law. The goal of Hamas-linked CAIR and other Islamic supremacists like Boy Reza Aslan is to demonize us and thereby shut us up, so that the jihad can proceed unchallenged. Just yesterday I received a tweet from Islamic supremacist hate propagandist and filmmaker Dean Obeidallah, who is relentlessly pushing the Muslim Brotherhood-invented concept of "Islamophobia" in order to claim victim status for Muslims and deflect attention away from jihad and Islamic supremacism, blaming me for some violence allegedly done to some other Muslim somewhere. The unscrupulousness and mendacity of such charges only indict those who make them.

Anyway, in the New Jersey case, the Muslim who initially blamed the murder of his wife on "Islamophobia" has just been indicted for that murder. "Husband, female friend indicted in killing of Muslim wife during Ramadan stroll," by Chris Boyette for CNN, June 14 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

(CNN) -- A New Jersey grand jury handed down a 17-count indictment Thursday accusing a man and his female friend with shooting and killing the man's wife -- and also shooting the man himself, in what prosecutors say was an attempt to blame a murder on "terrorists."

Kashif Parvaiz, 26, and Antoinette Stephen, 27, were indicted in Morris County Superior Court in the 2011 death of 27-year-old Nazish Norrani, Parvaiz's wife.

The victim was shot to death, and Parvaiz was shot four times, as the couple pushed a stroller carrying their 3-year-old son during a nighttime walk. The child was unharmed.

The killing occurred while the couple was visiting Norrani's family to celebrate the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

Morris County Prosecutor Robert A. Bianchi said at a news conference shortly after the killing that the fact that Noorani, a Muslim, was killed during the holy month of Ramadan "made this case especially compelling to us."

A release from the prosecutor's office said that while being treated for his wounds, which were not life-threatening, Parvaiz had described the shooters as three men who shouted "slurs about terrorists" at the couple before fleeing on foot.

But within hours of the crime, investigators believed "it was obvious" the victim's husband was behind the attack, Bianchi said.

Noorani had sent text messages to her brother describing escalating hostility and abuse in her marriage, the affidavit says, warning that "someday u will find me dead but its cuz (sic) of kashi ... He wants to kill me."

And according to an affidavit filed in the case, Parvaiz subsequently told police he arranged for Stephen to kill his wife and wound him while the couple was out for a walk on August 16, 2011....

Izlum - the "religion" of passive-aggression. Passive in that they are never at fault, always the victim. Aggressive in that when act out aggresisvely, and so expected to take responsibility for that agression, they claim they are being victimized!

I've researched the anomaly of PA (after much experience with an ex's PA). It is striking how much izlumic behaviour fits this model perfectly.

There was a similar ruse that took place in El Cajon, CA earlier this year, where an Iraqi immigrant woman was a victim of an honor killing by her husband and a phony Islamophobic 'murder note' was left at the scene. There was a massive Facebook campaign that tried to ride the coattails of the Trayvon Martin case by invoking "A Million Hijabs & Hoodies", but even Saudi-funded CAIR was hesitant to jump on the bandwagon.

Unfortunately, the husband and his accomplice teen daughter both fled to Iraq under the guise of accompanying the body to Iraq for the funeral. The murdered woman's father (who likely approves of the honor killing) is an influential Shiite cleric there, so there is no chance they would ever be extradited to the US, even if they were charged.

The fact that the corpse was allowed to leave the US within a few days of the murder quite possibly shows complicity at a high level of federal government, likely an Obama associate with Muslim Brotherhood links.

I wonder if Saudi-owned Fox News will cover this...

I wonder if closet-Jihadist Gov Chris Christie will pardon the killer...

I love your sentence:"Infidel technology trumps Islamic dishonesty." It is a keeper. The sentence is so true.

Good one! Another triumph of najis kufr technology.

She was only supposed to WOUND him--and she shot him FOUR TIMES? I wonder what was going through this idiot's mind as she kept shooting!

Writing and speaking about Islamophobia is becoming a real cottage industry.

Imam Rauf was interviewed again the other day, (selling his book) and his argument was that people have a negative view of Islam because we read too much in the media about terrorist attacks. Most Muslims are peaceful after all, so he thinks it would be better not to report these things. (Do not insult Islam.) He believes that extremists on all sides are responsible for the violence and intolerance in the world. We shouldn't single out the Islamic extremists who actually do most of the killing. (Do not defame Islam.)IOW, the real problem is Islamophobia, not Islamic jihad.

Laila Lalami (associate professor of creative writing at the university of California, Riverside) wrote "Islamophobia and Its Discontents" June 13, 2012 for The Nation Interestingly, she cites the FBI statistics that Muslims (1% of population) suffer about 13% of religious based hate crimes, but neglects to mention that Jews (2% of population) suffer about 70% religious based hate crimes. BTW, religious bias is 18.9% of all hate crimes, sexual orientation 18.6%, while racial bias constitutes 48.2% of hate crimes, with 70% of those being attacks on blacks.)

But somehow Islamophobia is our most serious problem.

I also noticed at The Nation

Moustafa Bayoumi, “Fear and Loathing of Islam”
Jack Shaheen, “How the Media Created the Muslim Monster Myth”
Petra Bartosiewicz, “Deploying Informants, the FBI Stings Muslims”
Abed Awad, “The True Story of Sharia in American Courts”
Ramzi Kassem, “The Long Roots of the NYPD Spying Program”
Max Blumenthal, “The Sugar Mama of Anti-Muslim Hate”
Laila Al-Arian, “When Your Father Is Accused of Terrorism”

Correction: According to Rauf, the real problem is extremism.

Exactly so. This was portrayed as a crime of "Islamophobia", where it was, in reality, just yet another instance of Muslim brutality.

Very, very true. A Muslim apologist poster has lately been characterizing Robert Spencer's and many commentators' words as being "violent", though none of them have ever posted anything calling for violence, but just point out the violence of Islam.

More:

A release from the prosecutor's office said that while being treated for his wounds, which were not life-threatening, Parvaiz had described the shooters as three men who shouted "slurs about terrorists" at the couple before fleeing on foot.

Very true, Dominic—this case was just what I thought of when reading about the follow-up to this case.

More, from the story:

Noorani had sent text messages to her brother describing escalating hostility and abuse in her marriage, the affidavit says, warning that "someday u will find me dead but its cuz (sic) of kashi ... He wants to kill me."
.......................................

This reminds me very much of poor Noor Al Maliki, the young Arizona woman who texted a friend just minutes before her father fatally ran her down in a parking lot, saying how frightened she was of him.

More, from Doninic Carabello:

The fact that the corpse was allowed to leave the US within a few days of the murder quite possibly shows complicity at a high level of federal government, likely an Obama associate with Muslim Brotherhood links.
.......................................

Actually, I doubt that's what happened here, Dominic. I believe it was more a case of moronic "political correctness"—that the killer went on and on about how it is required under Islam to bury the body within twenty-four hours.

This is grotesquely foolish—that they would let the suspects—police *always* look at family, especially spouses, in cases of murder—not only travel, but *leave the country*, but I believe this idiocy could have happened as easily under George Bush presidency, or under a hypothetical John McCain administration.

That doesn't mean I don't believe that Obama has been detrimental in the fight against Jihad in many ways—but I don't believe this was one of them.

Once more can be seen that a very powerful weapon on the side of truth is Muslim bungling and stupidity, since Muslims keep killing other Muslims for not being Muslim enough and yet keep pointing to the filthy kuffaar as the culprit for this psychopathic and dysfunctional behavior (you know, the standard rot about "Islamophobia"). Ah ha, is Islam pathetic or what?

Sure glad "the Islams" (as my beloved, now deceased, father-in-law, a WWII veteran, referred to them {knowingly by him just to add to the contempt}) give away so much so unwittingly. Helps the cause.

Kinda'. Sorta' Oh yeah.

Thanks for the input amigo...you're probably right that the hasty removal of the body (and the perps) from US soil was perpetrated without Obama Administration complicity.

One very disturbing aspect of the El Cajon story is that once the mainstream media realized it was NOT an 'Islamophobic hate crime' they dropped the story like a hot potato. Have you by chance come across any subsequent developments in the case? Will any charges even be filed by the ECPD?

On a sidenote, SoCal Muslims have shown a stunning preponderance for shooting themselves in the foot in terms of boosting the negative image of Islam among the general public:

About a month after the El Cajon fiasco, a teenage Afghan immigrant (who could have easily passed for a Latino) led the LAPD on a reckless high-speed chase on an LA freeway. After exiting his car he repeatedly assumed a shooter's stance as he pointed his cellphone at police as if it were a handgun and even attempted to use an occupied car that had pulled over as a shield from police bullets.

After he was appropriately and judiciously shot to death on live TV, CAIR lead a protest demonstration at the local LAPD branch and pressured a police captain to show up at a local mosque to 'explain why a Middle Eastern youth was targeted'. Nothing has come of it other than stirring up a legitimate suspicion of Islam and stealth Jihadists like CAIR among the general public.

Great video from KTLA with an interview of the young couple trapped in their car by this suicidal teenage Afghan lunatic, in which they praise the LAPD for protecting them during this suicide-by-cop incident:

MUST-SEE TV > http://www.ktla.com/videogallery/69363870/News/VIDEO-Couple-Had-Front-Row-Seat-to-101-Shootout-David-Begnaud-reports

So why didn't the guy just get a divorce, for pete's sake. He didn't want to deal with alimony? Sheesh.

You wrote: 'So why didn't the guy just get a divorce, for pete's sake.....'

What! No violence! Hey, c'mon, he's a Muslim. Resorting to violence is automatic. :)

It's a good job that Islam makes you stupid as well as violent.

Yeah—I wonder about that, too, Dominic. Another profoundly disturbing aspect of the case is that the victim-who was thirty-two at the time of her murder and had a seventeen-year-old daughter—had clearly been illegally brought into the country as a *child bride*, something US immigration would *never* have condoned.

They probably presented the victim as a "niece" or other young relative.

And now, her killer may never be charged. Her daughter was also, reportedly, concerned about being forced to marry a cousin back in Iraq.

Now, this is probably *exactly* what has happened, since the family returned to Iraq for the victim's burial.

Will the killer ever be charged? Will the family ever return to the US? Will we even ever hear anything more about the story? Probably "no" on all counts...

Please let us know if you hear anything more locally.

I think this Muslim who led police on a high-speed chase was hoping to make *police* look "Islamophobic" for shooting an unarmed Muslim teen.

While I'm sorry for the Buddhist couple who got caught in the crossfire, they—and the video footage—give clear evidence that the thug who led police on that high-speed chase gave *every* indication of being a shooter who was not only targeting police, but also putting the civilians in the car in danger.

From your comments, it sounds as though you are in Southern California yourself. I'm just north of you in the San Francisco Bay Area—which has had problems of its own with an increasingly violent Muslim population.

Just an aside: we get KTLA with our cable package, and often watch the news to keep up with doings in the LA area. We missed the story about the thuggish Afghan driver, though—although the story was covered in the print press up here.

Why is it that the two groups who incorrectly use "-phobia" as meaning "hate" aginst their critics are the gays (homophobia) and the Muslims (Islamophobia), the tow most intlerant groups in modern society.

The trouble is that the rest of the population does not suffer from any phobia incorrectly meaning "hate" or or correctly meaning "fear". As Kathy Shaidle puts it. what people are suffering from is "-nausea". i.e. "homonausea" or "islamonausea" meaning sick of both gays and Muslims constantly being in our face and demanding that we change our cultural and moral standards to what they dictate "or else".

I remember seeing an article with a picture of a large crowd of Afghan Muslim women in hijabs from the Bay Area pumping their fists and chanting at a protest at a shipyard in the East Bay. Is there much of that kind of thing in your area?

The CAIR-driven protest on behalf of suicidal lunatic Abdul Arian is only the 2nd time in recent years I'm aware of that Muslims demonstrated in SoCal, the other time being the "Irvine 11" who protested against a speech at UCI by Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren in 2010. The fact that they were charged and found guilty and received 6 months probation has helped put like-minded Muslims on the defensive in SoCal.

More often in SoCal, Muslims are likely to be the target of protests:

* 2011=Yorba Linda speech by 2 radicals at a 'charity event' was greeted by 100+ protesters complete with bullhorns

* 2010=Temecula mosque expansion was protested by locals who brought their dogs just for good measure

* 2005=Former homeless activist Ted Hayes led 100+ people hanging Osama Bin Laden in effigy right in front of the largest Saudi-funded mosque in SoCal...the King Fahd mosque near downtown LA
__________________________

I am thinking of doing a tongue-in-cheeking posting of the "10 Most Significant Moments in SoCal Islamophobia" that would include the ones mentioned above plus some other gems from SoCal history.

The funniest one was in January 1980 when a Saudi prince's mansion caught fire in Beverly Hills and a crowd of revelers gathered to chant and celebrate as the place burned to the ground. The prince used to throw lots of wild parties and made lots of enemies in the neighborhood, plus the Saudi oil embargo was still a big issue then.
