This is one of the problems in allowing totally unqualified and low-intelligence immigrants into the country. They totally can't cope with a modern, technological society, find a marginal living at a make-work job like translating the Koran into English (as if we didn't have enough translations already), and have to develop a sense of self-worth by immersing themselves in the make-believe world of Islamic supremacy and jihad.

Unfortunately, as long as Muslims continue marrying their first cousins, their offspring will continue to degrade intellectually and physically, and it will be ever-harder for them to climb out of the morass of Islam.

Nevertheless, given the present situation, actually the best thing we can do for these people is to leave them where they are, in their own Muslim countries and communities, where the semi-literate mullahs are the local intellectuals.

They have their own ways of dealing with the population problems created by their total aversion to new technologies. Unfortunately, the solution is Darwinian and not very pretty when viewed through a BBC documentary. But, draining Western resources to prop up a dysfunctional system like an Islamic government leads to great harm, both in the donor country and the receiving community.

If Islamic countries are left to their own devices, they might, just might, experience enough Darwinian pressures to modernize marginally. This is what we saw with the dictators in Egypt, Tunisia, Iraq, and even Libya. But, no Muslim should ever be admitted to the US as a response to political persecution or economic disaster. Immigration for Muslims should be limited to Muslims who genuinely renounce Islam prior to applying for immigration.
