Obama uses word "terrorize" for Aurora murders but not for Fort Hood jihad

Pamela Geller makes this extraordinary observation:

When Obama spoke about the shooting in Aurora, he used the word “terrorize,” a word he never used when Nidal Hasan killed 13 of our serviceman in a jihad attack at Fort Hood. That was "workplace violence."

Obama knows what he is doing. He wants to drive home the point that "terror" is not Islamic. The Colorado shooting is terror, but Fort Hood is not.

Obama said this about the movie theater murders in Colorado:

“We may never understand what leads anybody to terrorize their fellow human beings like this. Such violence, such evil is senseless. It's beyond reason. But while we will never know fully what causes somebody to take the life of another, we do know what makes life worth living.”

He used the same phrase in his address in his exploitative event in Aurora: “Even as we come to learn how this happened and who’s responsible, we may never understand what leads anyone to terrorize their fellow human beings. Such evil is senseless – beyond reason. But while we will never know fully what causes someone to take the life of another, we do know what makes that life worth living.” (minute 2:41)

This is his talking point on the Batman madman.

Yet when it came to the Fort Hood jihad massacre back in 2009, Obama showed no similar curiosity about what “causes someone" -- jihadist Nidal Hasan -- "to take the life of another.” And he did not use the word "terrorize."

Read it all.

Holmes was not a terrorist...His goal was not terror and he apparently had no causes...he just wanted to kill people with a lot of drama...Hasan was not a terrorist either...His intent was not to instill terror, his was a jihad action of murdering US soldiers for Allah...That angers everyone but it does not terrorize them...The military does not get terrorized...But 'workplace violence' is an act of word magic or trickery, to avoid admitting what it really was, a jihad operation dedicated to Allah and Islam...

Obama has a chip on his shoulder.
Maybe because he is an "other", a non-white in a majority white society and he suffered some slight or offense that he blames on the traditional white society in which he was raised.
Or maybe it's something he picked up by osmosis from the black-communist-socialist-radical milieu of his childhood or college years.
It's a chip on his shoulder that has engendered an unquenchable thirst for vengence upon the traditional white society in which he does not belong, a chip on his shoulder that can only be removed by wreaking vengence on the society in which he thinks he does not and can never fit.
It's a thirst for vengence that is his highest priority, it's something that can never be altered by something as weak and feeble as logic or truth or the facts.

So now we're living in 1984, Obama practices "newspeak", he's in the process of redefining the language.
He's in the process of turning the "war on terror" on the true victims of terror, he's in the process of accusing the true victims of terror of being the perpetrators of that terror.
He's in the process of making the real terrorist out to be the victim.
He's in the process of redefining "terror" not to mean that tactic that Muslims use to make "God’s religion ... victorious over all other religions.”
Now "terror" is being redefined and turned on the victims of terror.
The victims of terror are being accused of being the perpetrators of terror and the newspeak victims of terror are the those who in truth are the real source of that terror.
And if he can redefine terror to be something that's only committed by "white guys" and never by Islam so much the better.

State sponsored terror is not a terrorist act per se, it is an act of war. Ft Hood shooter was engaged in act of war by the Islamic Ummah. It is a war on freedom that has never ended since it began.

Perhaps the "war on terror"(tm) is as much of a nonsensical word jumble as "Islam is Peace"? Sharia compliant finance finances zakat which finances Jihad, the Islamic War on Freedom. It is a forever war, even after they win, if that should ever happen.

"Terror" is a tactic in Islam's war against "dar al harb".

Perhaps in Obama's mind muslims are NEVER "terrorists" but jihadists.

God help all of us if he wins another term.

These are very telling, revealing comparisons, Robert.

Our President--Barry, that is--is a bloodless, spineless hypocrite; he twists and distorts reality into banality.

Lets face reality and face the truth. The Fort Hood shooter yelled out "Allahu Akbar" all the while he was commiting those murders. He was and is a jihadist. His religion drove him to commit thoses umurderous actions of evil. Therefore, he is guilty of murder and his religion,Islam, is also guilty of murder.

Some P.C. people including Obama actually call the murders at Fort Hood "workplace violence" as an attempt to cover up the truth. These people were murdered at Fort Hood because of Islam with its militant jihadism. Just to give only one of many example of this from the Quran. It teaches in 9:112. THe Believers fight in Alah's Cause, they slay and are slain, kill and are killed."

Perhaps the government isn't using "terrorist" for Nidal Hasan quite yet because they don't want to give Nidal Hasan's lawyer the excuse to ask for a mistrial because the government used a "loaded" word--and hence get the scumbag off on a technicality (which liberal courts are very good at). My verdict isn't in until the court declares the guy guilty of murder. After that, I suspect government officials will call him a terrorist to their heart's content.

OBAMA=TRAITOR NUMBER ONE

I noticed straight away when he made the speech that he used the word "terrorize" when referring to the Batman killer.

But listening to the two speeches the differences are more than just that:

1. The biggest difference is that his entire focus was on the Batman killings (elections?). He was conscious of the votes he is going to get, if not of any genuine sympathy with the victims.

In the Fort Hood killings he mentions the killings after thanking everyone for organising the conference, something about native Americans and finally "as some of you may have heard there has been a tragic shooting...we dont yet know all the details at this moment"? Really President of the U.S., don't you know that 12 people were killed and at least 31 injured?

2. Obama on Batman shootings "We will stand by the people of Colorado during this extraordinarily difficult time.. we do know that one person is in custody.." on Fort Hood shootings "as some of you may have heard there has been a tragic shooting...we dont yet know all the details at this moment" Some of you? may have heard? we dont yet know all the details at this moment? Don't you have one person in custody?

3. Obama on Batman shootings "such violence and such evil is senseless, its beyond reason.." true the perpetrator was insane. The Fort Hood killings? - it had a reason?, it was not evil?, it was not senseless?

4.Obama on Batman shootings "the people we lost loved and were loved, mothers and fathers husbands etc..they had hopes for the future and dreams not yet fulfilled (reading from a script)" What about Fort Hood? There was a pregnant woman also who died along with her unborn child.

5. Batman "This is a day for prayer and reflection...I might call for a moment of silence" .. Fort Hood?

6. Batman "The Federal Government stands ready to bring whoever is responsible for this heinous crime to justice.." Sure you have one looney in custody. Fort Hood? are you willing to safeguard against another happening? If you know the cause?

Rich - very good comparisons.

It makes me want to throw-up whenever I hear his name - he is a great big slime-ball.

As a youngster I used to idolise America and all things American, but sadly balloons pop as one grows up to enter the real world, and I have come to realise that as a nation and a people Americans tend to be easily led and blissfully ignorant of what's going on around them.

And their America-hating, civilisation-hating Muslim Socialist President is taking full advantage of this, aided and abeted by the Leftist media. Some say he is even favourite to sneak another term, which I believe would witness a hastening of the end of Western civilisation for which millions sacrificed their lives.

Reagan was right, freedom is never more than a generation away from disaster, and that generation is upon us.

OT conveniently, Ancestry.com has come out with the tidbit that Obama is a descendent, THROUGH HIS WHITE MOTHER,of America's very FIRST black slave circa 1640. This wonderful news comes to us 99 days before the election. Not only does Obama now share the slavery experience with most other American blacks he,Obama, is, in fact, the Son of the First American African slave, i.e., the First Son of Abraham!........Who knew!

"Obama knows what he is doing. He wants to drive home the point that "terror" is not Islamic."

The problem is our legislators, law enforcement, Departments of Defense and Justice, and many more U.S. authorities are buying into President Obama's logic.

At this point it's hard for me to believe Islam will lose its commitment, motivation, ideology, purpose, and will to subjugate the non-Islamic world.

It appears to me that the United States is in submission already. Or perhaps all the legislators, and current administration is just very very ignorant.

Either way Islam is already in control of more than we care to debate. Because political correctness is even more important than the truth now days.

You are far too slow guys!!
ALL non muslims are TERRORISTS. Muslims do JIHAD not terror!

Repeat after me: These are not the Islamic Radicals you are looking for.

Major Hassan's motives are hardly in doubt. Shouting "Allah Akbar" before shooting the place up is a dead giveaway. That we have a President who refuses to acknowledge this obvious fact as anything other than "work-place violence" shows that he is white-washing this whole Islamic Radicalism problem.

As for Aurora: Nobody is quite sure what went off in this lunatic's brain.

Both men snapped. That much we know. In the case of Hassan, however, he had a cult telling him to murder. In the case of Holmes, he was a loner who completely went berserk.

The question we should ask is what role did others play with Maj. Hasssan, and was there anyone who should be tried as an accessory to murder (in other words, using the RICO statues). We can not ban a religion, but we can put the leaders in prison for organizing murderous rampages.
