Pakistan: Muslim mob tortures man for uttering "derogatory remarks against the Holy Prophet"

In other words, he wasn't rescued at all. He only went from the fryingpan into the fire.

Would failure to engage in riotous mob mayhem itself be a blasphemy?

When one goes ballistic all must go ballistic.

Sometimes when someone sees that something everyone claims to believe is so stupid he just can't stop himself from saying so. Maybe that was his situation. I suspect a lot of "Muslims" are approaching that state of mind. Naturally the the demons of Islam can't tolerate it.

I think it's time for people to stop repeating the mantra that "Islam is a religion of peace" and promote the true underlying concept of Islam, that it owns torture. When folks think of the word "torture" they should think of Islam. We should put a picture of someone being tortured right next to the word "Islam " in the dictionary.

I guess their demon god Allah must be pleased with his adherents killing and terrorizing and in this case beating to a pulp anyone who dares to criticize his religion od death.

Actually dealing with a real live blasphemer cannot happen to often and makes it a more interesting day, unless it is merely a case of Takfir.

Mo/allah needs human sacrifice everyday to quench his blood thirst. His brain dead followers kill humans first and then Muslims to keep Mo/allah happy. Otherwise who knows what this demon allah do to them!!

What if accusers Abdus Sattar and Muhammad Ashraf are lying? Perhaps they just want Faryad's property and business and maybe his wife...The pious Muslims act quickly on accusations....or maybe the mob went beserk because Faryad was telling the truth about Muhammad, the false prophet...

Being a Muslim with a sound mind won't protect you from the pious followers Of Islam....

This illustrates the rampant hypocrisy of muslims.
On one hand muslims say infidels have no right to criticize islam because we do not know Arabic or we don’t know islam since we aren’t muslims. Yet, as you can see those muslims who offer even a hint of criticism, of islam or muhammed, are immediately labeled apostates and subject to instant death sentence by other muslims.

As the idea of Pakistan has become a failure and people are being pushed to poverty, open expression of anti-islamic and anti prophet is going to be widespread and very frequent. If praising Allah by billion people by millions of times a day will solve hunger, mullahs can lead their people forever. That is not the case. I am looking forward to a time in the near future where Pakistani crowds will pull down mosques every where while their barbaric Army and Maulvis will run for hiding fearing the fury of mass. See, even knowing that derogatory remarks is a constitutional offense, that guy admitted to the police without repentence or bother. Let us all watch with amusement the pakistani developments as we did when the iraqi crowds tear down every statue of Saddam Hussein in Iraq.

Perhaps people in the West are unaware how "interrogations in police custody" are carried out in Pakistan (and in most third world countries). Suspects routinely die of -ahem-questioning. A guy will admit to anything. It seems more likely that the complainant had a personal bone to pick with the so-called blasphemer. Perhaps he had an eye on the powerloom repair business; perhaps their kids fought at school; perhaps....
It is doubtful if a father of five in Pakistan will want to commit suicide by cursing Mo. Anyway, there are far less gruesome ways, if he really wanted to end it all.
