Egypt: Muslims Thrash Christian for Drinking Water on Ramadan

Instead of telling them that he was a Christian and sick, he should have told them that he was a Muslim and sick. They might have left him alone then.
But of course he would never tell them that, because good Christians don't deny their faith unlike the Islamic Devil's children who just like the one they worship, practice deceit all the time.

It is clear that Islam creates mental illness. It should be banned as a hazard to the public's mental health.

There should be a sign above all exits from Christian homes in Egypt: "Leave this house at your peril".

I used to live in Morocco,I was told this story.

Chapter 2, Revelation 185 of the Quran states:

The month of Ramadan is that in which was revealed the Quran; a guidance for mankind, and clear proofs of the guidance, and the criterion (of right and wrong). And whosoever of you is present, let him fast the month, and whosoever of you is sick or on a journey, a number of other days. Allah desires for you ease; He desires not hardship for you; and that you should complete the period, and that you should magnify Allah for having guided you, and that perhaps you may be thankful.[Quran 2:185]

In fact, refraining not just from eating, but from drinking water and taking needed medicine is terribly hazardous to the health of elderly and ill people. Not that pious Muslims care...

Can you imagine anyone in the West responding to a plea from a man that he is ill by *beating him*?

A few years ago, I was approached by a woman on the street near my home about a local political issue as I was returning from grocery shopping. It was a terribly hot day. The woman was articulate and alert. All at once she got wobbly and started slightly slurring her words.

I had just recently learned a bit about diabetes from finding my husband was diagnosed borderline diabetic (thanks to diet and exercise he is no longer borderline).

I had her sit down in the shade on a neighbor's steps and asked her a few questions. It turned out she was indeed diabetic, and hadn't tested for a bit because she had gotten so caught up in her canvassing.

I had bought some grapefruit juice, so I gave it to her and had her sip it slowly. I asked if she needed a snack as well, but by that time she was feeling quite a bit better and decided to go home. I walked with her part way to make sure that she would be OK.

A very minor incident—but such situations can prove dangerous or even at times deadly for diabetics.

That Muslims would respond to a similar situation by *beating the victim* is appalling—but given what I know of Islam, it is hardly surprising.
