Iran's Thug-in-Chief: Muhammad film an Israeli plot to divide Muslims

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad accused Israel of being behind the anti-Islam film that has sparked violent protests in the Muslim world, AFP reported on Friday.
Speaking at a military parade in Tehran, Ahmadinejad called the film an Israeli plot "to divide (Muslims) and spark sectarian conflict."

The parade, displaying military hardware, marked the anniversary of the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war. According to Iranian state media, the military displayed Shahab 3, Sejjil, Qadr, Sahab and Zelzal missiles during the parade.

Iran has claimed the Shahab 3 has a range that can reach Israel and they have reportedly experimented with integrating a nuclear warhead onto the missile.

Ahmadinejad's comments on the anti-Islam film came after Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said earlier this week that the American-made video is tied to "Islamophobic policies of arrogant powers and Zionists."

Khamenei added that it is incumbent upon Western governments to prove to the Muslim world that they are against attacks against Islam. "Leaders of [the US and European countries] must prove that they were not accomplices in this big crime in practice by preventing such crazy measures,” he said.

The 13-minute English-language movie, which was circulated on the Internet under several titles including "Innocence of Muslims," mocks the Prophet Muhammad and portrays him as a buffoon....

This would be funny if it were an SNL skit, but seeing as it's the leader of a major power trying to build nukes...

I was hoping for something, ANYTHING, resembling evidence that this film was an Israeli plot. Yeah I know, pretty stupid of me. But this is a new twist for Ineedadinnerjacket. Not only has he failed to find any "evidence", he's even admitted he's too too incompetent or to lazy to even TRY! Now he's given the Western powers an ultimatum to PROVE that they WEREN'T behind this evil Zionist plot, or else... what? He's judged the entire infidel WORLD guilty, and we have to prove our innocence.

And he had the nerve to call the WEST arrogant?

I think, Iranian president is 100% correct, when he said:-

Illegal Zionist regime in occupied Palestine known as Israeli plot "to divide (Muslims) and spark sectarian conflict."

Root cause of every violence is the creation of an illegal Zionist entity call Israel for the Kazari or European Jewry in occupied Palestine.

Journalists who aspire to objectivity should, when speaking of Muhammad, employ some such locution as "the Muslim prophet, Muhammad." Instead, the Jerusalem Post staff who wrote the above article refer in it to "the Prophet Muhammad," a formulation that lacks all journalistic distance and suggests they and their readers believe in Islam. Most of the readers and presumably the writers are not Muslims. The writers should not be intimidated into showing this sort of misguided "respect," or wrongheaded "politeness," that submits journalistically to Islam. It would be fine to politely flatter the beliefs of Islam if Islamic core texts and many mainstream forms of Islam did not seek to impose a totalitarian system on us all. But Islam's core texts and a great many Muslims today do seek to promote a totalitarian system. Any self-respecting journalist should employ a decent journalistic distance from the religion that all around the globe is violently seeking to intimidate free speech.

Dig in the ground almost anywhere in Israel today and you'll find archeological evidence of the Jews having been there for nigh on 3,000 years.

And 'Palestine' has never existed. It's a figment of your imagination. But I'll share your illusion if you can tell me when 'Palestine' was founded, by whom, then produce evidence of some treaties 'Palestine' made with surrounding countries, the names of a few Kings, Queens or rulers and the dates when they ruled, and finally, tell us the name of 'Palestine's' capital city.

You need an education and a psychological decoke.

If anything, all the evidence seems to indicate that this movie was done by pro-Muslim trolls to instigate precisely the type of 'backlash' that we are seeing.

I mean, Ahmadinejad says that it's being done to divide Muslims, but reactions across dar ul Islam - Shia or Sunni - has been hostile to the US. Yeah, Muslims do what they always do, riot and some get killed in the process, but that's like going to the restroom for them. In other words, the movie has united Muslims against Infidels - when there's nothing we'd like better than to see Syria replicated in all Muslim countries - civil wars everywhere.

What absolute crap.

Muslims have been slaughtering each other on sectarian lines for almost 1400 years now, and the Jooooos have had nothing to do with it.

None of the violence against the threatened Copts, or the savagery of the "Prophet's" actions displayed in the "Innocence of Muslims" was caused by Jewish people—it is all canonical Islam.

Long before Israel existed, Islam has been threatening both Infidels and vulnerable and minority-sect Muslims.

The main Muslim objection to Israel is that Jews dare to live as free people in their ancient homeland, surrounded by the violent and chaotic Muslim world. This drives Muslims even crazier than they already were...
