I've gotten mildly drunk exactly twice in my life. Both times, I got a bit sentimental and rambled on about my great plans for my art career. Why? Because this was an exaggeration of my sober personality and concerns. I could be blind drunk and still would never threaten to murder someone for not converting to Islam—nor would anyone else here.

Also, does no one see the irony here? Islam *forbids* the use of alcohol, and yet a Muslim can use it in the West as a defense for issuing Islamic threats.

Clearly Chail assumed that a fellow Muslim would be sympathetic over his efforts to force his "white wife" to convert to Islam on threat of death.

Mr. Malik had enough of a conscience to realize this was wrong and to report it—kudos to him for his decency.

That does not change the fact that many, many Muslims—on the basis of their faith itself—would fully support Chail's barbarism.

I'm glad that Mr. Malik was "better than his religion" in this case—but between the clueless girlfriend and the dhimmi courts, it may not have made a difference.

Clearly, as gravenimage suggested, he is a Sikh *convert* to islam; alternatively, is there some law I don't know about that precludes a mohammedan giving their offspring a Sikh name ? Or vice-versa ?

And anyway, why would a **Sikh** threaten to cut his girlfriend's throat if she refuses to convert to **islam** ?

It really wouldn't make sense, would it ? So, no, it's not misleading. The pos is clearly a mysogynist mohammedan who will, no doubt, end up 'honour' murdering his imbecilic girlfriend ( and the child too ) sometime down the road.

Especially as he's been given the greenlight that it's OK to threaten murder.
