Not so long ago, the devastating fires that ruined large stretches of Israel's reforested areas were shown to have been set by Arabs.

The interested reader can do an internet search and find the above verified by various news sources.

Circa 1984 I was caught in a forest fire in the south of France. Seriously frightening. Of course this was in an area of high summer temperature and low summer rainfall. An area where barbecues and camp fires were legally forbidden. SO EASY to start a raging fire.
My French friends suggested that the fires HAD been deliberately started to release land for development.
I think that, on these pages, I have read that islamists recommend setting fire to forests to spread fear and damage economies.
Mmmm. Seems to me that it is past the time to expel ALL muslims, good or bad, and prevent any further intrusion to the west. TOTAL BAN.
Yes I know that is harsh but if there is one bad apple in the barrel then you really do need to dump the whole barrel. The "good" apples, in my experience, never manage to expel the bad ones and the rot can so quickly take hold. I have too often failed to salvage any good apples from a bag with just one rotten one. Worse with pears.

Grotesque. In the United States when one learns that a fire was caused by humans, it is almost always some careless campers who failed to properly put out their campfire. At worst, it is a couple of bored, low IQ teenagers who just wanted to see firetrucks, and wound up getting a lot more than they bargained for.

But setting fires *intending* to cause widespread damage and even death? Rare beyond words.

But we've been hearing threats about "Forest Fire Jihad" for years now. This could be especially disastrous in places like Australia and the Western US, which are subject to periodic drought.

Neither one, of course, is remotely doable now. Wellington's suggestion would be received by the PC MC mainstream as more unthinkable than reviving segregation of blacks, or even slavery. Pretty much the same for Bewick's.

Don't get me wrong -- I don't mind the idea of levelling the Islamic Twin Cities; however, it would be a drastic miscalculation to perpetrate the most inflammatory act imaginable to the inflammable Muslim mind while we still have millions upon millions of Muslims within the West. At that point, what could have been, at best, a World War Three "over there" will become a cataclysmic conflagration of violent civil unrest in our streets, turning Berlin, Paris, Madrid, London, New York, DC, LA, Seattle, Melbourne -- plus likely a hundred other cities -- into Iraq.

First things first. First get the savages out -- even the ones who are pretending successfully to be civilized. Then we can use the thread of Wellington's suggestion perhaps to keep them in line, to stay put in their Dar-al-Jahannam-on-Earth.

What are we going to do with the media and the liberals even if we can "control" the ISLAMISTS?

Environmental warfare; where nature and natural resources are destroyed as an act of aggression or sabotage. That these European forest fires are originating from Islamic terrorists do not surprise me at all. Numerous times throughout history invading armies, insurgencies, rebel groups, etc; have done things like this to wreak havoc.

Islamists have a history of committing acts that have caused horrific environmental damage. In the case of forest fires now affecting Europe, think of the potential losses if this continues. Economic losses not only if the forests are being utilized for the timber/paper industry; but natural areas used for recreation- hiking, camping, resorts, etc- bring in income; and they can’t do that when the land has been turned into smoldering ash. If the damage is severe enough then erosion, mudslides and the like can cause problems for water ways and have negative impacts on roads that are nearby. If the fires are not big enough to affect major airports, what about smaller airfields? Any planes (even small ones) changing flight paths or grounded because of this? Remember- ANY inconvenience in the daily routine of the west is what these sick twisted Islamists applaud.

What of resort buildings, lodges, nature/science research stations or logging camps in these places? What of people’s private homes and vehicles? Were any civilians or firefighters killed or injured as a result of these fires? If there are no human casualties now, if these terrorist acts continue the chances of deaths increase. No deaths? What of hospitalizations for injuries from the fires directly, indirectly with injuries from evacuations or what of persons with respiratory health problems? Infants, children and the elderly who are near large fires many times have to seek medical care for smoke and ash inhalation or allergies.

Any homes, apartments or vehicles not affected directly by the fire (ie being burned down); there is still the cleanup due to smoke and ash. Also, smoke and ash clogs electronics, engines and many other man-made things.

Wildlife as well is affected of course. How many endangered species died in those blazes? Is fishing an economic/recreational draw for people in those regions? Smoke and ash have been known to clog streams, rivers, ponds and lakes; and the fish populations choked will float to the surface dead. Hey, then park rangers and fisheries biologists will have to re-stock, and the last I knew, this isn’t free.

We see the above scenarios as end results with wildfires in the southwest USA regardless of how they were started. Accidents caused by campers, lightning strikes or criminal arsonists- out-of-control fires over large areas have negative consequences. To know that this is happening on purpose in Europe and Islamic terrorism is the cause- is absolutely repulsive.

Finally, knowing what is going on Europe, I can’t help but wonder what ARE THE CAUSES of the rising rates of destructive fires that have affected America in the last decade. Even if none of the American fires were done by terrorists; with this getting in the news about Europe… you have to know the USA Islamadoodles who support violence now have some “new ideas.” Animal rights activists, environmentalists, conservation proponents- should all be speaking out about this, but sadly- I doubt that they will.

Guys (Wellington, Bewick114), I've posted before and am posting again, destroying Mecca and Medina, and especially just the Kaaba are not going to stop Islam. They will just rebuild. The Kaaba in particular has been destroyed before. Also, from what I have seen of Islamic eschatology in these JW pages, Islamic end-of-time fables actually anticipate this move.

LemonLime has the right position, although his use of the word "leveling" misleads a bit.

As I posted before, their end-times fables have already telegraphed any 'message' we may wish to send by this method. They are forewarned and ready to reject it and resume jihad without blinking.

I seem to recall reading that Muhammad outraged his enemies by burning down their palm trees. He ordered a couple of his henchmen to burn down a mosque that had been built by some 'Pacifist Muslims' who refused to engage in his expeditions of plunder.

There have been roughly 19,700 Islam inspired deadly terror attacks since 911. Will there ever be a letup? Or will Islam inspired Muslim terrorism continue on and on ad infinity?

Unfortunately, the resurgent jihad will most likely continue to flame for decades to come. It will continue to burn until the non-Muslims somehow quench the Islamic fire or the Muslims abandon Muhammad's perverse, terroristic cult of Islam entirely.

We ex-Muslims living with Islam's formal and informal death penalty for apostasy know for certain that Islam is an evil religion/ideology both in part and on the whole.

Islam is by no means the 'Religion of Peace' as it is commonly called. Islam is primarily a religion of injustice, intolerance, hatred, and violence. The fact is, if I were to say about Muslims what the Qur'an says about non-Muslims, I would be arrested for hate speech. The Qur'an largely preaches discrimination, death, and imposition of its dogma on everyone. Certainly some Muslims will be offended by such statements, but frankly, so what? Judaism and Christianity, the world’s two other major monotheistic religions, have had to face the harshest of scrutiny and criticism for several hundred years which continues to this day. Islam must not be granted any special privileges or be exempt from such treatment – the implications are of tremendous importance.

Here is a recent statement from a group of Bangladeshi apostates living in the UK explaining the reasons why they have abandoned Islam:

"One who claims to be a messenger of God is expected to live a saintly life. He must not be given to lust, he must not be a sexual pervert, and he must not be a rapist, a highway robber, a war criminal, a mass murderer or an assassin. One who claims to be a messenger of God must have a superior character. He must stand above the vices of the people of his time. Yet Muhammad’s life is that of a gangster godfather. He raided merchant caravans, looted innocent people, massacred entire male populations and enslaved the women and children. He raped the women captured in war after killing their husbands and told his followers that it is okay to have sex with their captives (Qur'an 33:50). He assassinated those who criticized him and executed them when he came to power and became de facto despot of Arabia. Muhammad was bereft of human compassion. He was an obsessed man with his dreams of grandiosity and could not forgive those who stood in his way...

The statement continues,

Muhammad was a narcissist, like Hitler, Saddam or Stalin. He was astute and knew how to manipulate people, but his emotional intelligence was less evolved than that of a 6-year-old child. He simply could not feel the pain of others. He brutally massacred thousands of innocent people and pillaged their wealth. His ambitions were big and as a narcissist he honestly believed he is entitled to do as he pleased and commit all sorts of crimes and his evil deeds are justified."

Wild fires are a touchy subject around here (N.Cal)...My house and property have been in the direct path of several, there's nothing quite like a wild fire coming right at you...Many of these fires are caused by lightning strikes, out of control debris burns, animal activity, and humans acting stupidly or maliciously...When caught, the malicious have to be transferred to a jail in a different county because they are not safe in this one...The aspiring wild fire jihadist better hope they don't get caught by the sheriff or worse yet, angry homeowners...Allah will not save them...

Yeah... I can't agree with this. I think they are doing it in Israel but don't think the fires in Portugal and Spain are the result of arson.

I had my doubts so looked up info about the history of fires in southern Europe. I found a pdf about fires from 1980 to 2000. That's where I got my facts about fires in Southern Europe from.*

Started in forest fire season. (I dunno about europe per se but that's when they happen in California, and in the part of california has a similar climate to Spain Portugal and Greece - the countries in southern europe that have the most fires and most acrage lost to fire - Yup I did a little research)

In a summer that reached temperatures almost reaching 104 f after one of the dryest winters in years.

In countries that have similar climate to the part of California that sees very damaging fires every year or so.

In two of the three of the southern Europian countries that lose the most hectars to forest fires a year. (he cites spain and portugal- Spain Portugal and Greece tend to have the most fires and lose the most acrage to fires of all the south Europian countries)

Forest fires cause damage significant to a country the size of Israel but Spain and Portugal lose up to hundreds of thousands of hectars a year to forest fire (from 1980 to 2000 anyway). These recent fires took about 2000 hectares (at least at the time the article citing the damage both fires caused was written).

So I'd have to say this is typcal Russian Bullpucky, using the same desceptive Russian style pseudo reason that RT clips are. I dunno if the guy is an alarmist, a half wit or a propogandist but his reasoning is as proffessional as my spelling.

Just because the savages say they should do something doesn't mean they actually did it. Lots of people talk about blowing the Kabaa to smithereens, but that doesn't mean anyone's actually made plans to do it that they intend to carry out.

I had a Philosophy Professor back in my college days who used to say "Don't do anything that will get you all burned up". He was probably referring to the Inquisition and at least somewhat in jest. Should we say that to the jihads or maybe that will become another reason for starting the fires.

I am NOT at all surprised that this subject is now coming

Having read the koran and portions of the various hadiths,
I am absolutely convinced that those living in the free
world (that is to say; the non-muslim world) will never,
never be allowed to live a peaceful life as long as there

I for one would vote for the politician who would outlaw

Whether or not the fires are the result of natural causes such as lightning or because some person or persons set them could be determined by a few good fire inspectors. But if muslims have not been setting them before, they probably just haven't gotten around to it...too busy burning other things and yelling freely about the rest of the world's humans not respecting them and being allowed to talk about it all.

I have been under the impression, I don't know the origin of it, that Muslims believe that Mecca and Medina cannot be harmed by non-Muslims because Allah would prevent it. I do remember one Muslim asserting that Allah would stop any nuclear device from doing destruction to M&M. The part of me which has come to despise Islam enjoys mulling over the prospect of proving such a Muslim wrong. Again, I am engaging in the hypothetical but there could come a time, say when Islamic terrorism gets so awful that 9/11 looks like a relatively minor event, that then anything becomes possible, for instance the utter elimination from the earth of any remnant of M&M. Just sayin'.

Australia is facing a high-fire-danger summer.

I have a brother living in a rural area, who is a member of the Bush Fire Brigade. They train regularly, and they will be on high alert over the next few months at least.

This particular brother has a copy of Mr Spencer's 'Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam and the Crusades'. I gave it to him. He read it. He took it seriously. He has Islam's number.

And I've given him a couple of articles about 'fire jihad' that have come up here before: Muslims jubilating over forest fires, Muslims expressing a desire to set fires in forests in Australia, Canada, USA, etc.

I am sure he takes the *possibility* seriously; I assume he will have raised the matter with other members of the Brigade; and that they will be keeping their eyes open for any identifiable Mohammedan or Mohammedans walking or driving on backroads near the forest or long grass areas on high fire danger days,

And...they know how to recognise a fire started by arson, and they are well aware of the different ways in which it can be done, and what to look for.
