The three things that expose the sheer inhumanity or antihumanity of Islam, that mark Islam off from pretty well every other human society and culture whether 'high' or 'low', 'primitive' or 'civilised', that has ever existed or exists, and set it against the entirety of the rest of humanity, are these:

1/ the sharia ban on music - which theoretically bans *all* music, sacred or profane, vocal or instrumental, and though an extirpation of all music has never been achieved by any Islamic society, music has been very much suppressed and stunted within dar al Islam compared to anywhere else

2/ the sharia ban on the sculpted or painted visual representation of living beings (so far as I know, ALL other human societes, even the most primitive tribes in distant jungles, islands or deserts, have delighted in and encouraged the production of paintings and/ or carvings of some kind, whether sacred or profane)

and 3/, as illustrated by this latest bit of ugliness in Iran

the sharia ban on the keeping of dogs as pets/ companion animals (dogs are grudgingly permitted to be kept for strictly utilitarian purposes such as hunting and for guarding herd animals out in the field).

I do not know of any other human society that has so *hated* and despised and mistreated dogs, and *punished* people for keeping them as pets, as much as the Ummah does.

The alliance, say even the friendship, between humans and dogs goes back *millennia*, deeper by far than recorded history; in the awesome painted caves of Chauvet, whose wonderful animal paintings (inconceivable that such beauty would ever be permitted to be created - or permitted to survive - within an Islamic society) are 35 000 years old, there was found in the floor of one of the caves a child's footprint and beside it, clearly made at the same time, the paw-prints of a dog or of a wolf.

Let all of non-Muslim humanity *know*: Muslims are supposed to have no music, nor any artistic representation of living beings, nor are they supposed to keep dogs as pets.

In a fully-sharia-compliant world, a world dominated and domineered over by the life-hating sharia assassins, there would be NO pet dogs, NO music, NO carvings of people or beasts or gods, NO paintings of people or animals or mythical beings. (Oh, and NO wine or beer or sake or kava or any other form of pleasant alcoholic drink, either...).

Abusing, torturing and killing your best friend is not the least bit intelligent, noble or spiritually edifying...It is depravity in action...Anyone who makes a victim of their best friend is depraved...

What is the dog population in Mecca?

Mo's edict against dogs is perhaps understandable. Didn't I recently read of a medic who wrote an historical forensic analysis of Mo's likely mental problems (visions voices etc)? He funnily found what we all knew anyway that Mo was likely a schizophrenic pyschotic. Now I know a little about such. It is in the eyes. I was once accosted by one such in King's Cross Railway station - London that is, not Sydney. I could immediately tell because of the eyes but events proved me right and I was so pleased when my train was ready.
I happen to be a dog lover. Dogs have superb instinct and my dog of the time would have spotted the danger even before me. He would have immediately sensed that something wasn't right and pulled away. That lovely dog wouldn't have attacked or even growled. A neighbour's dog, some years later, wouldn't have hesitated for a second.

I am led to the view that a dog, at some time, recognised the danger, probably via Mo's eyes, and attacked or threatened him. Mo - the psychotic - would thereafter have huge hatred of dogs and vowed revenge on all dogs. Maybe the same for pictures - maybe someone drew him in an unflattering way? Music? Who knows what passes through deranged minds.
My dog? Funnily enough he was a beautiful and big non-aggressive Afghan hound - apparently the oldest known pedigree breed and likely the fastest. Ironic eh given that Afgahnistan is now pretty well totally muslim. My neighbour's dog? Once my best friend and a sturdy German Shepherd with a healthy suspicion of any stranger.She was always in "protect mode".

Having shared a good part of my life with many wonderful dogs, I can't imagine ever living without a canine companion. Muslims are missing out on what can be one of the closest, most loving relationships known to humans. The edict against dogs is just more proof of how completely misguided and full of hatred islam is.

But an Appeals court suspended the prison term for two years subject to probation and parole. Anti pet-ownership laws in urban areas of Iran are said to be rooted in religious edicts, health concerns and (Anti-Westernization) cultural norms.

"Health concerns"—what utter rot.

Dogs are welcome in the civilized West—in France, you can even take them into cafes and restaurants—and Westerners are *far* healthier than the degenerate denizens of Dar-al-Islam.

Apart from those with allergies and *very rare* rabies scares, keeping dogs is healthy for both the individual and society.

This is about Islam, first and foremost, and secondly, about hatred of the West and suspicion of anyone—like this poor dogwalker—who would adopt any of its salubrious customs.
