Canadian Leftists use photo of wounded Israeli child to advertise pro-Palestinian jihad demonstration

The photo is supposed to rouse Leftist protesters into a fury of self-righteous Jew-hatred, but there's just one problem: the child is not a wounded "Palestinian" Muslim, but a wounded Israeli.
