Israel ground operation in Gaza imminent: "The forces are ready. Everything is prepared."

I just read in jpost that the operation has been halted to give diplomacy more time. I find it hard to believe that HAMAS won't agree to a little Hudaibiya truce to get some R & R (Rest and Reload).

Most of the rockets now being fired are coming from the densely populated area of Gaza City. Over 800 rockets have been fired at Israel in the last week. The introduction of the Fajr 5 rockets has increased the threat to Israels most heavily populated area, Tel Aviv with their 70 to 80 kilometer range.

The only thing that has kept the Israeli casualties down is the amazing technology that makes up the Iron dome shield.

Even as I'm writing here the rockets continue to fly at Israel:

How do you negotiate with those who violate every agreement they have ever made? What can you say that will convince the Israelis that you're serious (this time).

Israel should go in, Occupy Gaza, and clean house. While they're there, show the US what real nation building looks like.

Muslim martyrs (suicide bombers) worldwide may be set to begin a weeklong prayer strike this coming Tuesday in an unprecedented dispute over the number of virgins they are entitled to in the afterlife... Islamic Paradise.

The unrest began last week when Al Qaeda announced, in a fatwa, that the number of virgins a suicide bomber would be entitled to after their glorious martyrdom would be cut by 25%, effective immediately, from 72 to 54. An Al Qaeda spokesman M’Balz Es-Hari, purportedly speaking on behalf of Allah himself, said increases in recent years in the number of suicide bombings has resulted in an unprecedented shortage of virgins in Paradise.

Spokesperson Haid D’Salaami, said that the Islamic suicide bombers' union, the Koran Approved Business Organization of Occupational Martyrs (KABOOM), responded with a statement saying the move was unacceptable to its members and called for a prayer strike vote. General Secretary, I-Zheet M’Drurz, told the Islamic press, "Our members are literally working themselves to death in the cause of Jihad and we don't ask for much in return but to be treated like this is a real “kick in the teeth.” Emergency talks between KABOOM and Al Qaeda have so far failed to produce an acceptable agreement and it appears the prayer strike will go on as planned starting Tuesday morning. To restate KABOOM organization policy, membership is limited to male martyrs only, NOT second class Muslim females, who are encouraged to stay home and give birth to martyr replacements.

Speaking from his cave in an undisclosed location, Al Qaeda chief executive Awan Afuqya explained, "I sympathize with our martyrs concerns but Allah is simply not in a position to meet their demands at this time. Would-be Muslim martyrs are simply not accepting the realities of modern-day Jihad in a competitive marketplace. Thanks to increasing Western depravity, there is now a chronic shortage of virgins in Paradise. It's a straight choice between reducing the number of virgins or laying our martyrs off...the choice is theirs. I don't like cutting benefits any more than anyone else, but I'd hate to have to be the one to tell thousands of martyrs that they won't be able to blow themselves up. The only good news for martyrs is that Allah would still provide all other standard perks such as a cameo appearance with him personally, Persian carpets, nubile little boys, and all the milk and honey they can drink…for eternity. So, on the whole, things could be much worse, declared Awan Afuqya.

Spokesperson for KABOOM, Yul Strokheet Al-Wauch, stated that he didn’t believe that the change would hurt their membership significantly because would-be martyrs have recently won a negotiated settlement with Allah that allows them to groom and rape underage Kafir (non-Muslim) girls while still on Earth - which every Muslim can agree is a pretty good perk to their existing Islamic pre-martyrdom benefits package.

Expect the unexpected Israel...With Allah in the picture anything can happen...

Obama has said that if Israel launches a ground invasion, that that will delay the Two State Solution. I also read that negotiations are involving talk of lifting any restrictions Israel has on Gaza.
I think the end result may be big gains for HAMAS in the way of Israeli concessions via Obama, and a fast track on the Two State front. I also doubt there will be any ground offensive. Hope I'm wrong.

To the extent that people everywhere understand that the root cause of all this unnecessary violence is Islam, then to that extent will the world be closer to finally ending this violence. All that sensible folks really have to ask themselves is if 99% of Arabs and Persians were Christian, Buddhist, Hindu or Zoroastrian, would this international violence in the Middle East be going on? Of course not. The ultimate cause of the chaos and instability in the Middle East is the religion of hate and intolerance. Nothing could be clearer. Man, Islam really sucks.

I sincerely hope Israel finds a way to avoid any ground operation. Remember, one captured Israeli soldier leads to the release of thousands of savages. We don't need that.

The people must leave Gasa, and everything must be leveled. Nobody may stay, start at the Egypt end, seal the tunnels, and work forward, destroy everything that is cleared. Give the population a one way ticket out, as nothing will be there to return to.

If you just try to take out Hamas, other followers of islam will take their place, that will not work. And "peace" with followers of islam is a sham, to be tossed as soon as they desire.

If this is not done, bets should be taken as to when the first rocket will be fired at Israel, after they withdraw, again.

Remove this enemy instalation from inside the border of Israel, it is the ONLY way.

Time to remember, I think, a couple of things that Winston Churchill said; Winston Churchill who knew exactly what Islam was, from personal up close on-the-firing-line experience.

When reading both of these accounts, bear in mind that when Churchill says 'religion of peace' he means, not Islam, but Christianity and more broadly, the civilisation that Christianity (born of a Jewish matrix, as all sensible people are capable of discerning) has helped to create, and when he says, 'religion of blood and war', he means...ISLAM.

Let us be profoundly thankful that the Jewish state of Israel, modern manifestation and protector of the historic House of Israel, *parent* of Christianity, is *also*, like its daughter Christianity and the societies that arose from Christendom, 'sheltered in the strong arms of science'.

But there is a third Churchillian passage that needs to be shared now, also from that old unabridged version of 'The River War':

"No terms but fight or death were offered. No reparation or apology could be made. . .

"The red light of retribution played on the bayonets and the lances, and civilization—elsewhere sympathetic, merciful, tolerant, ready to discuss or to argue, eager to avoid violence, to submit to law, to effect a compromise—here advanced with an expression of inexorable sternness, and rejecting all other courses, offered only the arbitration of the sword."

Hamas - and beyond and behind Hamas that from which Hamas springs, Islam, *the* religion of blood and war, that *recognises* no principle above or beyond brute force (for its allah is merely a sort of apotheosis of the amoral tyrant, and at least one astute 19th century observer defined Islam's view of the divinity as "a pantheism of force" - has invoked the sword. It recognises only the sword.

Let the sword, then, fall upon it.
