Obama win good news for Pakistan flag vendors

flagburning.jpeg

"No protest is complete without a Stars and Stripes being sent up in flames." Islamic supremacists in the U.S., such as Zahra Billoo and Cyrus McGoldrick of Hamas-linked CAIR, are up in arms over the drone strikes and pressing Obama to drop them -- which he probably will soon enough, as he doesn't need them politically anymore.

"Flags on fire: Obama win may be good news for Pakistan flag-makers," from AFP, November 8 (thanks to Kenneth):

Many Pakistanis fear President Barack Obama’s re-election will mean a surge in America’s unpopular drone campaign, but for those making and selling U.S. flags to burn at protests this could be good news.

Demonstrations against Washington’s program of missile strikes against suspected Al-Qaeda and Taliban militants are common in Pakistan, and no protest is complete without a Stars and Stripes being sent up in flames.

Nadeem Shah, the owner of a flag business in Rawalpindi, the twin city of the capital Islamabad, said he expected more drone strikes -- and more protests.

“Of course Obama has become stronger now and he will push his policies harder and there will be more drone strikes because he himself is stronger now,” Shah told AFP.

“When the drone strikes increase the protests against these strikes will also increase in Pakistan and it can have an impact on the flags and poster business.”

Pakistan’s flag industry enjoyed a boom in September when a U.S.-made anti-Islam film sparked weeks of demonstrations, almost all lit up with “Old Glory” being burned....

Obama win good news for Pakistan flag vendors
...........................

I'm glad to see that you can keep a good sense of humor, Robert!

Of course, the implication in the article that Obama is tougher on Jihad than Romney would have been is highly debatable. Still, that headline is priceless...

Robert, you need to come up with your predictions for 2013. I'm very serious, though it will sound less so, the fact is that you are, without doubt, the best "psychic" on the internet. Virtually everything you predict always comes true. Always. Virtually without fail.

Of course, you aren't using any psychic abilities -- you are simply using the playbooks of Islamic supremacists and weighing them with the delusions and willful ignorance of the leftist politically correct. By doing so, you are able to predict the outcome and underlying motivations (which are always eventually revealed) behind all the events connected to Islamic supremacists around the globe and virtually all ill-fated American interaction with them. It's completely inescapable as the truth and facts will always out.

So how about it? How about a list of predictions for 2013? If there were some way you can market it and have it publicized and get it reported on like the public psychics do, the results by the end of the year would be devastating for your critics and all in denial.

or think of this way: our flags are putting a lot of pakistanis to work!!!!
M

Burning flags may be a plus for flag vendors in Pakistan, but really, this is such a feckless pursuit in the end. Like all things islamic are ...

But I can think of a much better use of kerosene and matches. Oh, do I dare say? ..well, it begins with a *q* and ends with an *n*; and no, I'm not talking about the Queen, here. You got it, it's the quran! Some may disagree with me, but it would actually do my heart some good to see a photo of a pile of qurans up in flames. Hey it's very therapeutic even to imagine. Actually makes me smile just thinking about it.

Islam's version of the Hokey-Cokey! Of course, according to Sharia you put your left leg in first and shake it all about.

Clowns!

Don't these people have anything better to do than flag-burning? Like work for instance?..

Or maybe it's the right leg?

And Sheikh it all about!

I'm thinking we might send them some non-flammable flags. Mess with their tiny minds.

I'm also thinking..send them some flags with flammable surface of stars and stripes, revealing underneath: pages from the Koran! (Very slow-burning). Mess with their tiny minds a little bit more!
I'm a bad boy and no mistake!

Hilarious, Gerard! Of course, most of the "American flags" they burn are hardly the real thing, but just some crude approximation with a few stars and stripes—actually, the example above is considerably better than most.

Just look at this shoddy example, where we apparently have sixteen colonies and nine states:

http://constitutionschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/flag-burning.jpg

There's a fairly inept Israeli flag in the example above, as well.

And in the next example, from a flag burning in Malaysia, they couldn't even bother to do up more than one flag, so they just sorta conflated the two:

http://weaselzippers.us/wp-content/uploads/Malaysia.jpg

Of course, they could be making a pithy political statement, but I believe sheer Muhammedan laziness is more likely.

This next one from India is especially inept:

http://sharing.kxan.com/sharewlin//photo/2012/09/14/ap-protests-india_20120914084136_320_240.JPG

Here's another fine example of Muslim workmanship:

http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XF8B8yhTszA/UFCvFA1pcgI/AAAAAAAAF-c/rwVCNGUZEzA/s1600/Islam+-+US+Flag+Burning.jpg

I could go on, but why bother?

By the way, I found out the photo Robert used above was the riot where some moronic Jihadist died from inhaling the particulate matter from burning American flags:

"Innocence of Muslims protestor Abdullah Ismail dies inhaling fumes from burning US flags"

http://www.anorak.co.uk/333844/news/innocence-of-muslims-protestor-abdullah-ismail-dies-inhaling-fumes-from-burning-us-flags.html/

That pretty much speaks for itself...

thanks for reminding us about *this* idiot -

I wonder whether he's been nominated for a Darwin Award?

With your parroting Mr Sennels, you are closing your eyes to another issue of sexual abuse towards women.

That's a pretty big flame for a small spot in the middle of the flag...I suspect applied chemical agents like gasoline...I know they use flammable material to guarantee burning, but the picture looks more like an explosion...
Anyway, it's no secret that the Pakistani's love us, they are just clowning around burning flags...

............................,

Well, you may be right. I may have been off on the origin of that photo. After all, there are so many instances of pious Muslims in Pakistan burning Old Glory that it is hard to keep them straight.

But I notice that with your comments to me—and to Dumbledore's Army on the possible pros and cons of male circumcision—that you are focusing on trivia.

I believe this is what Dumbledore's Army has referred to as "throwing sand"—spending large amounts of energy on seemingly complex but ultimately completely irrelevant side issues.

I have asked you in the past—given the utterly equivocal nature of your comments here—*are you an Anti-Jihadist*?

Do you believe there is a problem with violent Jihad? Do you believe we should avoid rolling over in its face?

Do you have a problem with the imposition of Shari'ah? Do find the amputation of the hands of petty thieves and the stoning of women troubling?

These are not nuanced questions—and they should be very simple to answer.

That you have not done so I find very telling.

Well, you may be right. I may have been off on the origin of that photo. After all, there are so many instances of pious Muslims in Pakistan burning Old Glory that it is hard to keep them straight.

If you can not keep things straight, then it is better to keep quite. There s no question that I may be right, the photo is at least 4 years old. I even gave a link to support my claim.

But I notice that with your comments to me—and to Dumbledore's Army on the possible pros and cons of male circumcision—that you are focusing on trivia.

Circumcision is not trivial in the islam context. DDA made a statement that was very easy to debunk, in fact both male and female circumcision is a filthy crime.

Care to explain why circumcision is trivia.

Is it because this new survey exposes that sex with circumcised men can be painful to women, regardless of religion

I believe this is what Dumbledore's Army has referred to as "throwing sand"—spending large amounts of energy on seemingly complex but ultimately completely irrelevant side issues.

DDA made a stupid statement so as to belittle arab muslims, and she, nor her source can back up. Before she starts slinging mud, she should be aware that it is well documented that Bali attracts a lot of Ozzie males and females for sex and cheap booze.

I have asked you in the past—given the utterly equivocal nature of your comments here—*are you an Anti-Jihadist*?

Well after you dishonesty about Gunung Semeru being in Indonesia, but failing/refusing to mention the hindu connection, and your misunderstanding of the term Taquiya, I get a feeling you won't believe me what ever I say.

So Lets get back to DDA, she tried to debunk me with incomplete figures about muslims in Bali, and according to her everything is fine, when in reality the situation is very bad

Unlike DDA who attempts to make everything look fine, I post links to show how bad it really is..

Plus I give information that muslim prostitution is rife in Indonesia, if I was practising Taquiya, then I would not be bringing this information to this site.

Do you believe there is a problem with violent Jihad? Do you believe we should avoid rolling over in its face?

I do not have a problem with violent jihad, it is there, and it must be faced and smashed down with whatever it takes. It is those who roll over who have the problem with Jihad

Do you have a problem with the imposition of Shari'ah?

If you mean shariah law, yes

Do find the amputation of the hands of petty thieves and the stoning of women troubling?

I find this question troubling. Do you seem think it is ok to stone men

Why, if you claim to be a resister of Jihad, are you so nettled by a statement (recorded by Sennels, as told to him by Danish sex workers, and then cited by me) that 'belittled Arab Muslims'??

Good god, they belittle themselves every time they sneak up and stab a Jew in the back with a knife. They belittle themselves every time they rape, rob, 'honor' murder their female kin, and generally behave like sadistic murderous sex-crazed thugs.

And you react *massively* - and with enormous hostility, and reams of cut and paste - to the merest hint that some of those Arab Muslim males may be sexually inadequate.

PS - In no way did I imply - when I gave the religion percentages for Bali - that 'everything is fine'. You are wildly misrepresenting me.

No country where a large non-Muslim population is being ruled by Muslims, can be 'fine'.

Frankly, *I* think Bali would do better if they were able to secede from Muslim Indonesia, become a secular Hindu-majority island nation, and turf out every last Muslim. It's highly unlikely to happen, but that's what *I'd* like to see. Along with majority-non-Muslim 'West Papua'. That's another place where I'd like to see the Empire of Islam driven back and the Muslims turfed out.

PS: I'm a churchgoing Christian, I have never been drunk in my life, I take half a glass of wine now and then (like, maybe once a month) and have been happily and faithfully married for 25 years and counting.

BTW, your use of insults, ad hominems and tu quoque is, shall I say, somewhat suggestive of the Mohammedan style of 'argument'.

"You are wildly misrepresenting me."

That's *exactly* what I thought when I read his comment to you, DDA. And you are one of this brightest and most formidable posters we have. Him, not so much. It seems all he has in his repertoire are lies and silly name calling.

...............................

I acknowledged that you were probably correct on this minor point. But while I consider strict accuracy a goal to aim for, this picayune issue is *not* important. Pakistani and other Muslims are always torching American flags.

...............................

The idea that the real threat to Infidel women is "painful" sex with circumcised men is just ridiculous.

Over the years, I have personally come to regard male circumcision as more problematic.

But the fact is that in—say—1980, both the United States, which regularly practices male circumcision; and Italy, where it is much rarer, faced little danger from Jihad.

So this is certainly trivia in regard to the Jihad threat.

There are, in fact, many issues that some of us might consider important in one way or another that have basically *nothing* to do with Jihad.

More:

I believe this is what Dumbledore's Army has referred to as "throwing sand"—spending large amounts of energy on seemingly complex but ultimately completely irrelevant side issues.

DDA made a stupid statement so as to belittle arab muslims, and she, nor her source can back up.
...............................

What crap. This has little to do with Arabs, and *everything* to do with Muslims. Indeed, why would one expect adherents of a creed that oppresses women, sacralizes rape and condones "marriage" with prepubescent girls to produce attentive male lovers? I'm sure there are some Muslim men who are considerate to their lovers, but there is *no* reason to believe this is the norm.

More:

I have asked you in the past—given the utterly equivocal nature of your comments here—*are you an Anti-Jihadist*?

Well after you dishonesty about Gunung Semeru being in Indonesia, but failing/refusing to mention the hindu connection, and your misunderstanding of the term Taquiya, I get a feeling you won't believe me what ever I say.
...............................

More crap. My stating that Gunung Semeru is in Muslim-majority Indonesia is perfectly accurate. That the peak was known to Buddhists and Hindus means little—every place on earth that was invaded by Muslim hordes has a non-Islamic and pre-Islamic past.

And how am I "misunderstanding" Taqiyya? Muslims always like to claim this, while rarely indicating exactly how the "misunderstander" got things wrong...

And I notice that you *still* won't describe yourself as an Anti-Jihadist—but, that's all my fault now...

More:

So Lets get back to DDA, she tried to debunk me with incomplete figures about muslims in Bali, and according to her everything is fine, when in reality the situation is very bad
...............................

Utter rot. Dumbledore's Army has written many times about the awful situation in Bali, including the oppression of Hindus.

And the terrible Bali bombings of 2002 primarily targeted her fellow Australians. Of the 202 people who were murdered, eighty-eight were countrymen of hers.

More:

Do you believe there is a problem with violent Jihad? Do you believe we should avoid rolling over in its face?

I do not have a problem with violent jihad, it is there, and it must be faced and smashed down with whatever it takes. It is those who roll over who have the problem with Jihad
...............................

Odd phrasing. Perhaps you *are* anti-Jihad, as you claim here—although none of your other comments point to this.

More:

Do you have a problem with the imposition of Shari'ah?

If you mean shariah law, yes
...............................

Ridiculous. Shari'ah *is* Shari'ah law—the term Shari'ah has no meaning outside of this. Muslims use the terms interchangeably.

More:

Do find the amputation of the hands of petty thieves and the stoning of women troubling?

I find this question troubling. Do you seem think it is ok to stone men
...............................

**Utterly grotesque**. No serious person could read what I wrote as an apologia for the stoning of men—anymore than my mentioning the amputation of hands could reasonably be read as an apologia for the amputation of feet.

It's simply that the stoning of women—in line with Islam's terrible misogyny—is more common than the stoning of men.

I find all of Shari'ah bloody barbarism utterly horrifying—*including the stoning of men*.

And I notice that, while you deflect attention on my (supposed) callous disregard of men being stoned to death, that you don't actually condemn the practice yourself.

In fact, the only thing you find troubling, apparently, was my asking if your found the practice abhorrent.

All in all, a very equivocal response from you...
