Thank God for the incredible technology that makes up Israels Iron Shield. The IDF needs to knock down these Farj 5s' and their launch pads as best as possible.

Wow, that was pretty intense. I’m a total geek for military technology. Jihad savage scum. Tel Aviv is a great city, filled with wonderful people. I’m glad Israel was successful this time. But clearly things are getting worse and worse.

I reluctantly voted for Mitt Romney November 6, but let us be clear Romney fought mightily behind the scenes for the cause of these savages. I hoped Romney might be persuaded if he were elected but God had other things in mind. Make no mistake about it, Democrats and Republicans are equally dedicated to Israel's dissolution at the hands of these killers, Senate and House resolutions to the contrary notwithstanding. Both parties support the establishment of a Palestinian killer state in Israel's heartland.

Things are getting worse BUT, they are getting worse for EVERYBODY. As long as the free world refuses to understand and acknowledge what a deadly threat Islam is to all our lives, our freedom and our ability to deal with the worst challenges that are facing humanity right now, it will get progressively worse.

We are stuck with these animals here in the middle east but Europe is full of them, they are getting nastier by the day and they are not going anywhere unless forced to leave. They are also not going to change their primitive, violent ways! So, it's progressing to a boiling point where Western Europe will have to deal with it and all that has dickall (excuse the language) to do with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

One of the most difficult technologies is to intercept a rocket in the flight path - though ballistic trajectories are more predictable under most atmospheric conditions.

Iron Dome interceptors are breathtakingly brilliant technology from Israel used to intercept the projectiles aimed at Jerusalem. These kind of intercepts are very encouraging to put Iranian government into its place if they have any future thought about a nuclear strike on Israel.

Great stuff Jerusalem - keep it up. We love you.

I am a former "peace-nik".........but I now long to see Gaza leveled, its inhabitants resettled in Egypt, and its land repopulated with peaceful, creative, productive Israelis and Jews from the Diaspora.

I now know that there will never be any kind of "peaceful agreement" for "coexistence" with those who control the "Palestinian" body politic.

I've become more and more alarmed over the spectre of the Muslim savages finally being able to reach Tel Aviv with their rockets—and now that day is here.

Yesterday I heard an eye-witness account by an Israeli resident who was caught out on the beach in Tel Aviv when the air raid sirens sounded—he and the other people on the beach had no shelter, and no chance of reaching shelter soon enough.

And then he described looking up in awe as an "Iron Dome" missile intercepted the incoming rocket.

Thank you for the video—this is a joy to see.

Viva Israel! May they keep their people safe from these damn barbarians.

I wrote the following general comment to be inserted under an article that received a huge set of comments yesterday, but I have chosen to insert it here instead.

My counsel to Muslim people in particular and to all other people worldwide is this:

God is love. We must make up our minds that we will stop hating all other people, regardless of who they are. Whoever commands us to hate other people is lying to us and does not deserve to be trusted. Any document that commands us to hate other people is lying to us, and it did not come from God, because God is love.

Hate is evil. If we hate any other people, we are not living according to the truth. Hate will destroy both us and the people we hate.

We must ask God to help us to stop hating. We do not have the strength within ourselves to stop hating. We need God's help, and He will be our strength. God knows how to help us, and we must depend upon Him. We must cling to Him as our refuge and strength.

We must talk with God individually, in our own words at any time of the day or night. Our posture during prayer is unimportant, because God knows our situations and our hearts.

We must not be content to recite old impersonal prayers that we were taught to mindlessly say by rote. We must tell God that we want to stop hating. We must tell God that we want Him to teach us how to love and that we want Him to empower us to love.

In our own personal prayers, we must ask God to pour out His blessings upon all other people -- regardless of who they are -- for their highest good. There is no distinction among people. We must pray that God will bless all people, as only God knows how to do perfectly. We must let God decide what is the highest good for people. We are not wise enough to decide that.

If we pray in this way -- out of a pure heart -- we will truly be at peace, even during persecution and other hardships, and we will truly know the love of God.

Dear Jihad Watch:

I too am in absolute amazement over the effectiveness of the "Iron Dome" technology. I know this is not the same thing as Reagan's Space Defense Initiative (Star Wars) tech that got shelved back in the '80s... but I just wonder what would have happened if this SDI tech would have been continued... even after the Eastern Bloc disbanded.

We would have a technology that would have what? Now been 20-30? years old? Think of what Iron Gate is accomplishing right now with it only being a few years old; now think of it evolving 30 years in the future.

This is what we could already have had. That would mean protection for all free societies from nukes whether from North Korea, Pakistan, Iran or rogue ex-republics of the former Soviet sphere.

It would also mean protection from another frightening concept. Islamified Europe.

France and Britain have nukes. Sweden, Belgium, etc; do not, but they have modern Westernized militaries with rockets capabilities much more advanced than current Hamas and other terror organizations have.

If in 10, 15, 20 years; certain Western nations will be majority muslims. Think about it boys and girls. The horror we are seeing now in certain European nations with the MINORITY Islamic population.

Either drastic measures will happen to stop or slow down the Islamic immigration wave in Europe... there will eventually be civil wars with mass deportations of... who? Muslims or native ethnic Europeans? OR these nations will be Islamic.

Shocking, but we may have to use the descendants of today's "Iron Dome" to protect parts of Europe from its former NATO allies. Eurabia seems more and more the likely outcome.

Howver, there is hope when civilized people survive and fight back. Such as Israel does. Which I saw a CNN interview tonight with Israeli Ambassador Oren. Did you guys know the following...

Israeli has developed computer robo-call technology to contact/call telephones in Gaza as well as text Gaza residents about Israeli airstrikes and urge them to safety. Also, Israel has AS AN ART FORM THE PRECISION ACT OF BOMBING TARGETS TO REDUCE CASUALTIES.

Yet, it is Israel that is condemned in the media.

Advocating the forced removal of a population (ethnic cleansing) is flatly illegal in most countries (Canada, the EU, Australia), and likely would not survive a First Amendment defense in the U.S. You are actually looking at prison time, nevermind the morality of advocating ethnic cleansing. Robert Spencer needs to keep better tabs on some of what is posted here--the legal disclaimer below isn't enough. Israel has no strategic, or resource importance to the West, nor substantial ethnic ties--America is a majority CHRISTIAN nation, and the Palestinian Christian population has largely been ethnically cleansed from the region. There has NEVER been such a thing as a 'Judeo-Christian' identity, and Judaism has less in common with Christianity than it does with Islam.

Actually, ethnic cleansing means a policy designed by one ethnic or religious group to purposely remove by violent and terror-inspiring means, as well as deportation and killing, the civilian population of another ethnic or religious group from certain geographic areas.

who in a posting above slyly sneered and lied and hissed and - nonsensically - claimed that Christians had nothing in common with Jews (really? and yet for 2000 years many Christians have daily recited the Psalms, from assorted translations of the Hebrew TaNaKh, indeed, some of the oldest tunes used for so doing, seem to be Hebrew tunes; and in many a Christian church you will find the Ten Words up on the wall), and that Jews had more in common with Muslims (ROFLMAO) than with Christians.

RUBBISH. The gifted Jewish philosopher and theologian Franz Rosenzweig (his only error of judgemen was that he was not a Zionist, alas) placed Christianity and Judaism together, as one kind of thing, over against all other belief systems; and he classified Islam as a subspecies of what he called paganism, that is, non-Biblical ideas. (I would have said, a very peculiar subspecies, almost sui generis, for it is one of the very few belief systems on record that absolutely denies and refuses to live by the principle of reciprocity). Jacques Ellul and Rev Dr Mark Durie concur with Rosenzweig on the radical disjunction between Islam, on the one hand, and the two biblical faiths, Christianity and Judaism, on the other. Durie's book 'Revelation: Do We Worship the Same God? Jesus, God, Holy Spirit in Christianity and Islam', sets this out briefly and clearly and on a basis of rock-solid scholarship.

YGM vainly hopes we'll forget that Muslims have *always* persecuted both Jews and Christians with equal zest and malevolence; that we'll forget the old slogan "First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people".

Sure, for tactical purposes Muslims have been known to occasionally and spuriously 'claim kin' with Christians, over against Jews ("we respect Jesus and Mary, O Christians, just like you, and unlike those nasty Jooooz"), but they have also been known to occasionally and spuriously 'claim kin' with Jews, over against Christians ('we believe in one unincarnate deity, O Jews, just like you and unlike those nasty Christians..."); but in neither case is the motive at all benevolent; whichever of these two tacks a given Muslim or group of Muslims will take, depends on which tack seems to them, in any given time or place, most likely to further the splitting of the camp of the non-Muslims, to set Jews against Christians and Christians against Jews and at all costs prevent them from uniting to defend themselves *against the Muslims*.

'Split the camp' is, I think, *the* game that YGM is playing *here*. His continual harping on the theme of supposed crises of internal division in parts of the Infidel world - he is constantly claiming that Israel is riven with fatal social/ political divisions, and he did exactly the same in a posting on a thread about an outbreak of Muslim mayhem in India - is very, very telling.

I am at a total loss to understand why the mighty Allah does not help the Palestinians ???
With all these prayers being offered up to him every day, why he does he not wave his hand and say "Muhammaddy, Wammady" and make Iron Dome malfunction. I am beginning to think that it is possible Allah does not exist. But it is reliably reported that he sent 20,000 angels to help Muhammad at Badr. My, My it is strange. I keep looking up at the sky in the hope Allah will give us a sign, but all I see is clouds.

Jews in Australia - and probably some Gentiles, too, though the rallies were organised at short notice - held rallies yesterday (Sunday our time, Aussie time) in support of Israel. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not able to be there, but here are some early reports. I took particular note of the names of those Aussie politicians, from federal parliament and from the NSW and Vic state parliaments, who were brave enough to go along and address the rallies.

I would have liked to see a much, much bigger turnout, both of Jews and of Gentile Friends of Zion and the Islamosavvy generally, but these rallies *were* organised at very, very short notice and people may not have had much time to 'spread the word'...we kuffar are going to have to get a *lot* more skilled, FAST, at the gathering of lots of people, quickly. Our goal should be to *exceed* the numbers - and speed of gathering - of the average Mohammedan insta-mob.

Our strategic aim from now on should be to have *large* groups rallying in support of Israel *before* the Mohammedan mobs even get onto the street.

(Rallies in support of minorities being attacked by Muslims - rallies in support of, for example, Copts, and in support of Christians and Hindus in Pakistan and Christians and Hindus and Buddhists in Bangladesh, and in support of India when Mohammedan mayhem breaks out there, and in support of majority non-Muslim African nations whose Christians and animists are being attacked by Muslims - also need to happen a lot more often, and be a lot bigger. Let Israel be, in a sense, a synecdoche for *every* non-Muslim community that is being assailed by the Jihad).

Something else that can be seen from the pictures accompanying those reports of the pro-Israel rallies in Australia yesterday: the deeply civilised general demeanour of the Friends of Israel - Jewish and non-Jeiwsh - when gathered in a rally, as compared to the incredibly ugly out-of-control mood and demeanour of the usual We Hate Israel crowds when *they* gather. I hope our Aussie police - and politicians - have enough commonsense to see that contrast, and draw rational conclusions.
