"On Day of Solidarity with Palestinians, Ban Ki-moon stresses urgency of reaching 1-state solution," read the tweet.

From the article - the vote as "138-9 with 41 abstentions".

Israel, of course, voted NO, as they sensibly should.

The USA, to do it credit, also voted NO.

That means that there were seven *other* countries that firmly said NO to according any greater degree of recognition than is already - alas - given to a bunch of genocidal Jew-hating Levantine Arab Muslims whose primary function is - as 'Hugh Fitzgerald' put it here, many a time - to be the 'shock troops' of the Jihad that the entire Ummah, or Mohammedan Mob, is waging against the Jews.

Who are the seven other countries that, today, should be receiving a Gharkad Tree Award, for being prepared to step in between the Jihad and the Jews?

As for the abstainers, I know that Australia abstained; our Prime Minister, who apparently wanted to do the right thing and vote NO, got railroaded by the likes of Bob Curr who have listened to one slimy plausible Mohammedan taqiyya-artist too many, and ended up backing down part of the way and going for an Abstention.

And I think the UK was going to abstain?

So who *were* the abstainers...the fence-sitters, those who had just enough nous and commonsense to not go 'all the way' with the Islamintern, but weren't smart enough, and weren't brave enough, to vote NO and thus tell the Islamintern to STFU and Go To Hell?

We jihadwatchers have a job to do.

A/ Every country that went with Israel and voted NO to increased UN recognition of the Arab Islamic 'state' of 'Palestine', should receive a heartfelt thankyou - and a very brief, carefully worded statement as to *why* that NO was so important.

B/ The abstainers should also receive letters. Along the lines of, 'thank God you didn't go so far as to vote YES, but this is why you ought to have voted NO'.

Those 41 abstainers, or fence-sitters, will jump to one side of the fence or the other, sooner or later. Our job (especially if we happen to be a citizen of one of those 41 countries) is to figure out how to push or pull our fellow citizens and our politicians to the *Israel* side of the fence, where they belong; resisting Jihad.

In Australia's case, I don't think it will take all that much. Had we had a different government (and one must remember that the present federal government squeaked in by the merest whisker), our UN vote re those Poooor "Palestinians" [TM] would have been a clear NO.

And any *Western* country - and indeed any *non-Muslim* country, whether western or not - that voted YES deserves to be roundly shamed.

Send them black-bordered letters containing the white feather of cowardice. Remind those among them that are majority Christian, that the Muslim slogan runs, 'First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people'.

Perhaps some of the Friends of Israel organisations, as well as Jewish/ Zionist organisations, should pay for public advertisements - full page, in the newspapers, or on highway billboards.

Palestine' wins historic upgrade at the United Nations

One can fully understand why the Czechs stand with Israel; they remember only too well what happens when one is forced to hand over the military high ground to a mortal enemy. As the Sudetenland was to Czechoslovakia before WWII, so Judea and Samaria - and Mount Zion, and also the Golan - are to Israel. Israel is indefensible if those territories are fully controlled by an enemy -and the Arab Islamic 'state' of 'palestine (merely the spearhead or entering wedge or advance military base of the jihad that is prosecuted by the entirety of the Ummah)' is and will be a mortal enemy to the Jewish state.

The four small Christian Pacific island nations - Palau, Micronesia, Nauru, and the Marshall Islands - will be accused of voting as they did, because they are 'client states' of the USA.

If so accused, they should tell the accusers that there is another possibility: that they, these little Christian island nations, small and poor as they are, just might have greater moral clarity and awareness of what is right and what is not, than the cowards who Abstained and the Cowardly - and the Malevolent - who voted *for* increased UN recognition of the genocidally Jew-hating 'palestinian' Arab Muslim entity.

May God bless every one of those little countries; they will be far better off to pursue and develop a relationship with Israel, and get ideas on hi-tech, and on water conservation/ recycling/ desalination, and on solar power etc., than to accept anything at all from the deeply malevolent members of the OIC, whose 'gifts' always come with nasty Mohammedan da'wa strings attached.

Oslo 1993 is dead.

The thing that was surprising was the US vote. Given that the US State Dept is heavily pro-Islamic, given that even Bush had called for a Palestinian state and Obama has rivaled him in being pro-Jihad, the thing that beat me was the US actually voting the right way.

Anyway, these votes mean nothing. For instance, while they may theoretically hold the PA responsible for what goes on within their jurisdiction, fact is they won't. Why doesn't the PA have its own currency, its own infrastructure? Simple ground fact - they are total losers if the Israelis weren't moronic enough to fund them.

Anyway, w/ the belligerent moves coming from Egypt, it's probably just a matter of time before Egypt starts another war, and loses the Sinai again. And I don't see another Anwar Sadat emerging ever that could make the Israelis give that back.
